本発明は、隔壁とケーシングで密閉されたロータと前記ロータを駆動するステータを前記隔壁の外側に設けたポンプにおいて、制御回路を内蔵する場合の密閉構造に関するものである。

近年、特に機器組込み用のポンプは、機器の小型,軽量化,省エネルギ化の流れの中、ポンプ自体も小型,軽量,省エネルギ化が望まれている。その手段の1つとして、隔壁で密閉されたロータと前記ロータを駆動するステータを前記隔壁の外側に設けたポンプにおいて、モータをDCブラシレスモータとしたものが提案されている。図2に従来のポンプの構造図を示す。

図2に示すように、吸込口102及び吐出口104を備えたケーシング101の内部に、流体を加圧する羽根車103を収納するとともに回転しないように固定された固定軸105が組み込まれている。また、同図2において、106はケーシング101に固定された軸受板,107は羽根車103に固定された回転自在の軸受、108は永久磁石、109は永久磁石108を内蔵したロータ、110は通電することによりロータ109を回転させるステータ、111はロータ109とステータ110を隔てる隔壁、112はステータ110に通電する電流を制御する制御部、113はモータフレーム、114は制御部112に電源や制御信号を伝えるリード線、115はモータフレーム113と隔壁111をシールするOリング、116はケーシング101と隔壁111をシールするOリング、117はリード線114とモータフレーム113をシールするシール部材、118はドライブ素子である。すなわち、従来のポンプにおいては、ステータ110の内部に隔壁111を介してロータ109が配置され、ロータ109と羽根車103は一体で成形され、ロータ109の中心の軸受107と接続されている。また、軸受107はロータ109の中央を貫通しケーシング101と隔壁111に両側で固定された固定軸105に回転自在に取付けられている。

以上のような構成とすることで、耐水性に優れ小型,軽量,省エネルギのポンプを得ることができる。このほかにも、たとえば特開平10−201168号公報に記載されているように、回路部を制御回路収納カバーの内部に樹脂でモールドして固定する構成としたものもある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の密閉構造のポンプでは、密閉した内部空気の湿度(水分)の隔壁への結露による回路の誤動作や故障発生の防止のため、乾燥した状態で組み立てたり、乾燥剤を入れたりする必要がある。また、水中ポンプとしてでなく、高温多湿の雰囲気中で冷水を循環する用途に用いる場合、リード線114の芯線部より湿気が進入し内部に結露水が溜まり、誤動作や破壊が発生することがある。この対策としてリード線114を長くすることやモールド剤により回路部をモールドする手段が用いられているが、リード線114を長くすると機器組込み時にリード線114の線処理が煩雑でありまたコストが高くなる。また、モールド剤でモールドする場合は、内部に制御回路を内蔵し小型にする場合にドライブ素子が高温になり、安価なモールド剤が使用できず高価になるという問題もある。

本発明は、モータフレームとケーシングとを組み合わせ、前記モータフレームとケーシングの間に設けた隔壁により前記モータフレームとケーシングに囲まれた内部を二つに区画して、区画された内部のモータフレーム側にステータを配置するとともにケーシング側に前記ステータによって駆動されるロータを備え、更に制御回路を含む制御部を前記内部の前記モータフレーム側に備えるポンプにおいて、前記制御回路のロータに対して背向した板面にドライブ素子を配置し、前記モータフレームと前記ドライブ素子との間に伝熱体を設けるとともに、前記伝熱体と前記モータフレームの間に絶縁体を設けるあるいは前記伝熱体を絶縁物で構成して、前記ドライブ素子の放熱を前記伝熱体から前記モータフレームへの熱伝達で行い、更に前記制御部は前記ステータに固定され、前記モータフレームをケースとして前記隔壁により区画された内部のモータフレーム側にモールド剤が充填されていることを特徴とする。
