Description

The present invention is a container having a hollow double wall structure having a front wall and a back wall, and more particularly, an assembly type folding container comprising a resin panel having a hollow double wall structure having a front wall and a back wall that can be used repeatedly. The present invention relates to a container having a configuration in which a wireless tag is arranged in a hollow portion of the container, and a method for manufacturing the same.

Containers used for storing and transporting goods are required to read and write management information on their contents from the outside. In addition, in container returnable systems, the container manufacturer and date of manufacture are required. , Delivery destination from manufacturer, delivery date, type of containment, manufacturer, production date, product delivery destination, product delivery date, empty container collector, collection year It is desirable to record the history information such as the date of recycle processing, the date of cleaning, the date of cleaning, the re-delivery destination of the recycled container, the date of re-delivery, and so on. Therefore, it is required to be able to record and read out easily and accurately. For this reason, a device in which a wireless tag such as a wireless information storage medium is embedded in a part of a container has been used (see Japanese Patent Laid-Open Nos. 2000-6563 and 2003-321063).

Also, when fixing a wireless tag to a container, if the wireless tag is affixed to the outer surface of the container, it will peel off due to multiple use of the container, and if the container is touched by dirt, damage, moisture, metal, etc., the radio wave will be blocked. Therefore, the function is degraded. Therefore, the wireless tag is covered with an inlet base so that the wireless tag is not exposed on the outer surface (see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-355847), and stored in a protective container (see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2005-75423). It was supposed to be fixed.
JP 2000-6563 A JP 2003-321063 A JP 2002-355847 A JP-A-2005-75423

However, in such a container, the position where the IC tag is placed is limited for molding, and it may be difficult to place the IC tag at a desired position of the container as appropriate. Furthermore, although the IC tag is not exposed to the outside, the inlet base material, the protective container, and the like are exposed to the outside, so that there is a problem that the appearance is impaired.

Accordingly, the present invention is a hollow double-walled structure having a front wall and a rear wall containers in the hollow portion be those deploying wireless tag, a wireless tag was molded Me pre is furnished in the hollow portion of the foam By molding the container in a state of being fixed inside , a returnable container is obtained in which the IC tag is not peeled, soiled, damaged, or deteriorated due to contact with moisture, metal or the like. The foam 9 is welded to the inner wall surface of the front wall 5 and the back wall 6 of the resin panel 7.

Here, the container is used for storing and transporting articles, and is a so-called returnable container having a box shape or a tray shape that can be used a plurality of times. It is possible to adopt a configuration in which the bottom wall and the side wall are integrally connected to each other via a thin hinge. In the case of a thin hinge, the bottom wall and the side wall can be folded outwardly without being overlapped and folded.

2 to 8 show the blow molding mode of the resin panel 7 in which the foam 9 constituting the assembling-type container 1 shown in FIG. 1 is housed, and each drawing is a cross-sectional view.

As shown in FIG. 2, the pair of sheet parisons 13 and 13 extruded from the resin extrusion head 12 are disposed between the divided molds 14 and 14. The split molds 14 and 14 have concave cavities 15 and 15 for vacuum forming, and 16 is a contact surface that forms the vacuum suction gap and communicates with the vacuum chamber 17. Reference numeral 18 denotes an inner frame, and the inner frame 18 can protrude from the body 20 having the heating surfaces 19 and 19 facing the cavities 15 and 15 of the divided molds 14 and 14 and the periphery of the cavities 15 and 15. Moving frames 21 and 21 are provided. Here, the thermoplastic resin constituting the front wall and the back wall of the container may be any one that can be blow-molded, such as polyethylene resin, polypropylene resin, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, vinyl chloride resin, ABS resin ( (Acrylonitrile-styrene-butadiene resin), polyamide resin, polystyrene resin, polyester resin, polycarbonate resin, engineering plastics such as modified polyphenylene ether, etc. are suitable, such as glass fiber, carbon fiber, calcium carbonate, talc, mica, etc. A filler can be added.

As shown in FIG. 2, the split molds 14, 14 are opened and an intermediate frame 18 is disposed at an intermediate position thereof, and sheet-like parisons 13, 13 are disposed between the intermediate frame 18 and the cavities 15, 15, respectively. . Next, as shown in FIG. 3, the molds 14, 14 are clamped until they contact the moving frames 21, 21, and the sheet-like parisons 13, 13 are sandwiched between the cavities 15, 15, thereby forming the cavities. A closed space is formed between 15 and 15 and the sheet-like parisons 13 and 13. Next, as shown in FIG. 4, in this state, the closed space is vacuum-sucked from the contact surface 16 so as to be adsorbed to the sheet-like parisons 13 and 13 cavities 15 and 15, and as shown in FIG. 14 is further closed to seal the inside of the mold from the outside air, and a pressurized fluid is introduced through blowing means provided in the inner frame 18 to bring the sheet parisons 13 and 13 into close contact with the cavities 15 and 15. Next, as shown in FIG. 6, the split molds 14 and 14 are opened, the middle frame 18 is detached, and as shown in FIG. 7, the sheet-like parison 13 along one cavity 15 of the split molds 14 and 14. The preformed body 9 which is a foam is joined and disposed on the inner surface of the.

In the foam 9 is previously wireless tag 11 has a recess 1 0 for fitting the form, fixed by means such as an adhesive to the wireless tag 11 in the recess 10, shown in FIG. 8 in this state As described above, the molds 14 and 14 are closed and the puncture needle 22 that forms an opening in one sheet-like parison 13 is protruded from the surface of the cavity 14 to allow the space between the foam 9 to communicate with the outside air, The foam 9 is completely welded and integrated with the inner surfaces of the pair of sheet-like parisons 12 and 12 to obtain a resin panel 7 constituting one side wall 3 of the assembly-type container 1 shown in FIG. When the divided molds 14 and 14 are closed and the pressurized fluid is introduced through the blowing means provided in the middle frame 18, the sheet-like parison 13 is heated by the heating surfaces 19 and 19 provided in the middle frame 18. , 13 is maintained in a molten state, so that the foam 9 is welded to the inner wall surface of the front wall 5 and the back wall 6 of the resin panel 7.

Here, the foam 9 molded Me pre is intended to be furnished in the hollow portion of the container, thermal insulation of the container, intended to impart functions such as stiffness, becomes a polyethylene, polypropylene, a polystyrene, Table The wall 5 and the back wall 6 are preferably made of the same material as the thermoplastic resin. Moreover, fillers, such as glass fiber, carbon fiber, calcium carbonate, talc, and mica, can be appropriately added to the foam 9 . Also, here, blow molding refers to a desired shape that is obtained by overheating and melting a cylindrical parison or a resin sheet obtained by extruding or pre-molding a plurality of resin sheets, and placing the mold between molds. The so-called direct blow molding or sheet blow molding, which is formed into a thin film, is used regardless of whether air is blown or not.

According to the present invention, a parison or a resin sheet in a molten state is disposed between the divided molds, and after fixing the wireless tag inside the preformed foam, the foam is disposed between the divided molds. Because the mold is clamped and the inner surface of the molten parison or resin sheet and the outer surface of the foam are welded , the heat generated during molding of the wireless tag is blocked by the foam inside the foam, and is deformed by the heat during molding. Deterioration of the wireless tag such as breakage can be prevented.
