Description
The present invention relates to an electric stapler, and more particularly to a new and useful electric stapler that is used in a copying machine or the like.
Conventionally, as this type of electric stapler, a clincher portion having a movable clincher is provided with a forming portion having a forming plate, a driver portion having a driver plate, and other anvils, crown plates, and the like. Are known. When binding paper using this electric stapler, move the driver part etc. to the clincher part side, strike the needle on the paper on the paper table, and bend the leg part of the needle that penetrates the paper at the clincher part , Paper can be bound (for example, Patent Document 1).
When the driver assembly is configured, the forming unit, the driver unit, and the slide block unit (hereinafter also referred to as “internal movable parts”) may be displaced with respect to the case unit when the driver assembly is attached or detached. Further, not all the internal movable parts such as the driver unit always stop at the regular home position. If any of the internal movable parts does not return to the regular home position, the driver assembly cannot be correctly attached to the stapler body, and therefore, it is necessary for the operator to manually return to the regular home position.
When a mechanism for locking the internal movable part at the home position is provided, if the operator manually operates the locking operation, there is a possibility that a malfunction may occur due to an operation mistake or the like. Furthermore, if the spring is always urged in the locking direction, the driver portion and the like slide under the urging force during the needle driving operation, which may cause wear or damage.
In order to prevent misalignment by fixing the internal movable parts to the proper home position when attaching and detaching, the driver assembly can be installed smoothly and reliably, and operation errors and parts damage can be prevented. Therefore, the present invention aims to solve the problem.
The present invention has been proposed in order to achieve the above object, and the invention according to
According to this structure, internal movable parts, such as a driver part required for shaping | molding and driving in a needle | hook, are incorporated in the slide guide case part so that a movement is possible. When the driver assembly is removed from the stapler main body at the home position, for example, when the fixing and holding of the driver assembly with respect to the stapler main body (such as the
According to a second aspect of the present invention, the driver assembly or the stapler body is provided with an unlock mechanism for releasing the lock state of the lock mechanism, and the unlock mechanism is installed when the driver assembly is mounted on the stapler body. The electric stapler according to
According to this configuration, when the driver assembly is mounted on the stapler body, the unlocking mechanism such as the cam is operated and the locking mechanism is unlocked, so that the locked state of the internal movable part with respect to the slide guide case portion is released.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the locking mechanism includes an engaging groove formed on one side of the forming portion, the driver portion, and the slide block portion, and a lock that is detachably engaged with the engaging groove. 3. The electric stapler according to
According to this configuration, the engaging groove with which the lock pin is detachably engaged is formed on one side portion of the internal movable component such as the driver portion. When the driver assembly is detached from the stapler body, the lock pin is driven to engage with the engagement groove, thereby locking the internal movable part at the home position.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the engaging groove formed in each of the forming part, the driver part, and the slide block part has a groove depth corresponding to the width dimension of each of the forming part, the driver part, and the slide block part. The electric stapler according to
According to this configuration, the engaging grooves of the forming part, the driver part, and the slide block part are increased in depth according to their width dimensions. For this reason, when all or some of the internal movable parts have not returned to the regular home position, the internal movable parts are manually returned to the regular home position in a stepwise manner and locked.
For example, when the width dimension of the forming part is larger than that of the driver part and the width dimension of the driver part is larger than that of the forming part, the depth dimension of the engaging groove is in descending order, that is, the slide block part, the driver part, The lock is made by returning to the normal home position step by step in the order of the forming unit.
According to the first aspect of the invention, when the driver assembly is removed from the stapler body, the internal movable parts such as the driver portion are locked at the home position by the lock mechanism, so that the internal movable parts are displaced when the driver assembly is detached. It can be surely prevented, the driver assembly can be easily attached and detached, and there is no need to manually return the internal movable parts to the home position each time they are attached and detached.
Since the invention according to claim 2 releases the locked state of the internal movable parts when the driver assembly is mounted, in addition to the effect of the invention according to
According to the third aspect of the present invention, since the lock pin is engaged with the engagement groove of the internal movable part when the driver assembly is attached and detached, in addition to the effect of the first or second aspect of the invention, the number of the lock pins is one. The already-configured structure is simple, and there are specific effects such as a reliable locking operation of the internal movable parts.
In the invention described in
The present invention eliminates the need to manually return the internal movable parts to the home position when the driver assembly is removed, prevents the internal movable parts from being displaced, and smoothly attaches the driver assembly to the stapler body. A driver assembly, in which a forming part for forming a U-shape, a driver part for driving a needle into paper, and a slide block part for slidably guiding the operation of the driver part in a slide guide case part, is attached to and detached from the stapler body. This is achieved by providing a mechanism that locks the forming portion, the driver portion, and the slide block portion with respect to the slide guide case portion at a normal home position when the driver assembly is detached.
When the driver assembly is removed at the home position, the forming portion, the driver portion, and the slide block portion are locked and fixed at the respective home positions by the lock mechanism. More specifically, an engaging groove is formed in one side part of the forming part, the driver part, and the slide block part, and the lock mechanism has a lock pin that is detachably engaged with the engaging groove. The lock pin is biased in the lock engagement direction with respect to the engagement groove by a biasing means such as a spring or a magnet.
When removing and installing the driver assembly, the internal moving parts may not return to the normal home position for some reason. In this case, the internal moving parts must be returned to the normal home position where the lock pin engages with the engaging groove. Don't be. In this case, if the width dimension and engagement groove of the forming part, driver part, and slide block part are the same, the lock pin will not operate unless these three parts are returned at the same time, and this will be used when the driver assembly is mounted. It cannot be fixedly held at the home position with respect to the main body.
Therefore, the forming part, the driver part, and the slide block part are individually returned to their normal positions, and the width dimensions of the parts and the engaging groove depths are shifted from each other in order to correctly fix and hold the driver assembly on the stapler body. .
For example, the width dimension and engagement groove depth of the slide block portion are maximized, and then the width dimension and engagement groove depth are decreased in the order of the driver portion and the forming portion. In this way, when the driver assembly is removed, even if the internal movable parts such as the driver part do not return to the regular home position, the engagement grooves are arranged in the descending order, that is, the slide block part, the driver part, and the forming part in this order. You can lock back to the home position step by step, and you don't have to return all of them to the home position at the same time.
The driver assembly or the stapler body is provided with an unlock mechanism such as a cam for releasing the lock state of the lock mechanism. This unlocking mechanism is configured to unlock when the driver assembly is mounted on the stapler body. For example, when the driver assembly includes a cover for holding and fixing the driver assembly, the unlocking operation is performed when the driver assembly is held and fixed. To be configured.
According to this, when holding and fixing with a cover or the like (when the driver assembly is mounted), the unlocking mechanism is activated and the locking mechanism is automatically unlocked, so that the operator manually performs the unlocking operation. There is no need.
In addition, you may comprise so that these components may return to a home position simultaneously by operating any one of a slide block part, a driver part, and a forming part. Further, the biasing means of the lock mechanism is not limited to a spring, and a magnet can be used. In order to reliably stop all the three parts at the normal standby position, the three parts are applied by the force of the biasing means. It is also possible to configure such that, for example, a part thereof is pressed against a pressed member provided on the slide guide case portion side to fix the position.
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. The

Here, the
d2=d3+(W2−W3)
d1=d2+(W1−W2)
d2 = d3 + (W2-W3)
d1 = d2 + (W1-W2)
A
As shown in FIG. 13, a
The
As shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, a substantially V-shaped
According to the above-described
Here, when the holding
For example, when all of the
Next, when the
Finally, when the forming
In this way, when the
Thereafter, when the removed
