Claims (3)
- 金型内部にポリウレタンフォーム原料を注入して成型されたポリウレタンフォームからなり、バネを持たないパンフレームをシートフレームとして該シートフレーム上に載せて用いられて着座者の臀部を受け止める自動車用シートクッションパッドであって、前記ポリウレタンフォーム原料は、水酸基価が20〜40mgKOH/gのポリエーテルポリオール65〜80重量部と水酸基価が15〜30mgKOH/gのポリマーポリオール35〜20重量部とからなるポリオールを含有するものであり、前記ポリウレタンフォームは、コア密度が70〜80kg/m3 かつ反発弾性率が75〜80%であり、ヒップポイントにおけるパッド厚みが70〜90mmであることを特徴とする自動車用シートクッションパッド。
- 金型内部にポリウレタンフォーム原料を注入して成型されたポリウレタンフォームからなり、着座者の臀部を受け止める自動車用シートクッションパッドであって、前記ポリウレタンフォーム原料は、水酸基価が20〜40mgKOH/gのポリエーテルポリオール65〜80重量部と水酸基価が15〜30mgKOH/gのポリマーポリオール35〜20重量部とからなるポリオールを含有するものであり、前記ポリウレタンフォームは、コア密度が70〜80kg/m 3 であり、シートバックとの合わせ部となる後端部に着座面に対して上方に***して左右方向に延びる凸状部が設けられ、この凸状部に当該凸状部を補強するワイヤが埋設されたことを特徴とする自動車用シートクッションパッド。
- 着座面に表皮係止用溝が設けられ、該表皮係止用溝に沿って表皮係止用ワイヤが埋設され、前記凸状部に埋設されたワイヤが前記表皮係止用ワイヤから一体に連設されたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の自動車用シートクッションパッド。
