前記加熱により気化する液体が前記細孔内に吸着された前記粒子からなる前記粉末と、前記ペースト状接着剤とを混練して混練物を得る混練工程、
該混練物を前記担体に塗布する工程、
前記担体に塗布された混練物を熱処理して、前記細孔内に吸着された前記加熱により気化する液体を気化させ、且つ前記ペースト状接着剤を硬化させる熱処理工程
を含むことにある。

Claims (3)
- 少なくとも、多孔質機能性材料の粉末と、加熱により気化する液体と、前記粉末を担持させる担体と、熱硬化樹脂を接着成分とするペースト状接着剤と、
を準備する準備工程、
前記粉末を構成する粒子の細孔内に、該加熱により気化する液体を吸着させる吸着工程、
前記加熱により気化する液体が前記細孔内に吸着された前記粒子からなる前記粉末と、前記ペースト状接着剤とを混練して混練物を得る混練工程、
該混練物を前記担体に塗布する工程、
前記担体に塗布された混練物を熱処理して、前記細孔内に吸着された前記加熱により気化する液体を気化させ、且つ前記ペースト状接着剤を硬化させる熱処理工程、
を含む、多孔質機能性材料を担体に担持させる方法。 - 前記加熱により気化する液体が、水、アセトン、メタノール、エタノールのうちから選択される請求項1に記載の多孔質機能性材料を担体に担持させる方法。
- 前記多孔質機能性材料が活性炭又はゼオライトである、請求項1または2に記載の多孔質機能性材料を担体に担持させる方法。
