Description
Claims (3)
- 血管外圧と、前記血管外圧よりも大きい血管内圧と、が存在する血管穿刺部位を血管内部から止血するための止血器具であって、前記止血器具は、
中央部、上面、及び下面を有する可撓性塞栓と、
前記可撓性塞栓の前記中央部に取り外し可能に取り付けられた止血材及び該止血材の前記可撓性塞栓とは反対側に結合された弾性突出部を含むリリース機構と、を備え、
前記リリース機構は、前記可撓性塞栓を血管内部から前記血管穿刺部位に定位してリリースし、それにより前記可撓性塞栓が前記血管穿刺部位の周囲を覆い、かつ封止する、前記止血器具。 - 前記止血材が、生体適合性溶解カプセルに封入されている、請求項1に記載の止血器具。
- 前記弾性突出部は開口を有し、前記止血器具は、前記開口に挿通されてループを形成している縫合糸を更に備える、請求項1に記載の止血器具。
