Description
The present invention relates to an opening for releasing steam generated from contents such as food when cooking the contents using a microwave oven with the contents such as food stored in a sealed packaging bag. The present invention relates to a microwave packaging bag that can be automatically formed in a packaging bag and can discharge steam from the opening to prevent the contents from blowing out and the packaging bag from bursting.
Contents such as food that can be cooked using a microwave oven in a state where contents such as food are stored are stored in a packaging bag and are commercially available. When this type of microwave packaging bag is cooked using a microwave oven, the internal pressure in the packaging bag increases due to the steam generated from the contents, eventually bursting, and the contents are scattered in the microwave oven, There is a problem of dirtying the inside of the cabinet, and various ideas have been made to prevent this.
For example, a bag made by heat-sealing with a sealant layer arranged opposite to each other, with a part of the heat-sealed portion of the bag having a thin film (such as easy peel tape) interposed between the sealant layers In addition, the heat seal strength of the thin film interposed seal portion is made smaller than the heat seal strength of the non-thin film interposed seal portion, and a part of the thin film interposed seal portion is heat sealed. A packaging bag formed on a narrow and narrow seal portion has been proposed (see, for example, Patent Document 1), and by providing a weak portion in a part of the heat seal portion for sealing, an electronic When cooking in the range, the internal pressure in the packaging bag rises due to the steam generated from the contents, the weak part of the heat seal part peels off, and the inside and outside of the packaging bag Wants hole occurs, packaging bag vapors to escape to the outside has been proposed (e.g., see Patent Document 2).
However, the packaging bag disclosed in
Moreover, since the packaging bag disclosed by patent document 2 is a packaging bag which provides a part with a weak intensity | strength in a part of sealing part for sealing, at the time of normal transport and storage similarly to the packaging bag of
In addition, the present applicant has at least one overhanging portion that is connected to the heat bonding portion of the inner peripheral edge of the heat bonding portion of the package body and is protruded to the inside of the package body and thermally bonded. A packaging bag in which a cutting edge or a notch is formed in the overhanging portion (see, for example, Patent Document 3), or an unbonded portion in the overhanging portion, and a cutting blade or a notch in the unbonded portion. A formed packaging bag (see, for example, Patent Document 4) has been proposed.
The package shown in
Therefore, according to the present invention, an opening for releasing the increased internal pressure is automatically formed in an appropriate cooking time by cooking with a microwave oven, and the internal pressure can be smoothly released from the opening and heated. It is providing the packaging bag which can reduce the fear given to the consumer who cooks. Another object of the present invention is to provide a packaging bag that does not break due to force majeure pressure or impact applied during normal transportation or storage.

Next, various materials constituting the
The base material layer 2 may be provided with required physical properties, for example, gas barrier properties such as oxygen and water vapor, and the above-mentioned synthetic resin film coated with polyvinylidene chloride, What formed the vapor deposition layer of inorganic substances, such as a silicon oxide, aluminum oxide, an indium oxide, a tin oxide, a zirconium oxide, may be used.
The base material layer 2 may be composed only of the above-described synthetic resin film or a synthetic resin film imparted with a gas barrier property, but mechanical toughness, flex resistance, puncture resistance, When a higher function is required in terms of impact resistance, cold resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance, etc., two or more kinds of films may be appropriately selected from the above-described films and laminated.
The inner layer may be appropriately selected and used depending on the physical properties required for the
Next, the conductive
Next, the laminate
The ambient temperature below a room temperature having a predetermined strength usually means the environmental temperature in the packaging process for packaging the contents, the environmental temperature in the process for refrigeration or freezing the packaging bag in which the contents are packaged, refrigeration or freezing. It is the environmental temperature at the distribution stage where it is transported and stored in a state where it has been transported. Therefore, the laminate
Examples of the laminate
The laminate

Next, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the following examples.
A solid pattern printing layer is formed on the corona discharge treated surface of a 12 μm thick biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate film (hereinafter referred to as PET film) by a gravure printing method using a one-component curable urethane-based white ink. After drying a rectangular conductive heating layer of 40 mm (MD direction of PET film) × 35 mm (TD direction of PET film) by gravure printing using the gravure ink blended as shown in Table 1 on the pattern print layer surface, the thickness becomes 2 μm. After printing, the two-part curable urethane adhesive (two-part curable resin composed of a polyol component and an isocyanate component) is dried to 3.5 g / m 2 over the entire surface provided with the conductive heat generating layer. In addition, a low-density polyethylene film (hereinafter referred to as “LDPE”) having a thickness of 30 μm is dried by a dry lamination method. The layers were produced laminate to be subjected to the present invention. The laminated body has an outer dimension of 130 mm (in the TD direction of the PET film) × 170 mm (in the MD direction of the PET film). Are formed so that a semicircular bulging thermal bonding portion having a radius of 10 mm and a conductive heating layer as shown in FIG. Twenty four-side-seal type packaging bags containing approximately 90 g of “frozen eel” were prepared by providing a notch having a diameter of 5 mmφ in a substantially central portion of the portion.
Same as Example 1 except that a laminate strength adjusting layer of substantially the same size was formed on the conductive heat generating layer by a gravure printing method so as to have a thickness of 3 μm after drying with a polyamide-nitrified cotton-based resin (melting point: 83 ° C.). Thus, 20 four-side-seal type packaging bags containing approximately 90 g of “frozen eel” were produced.
[Comparative Example 1]
Twenty four-side-seal type packaging bags containing approximately 90 g of “frozen eel” were prepared in the same manner as in Example 1 except that the conductive heat generating layer was not provided.
Each of the four-side seal type packaging bags of Examples 1 and 2 and Comparative Example 1 prepared above was cooked in a microwave oven (600 W), and the state in which the internal pressure escaped from the notch was visually confirmed (evaluation) Table 2 summarizes the cooking time (evaluation result 2) until the internal pressure escapes from the notch as well as the result 1).
As can be seen from Table 2, the packaging bags of Examples 1 and 2 have the conductive heating layer or the effect of providing the conductive heating layer and the laminate strength adjusting layer between the base material layer and the inner layer. Since the internal pressure can be released from the cutout in a shorter cooking time than in the comparative example, the fear given to the consumer during cooking can be reduced.
