Description
Claims (7)
- 単一のチップ上に構成された集積電力システムであって、
ガスを流すためのチャネルを規定し、電圧信号を出力する、前記チップに組み込まれた少なくとも1つの燃料電池と、
前記燃料電池のガスをチャネルに受容するための手段と、
前記燃料電池からの電圧信号を受容し、電子システムでの使用に適した第2の出力電圧に電圧を変換する電力変換器と、
少なくとも1つの燃料電池内に流入するおよび/または少なくとも1つの燃料電池を通過する前記ガスをレギュレートする燃料電池コントローラであって、該ガスの流れが、当該少なくとも1つの燃料電池の電力出力に対応する燃料電池コントローラと、
前記第2の出力電圧によりもたらされた電力を検知し、該電力に対応するフィードバック信号を供給する手段と、
前記信号を前記燃料電池コントローラへ接続する手段であって、当該燃料電池コントローラが、前記もたらされた電力に見合うように前記フィードバック信号に応答する、手段とを備え、
前記燃料電池と前記電力変換器とが、チップ内にまたはチップの上面にエッチングにより形成された路によって電気的に接続されている、集積電力システム。 - 流れる前記ガスの温度および圧力を測定し、当該集積電力システムへその測定値を伝達する手段を備えている、請求項1に記載の集積電力システム。
- 前記チップの両面を規定しており、該チップの第1の面では、モノリシック構造が形成されて、相互接続されており、該チップの第2の面は、基板を規定しており、さらに前記電力変換器が、第2の出力電圧によって電流をもたらすパワートランジスタを備えている、請求項1に記載の集積電力システム。
- 前記パワートランジスタが、前記チップに組み込まれており、当該パワートランジスタへの接続が、当該チップの前記第1の面で形成されている、請求項3に記載の集積電力システム。
- 前記パワートランジスタが、前記チップに組み込まれており、当該パワートランジスタへの接続が、当該チップ前記第1の面および前記第2の面で形成されている、請求項3に記載の集積電力システム。
- 電力変換、調整およびコントロール機能の少なくとも一部が、第1の接点を規定する少なくとも1つのアッセンブリ上に構成されており、前記チップが、該第1の接点に対応する接点を規定していて、これにより、該少なくとも1つのアッセンブリを前記チップ上にマウントすることができ、かつ電気的接続を当該チップと当該少なくとも1つのアッセンブリとの間に形成することができるようになっている、請求項1に記載の集積電力システム。
- 電力変換機能が、スイッチモード型の回路を備えている、請求項1に記載の集積電力システム。
