Claims (3)
- エンジンと、電気モーターと、高電圧バッテリーと、該エンジンと動力出力部材とを連結し且つ該エンジンから該動力出力部材までの機械的な動力伝達経路の一部を構成する変速歯車機構と、該変速歯車機構によって上記エンジンに機械的に結合される発電機とを備え、
上記電気モーター、上記高電圧バッテリー及び上記発電機が電気的に接続されることにより、上記動力出力部材までの別の動力伝達経路が形成される、ハイブリッド電気自動車のパワートレインを制御する方法であって、
上記変速歯車機構は、リングギア、サンギア及びプラネタリーキャリアアッセンブリを有する遊星歯車機構であって、
上記発電機は、可変速クラッチ機構を介して上記サンギアに結合され、
上記エンジンは、上記プラネタリーキャリアアッセンブリに結合され、
上記別の動力伝達経路において上記高電圧バッテリー内の電圧喪失または該高電圧バッテリーからの電気エネルギーの移動中断が検出された場合に、上記発電機の回転を固定する発電機ブレーキ機構を締結させる工程と、
上記別の動力伝達経路における上記電圧喪失または上記電気エネルギーの移動中断が検出された場合であって車両の要求速度が該エンジンがストールすることになる速度よりも大きい場合には、上記発電機ブレーキ機構を締結させる工程と共に、上記遊星歯車機構のサンギアと上記発電機とを結合する可変速クラッチ機構を締結する一方、上記別の動力伝達経路における上記電圧喪失または上記電気エネルギーの移動中断が検出された場合であって車両の要求速度が上記エンジンがストールすることになる速度以下の場合には、上記発電機ブレーキ機構を締結させる工程と共に、上記エンジンが該エンジンがストールする速度であるストール速度より大きい速度で動作することを可能とするために上記可変速クラッチ機構で滑りが生じるように該可変速クラッチ機構を部分開放させる工程と、
を有する方法。 - 上記車両のための低電圧源の充電を行う工程と、
上記発電機の回転を上記発電機ブレーキ機構によって固定することにより上記機械的な動力伝達経路が形成されたときに、上記低電圧源を車両の電力源として作動させる工程と、
を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 - エンジンと、電気モータと、高電圧バッテリーと、リングギア、サンギア及びプラネタリーキャリアアッセンブリを有する遊星歯車機構であって該エンジンが該プラネタリーキャリアアッセンブリに結合され該エンジンから動力出力部材までの機械的な動力伝達経路の一部を構成する変速歯車機構と、該変速歯車機構によって上記エンジンに機械的に結合される発電機と、を備え、
上記電気モータ、高電圧バッテリー及び発電機が互いに電気的に結合されることにより、上記動力出力部材までの別の動力伝達経路が形成される、ハイブリッド電気自動車のパワートレインであって、
上記発電機の回転を固定可能に構成された発電機ブレーキ機構と、
上記遊星歯車機構のサンギアと上記発電機とを結合可能に構成された可変速クラッチ機構と、
上記別の動力伝達経路において上記高電圧バッテリー内の電圧喪失または該高電圧バッテリーからの電気エネルギーの移動中断が検出されたときに、上記発電機ブレーキ機構を締結するとともに、車両の要求速度が上記エンジンがストールすることになる速度よりも大きい場合には、上記可変速クラッチ機構を締結する一方、車両の要求速度が上記エンジンがストールすることになる速度以下の場合には、上記エンジンが該エンジンがストールする速度であるストール速度を超える速度で動作することを可能とするために上記可変速クラッチ機構で滑りが生じるように該可変速クラッチ機構を部分開放させる制御器と、
を備えるハイブリッド電気自動車のパワートレイン。
