Description
離型性:金型から火箸で成形品を離型する際に、金型への張り付きがなく容易に離型できたものは(◎)、成形品に変形を生じないものは(○)、金型への張り付きが生じ成形品が変形したものは(×)とした。
表面疵:金型と材料との摺動による疵が目視で確認できないもの、または疵の深さが1μm以下のものは(◎)、疵の深さが3μm未満のものは(○)、疵の深さが3μm以上のものは(×)とした。
Claims (2)
- アルミニウム合金板を金型を用いて熱間ブロー成形する方法であって、アルミニウム合金板の表面に、水酸化アルミニウム皮膜と水和酸化物皮膜の2層の皮膜を該皮膜の片面当たりの厚さが0.7〜3μmとなるよう形成し、金型に離型剤を塗布することなしに、皮膜を形成した表面が金型に接して成形されることを特徴とするアルミニウム合金板の熱間ブロー成形法。
- 前記アルミニウム合金板が5000系アルミニウム合金板または6000系アルミニウム合金板であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のアルミニウム合金板の熱間ブロー成形法。
