Description

【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、賞球実績等のON/OFFの電気信号をメーカー毎に異なる型式で出力する各賞球遊技機と、日々の業務実績データ処理等を行う島コンピュータやホールコンピュータ等のコンピュータとの間に用いられる信号読取処理装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、賞球遊技機は、図6(イ)に示す様に、予め各種の賞球パターン等の遊技内容が書き込まれたROM等を具備した賞球基板15によってプレーヤーが楽しく遊べるような工夫がなされ、しかも該賞球遊技機16は、賞球遊技機製造メーカーの大小を問わず全て賞球実績等を電圧レベル等のON/OFFの電気信号で出力可能な構造を有してなるものである。

即ち、同図(ロ)及び(ハ)に示すように、係る構造を有した各賞球遊技機16の夫々には、前記電気信号を複数の賞球遊技機16を島単位で管理する島コンピュータ18aや店舗内に設置された店舗管理(ホール)コンピュータ18bを用いた遊技機管理装置18に送り込むべく出力可能な中継基板17が設けられている。

従って、前記中継基板17を介して各賞球遊技機16から出力される賞球実績等のON/OFFの電気信号をコンピュータが読み込み可能に処理した賞球実績等の信号を遊技機管理装置18を介して管理することにより、例えば、現時点(処理時間に若干の遅れ有)のみならず週間や月間等における店の利益や売上等の確認や予想を行ったり、又日々の業務実績データとしても残すことが出来るというものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記構成からなる賞球遊技機においては、下記の様な問題点があった。

即ち、賞球遊技機は、風俗営業法や厳しい賞球遊技機の検定規格等により、一旦検定に合格した賞球遊技機に改造を施すことは一切許されない。

しかしながら、近年、その検定合格後の賞球遊技機に、不法侵入者や不正を働く者が、閉店後や営業時間中にROMの入れ替えや改ざん等の各種不正行為を、一つの遊技場で多数の賞球遊技機に対して行うという極めて悪質な不正行為が巧妙に行われているのが現状である。

よって、例えROM入れ替えや改ざん等の不正行為が行われた場合であっても、賞球遊技機に一切改造を施すことなく不正が行われた賞球遊技機を多数の賞球遊技機の中から即時特定して犯罪を未然に防止するための解決策が望まれていた。

本発明は上記問題を解決するものであり、例え賞球遊技機にROM入れ替えや改ざん等の不正行為が行われた場合であっても、賞球遊技機に一切改造を施すことなく不正行為が行われた賞球遊技機を多数の賞球遊技機の中から即時特定して犯罪を未然に防止することが出来るという極めて優れた信号読取処理装置を提供することを課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、上記課題を解決するために全く新しい信号読取処理装置を開発し、以下の手段を講じたものである。

即ち、本発明における信号読取処理は、賞球遊技機2からメーカー毎に異なる型式で出力される賞球実績等のON/OFFの電気信号が中継基板4を介して島コンピュータ7aやホールコンピュータ7b等のコンピュータに読み込み可能に処理される賞球実績等の信号を蓄積すると共に、該蓄積した賞球遊技機2の賞球実績等の信号を、前記島コンピュータ7aやホールコンピュータ7b等のコンピュータで処理及び管理できる型式の信号に処理して島コンピュータ7aやホールコンピュータ7b等のコンピュータに出力する信号読取処理装置5において、該信号読取処理装置5が、各メーカーの賞球遊技機2毎の大当たりの開始から終了までを時系列で比較できる型式の情報データ又は各メーカーの賞球遊技機2毎の確変の開始から終了までを時系列で比較できる型式の情報データの少なくとも何れか一方を、前記島コンピュータ7aやホールコンピュータ7b等のコンピュータを介して日々の業務実績データ処理等が行なわれる前に、該島コンピュータ7aやホールコンピュータ7b等のコンピュータに出力可能な点にある。

更に、前記信号読取処理装置5が、中継基板4を介して得られる賞球遊技機2の賞球実績等の信号を蓄積しつつ、該中継基板4にメーカー毎に異なる型式で賞球遊技機2から入力される賞球実績等のON/OFFの電気信号と同一の賞球実績等のON/OFFの電気信号を出力可能な構成にしてなるものである。

尚、上記信号読取処理装置5は、賞球遊技機2で得られる遊技情報に関する電気信号の一部又は全部を読み取り可能で、且つ賞球遊技機2に大当たりが生じた際、その大当たりに至るまでの間に打玉の連続発射が所定時間中断された情報データの一部又は全部を時系列管理する機能を備え、且つ信号読取処理装置5の夫々が、大当たりに至るまでの間に打玉の連続発射が所定時間中断された情報データの一部又は全部を信号伝達手段又は通信手段を介して時系列で比較する機能も有してなることから、前記賞球遊技機2からメーカー毎に異なる型式で出力される賞球実績等のON/OFFの電気信号を各メーカーの賞球遊技機2毎の大当たりの開始から終了までを時系列で比較できる型式の情報データ又は各メーカーの賞球遊技機2毎の確変の開始から終了までを時系列で比較できる型式の情報データの少なくとも何れか一方と、前記大当たりに至るまでの間に打玉の連続発射が所定時間中断された情報データの一部又は全部を夫々時系列で比較することが可能となる。

よって、各メーカーの賞球遊技機2毎の大当たりの開始から終了までを時系列で比較できる型式の情報データ又は各メーカーの賞球遊技機2毎の確変の開始から終了までを時系列で比較できる型式の情報データの少なくとも何れか一方を比較すると共に、大当たりに至るまでの間に打玉の連続発射が所定時間中断された情報データの一部又は全部を時系列管理して比較することで、例えば、店舗内に配置された多数の賞球遊技機2の中で、上記各メーカーの賞球遊技機2が夫々比較しうる型式となった大当たりの開始から終了までの情報データ又は/及び確変の開始から終了までの情報データ並びに大当たりに至るまでの間に打玉の連続発射が所定時間中断された情報データを介して同一又は類似と思われる情報データを有する賞球遊技機2が少なくとも2基以上あった場合には、ある図柄が出た後、打玉の連続発射を所定時間中断する等の所定の条件により大当たりを出すべく作動するROMが前記2基以上の賞球遊技機2に入れ替えられたり、改ざんされた恐れがあると判断出来ることとなる。

即ち、一般的にROMの入れ替えや改ざんは、1台の賞球遊技機2に施されることはなく、少なくとも複数台の賞球遊技機2に施された後、複数人の不正者によって行われるものである。(1台の賞球遊技機2では一般客が偶然にその台を選んで遊技を行う場合もあり、この場合には不正を行うことが実質不可能となる為)よって、多数の賞球遊技機2の中から、大当たりに至るまでに打玉の連続発射が所定時間中断された情報データ及び各メーカーの賞球遊技機2毎の大当たりの開始から終了までを時系列で比較できる型式の情報データ又は各メーカーの賞球遊技機2毎の確変の開始から終了までを時系列で比較できる型式の情報データの少なくとも何れか一方を介して同一又は類似の情報データを発する賞球遊技機2の夫々に不正行為が施されたのではないかという特定を容易且つ瞬時に行うことが出来るという利点がある。

更に、本発明の信号読取処理装置5が、所定電磁波の受信手段又は発信手段の少なくとも何れか一方を有してなる場合には、例えば対峙する各島6間において、対向状態で並設された各賞球遊技機2間で常時又は一定間隔で所定電磁波の発信・受信を、例えば、閉店時から開店時まで行うことにより、ホールへの不正侵入者等が各島6間を歩き回ったルートや特定の賞球遊技機2の前で何分間立ち止まったかという事実を電磁波を遮った箇所や遮断した時間から容易に知ることが可能となる。

従って、不正行為が行われた可能性のある賞球遊技機2を電気信号の出力前、即ちホールの開店前に容易に特定することが可能となり、しいてはホールに生じる損害を未然に防止することが出来るという利点がある。

更に、信号読取処理装置5の夫々が島コンピュータ7a又はホールコンピュータ7bの少なくとも何れか一方を介して双方向通信可能な構成にしてなる場合には、例えば、通常、数百台単位でホールに設置された各賞球遊技機2の信号読取処理装置5間の双方向通信を、一般的なホールに備えつけられた既存の設備を利用して安価且つ円滑ならしめることが出来る利点がある。

よって、各信号読取処理装置5の通信機能をも簡略化することが可能となり、しいては全体の設備コストを必要最少限におさえることが出来るという利点がある。

更に、信号読取処理装置5が、賞球遊技機2に外付けされる場合には、検定に合格した各製造メーカー毎の賞球遊技機2に何ら特別な改造等を一切施すことなく、信号読取処理装置5を各賞球遊技機2に対して後付けすることが出来る。

よって、現在、市場に供給されている各メーカーの賞球遊技機2の全てに信号読取処理装置5を簡単に後付け装着することが可能なだけでなく、賞球遊技機2で得られる遊技情報に関する各種の電気信号の型式や形態等が各賞球遊技機製造メーカー毎に異なっている場合でも、各賞球遊技機2から得られる電気信号の型式や形態等を一切変更することなく、信号読取処理装置5にて全ての賞球遊技機2が処理可能な共通の情報データに変換して双方向通信することも可能になるという利点がある。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明における信号読取処理装置の一実施形態を図面に従って説明する。

図1に於いて、1は信号読取処理装置が用いられる賞球遊技機の集中管理装置を示し、該集中管理装置1は、賞球遊技場内(ホール内)に対峙すべく一定間隔で複数配設された島6の両面6aに賞球基板3を有して一定間隔で並設された同一メーカー製の賞球遊技機(パチンコ台)2と、各賞球遊技機2を島単位で管理すべく島6毎に設けられた島コンピュータ7a及び該各島コンピュータ7aを管理すべく賞球遊技場内に設置されたホール(店舗管理)コンピュータ7bとを備えた遊技機管理装置7とから構成されてなるものである。

上記各賞球遊技機2には、遊技情報に関する各種賞球実績等が賞球基板3を介して電圧レベルの出力とリレーによる電気信号のON/OFF(接点出力)として出力された各種賞球実績等の電気信号を島コンピュータ7aやホールコンピュータ7b等のコンピュータに読み込み出来る信号に処理する中継基板4が設けられ、しかも各中継基板4と島コンピュータ7aとは、信号伝達手段としての通信路8を介して個々に接続されている。

尚、上記電気信号としては、例えば、賞球遊技機2内のリレーが、遊技球が始動口(スタート)に入った時や図柄(デジタル)が止まった時に、250ミリ秒、ONとなる信号型式のものやリレーが、状態が変遷するまで、即ち、大当たりの開始から終了まで、又確変の開始から終了までONになる等の各種の電気信号出力型式がある。

よって、各賞球遊技機2の中継基板4から得られた各種賞球実績等の信号は個々の通信路8を介して前記島コンピュータ7aの夫々に順次送り込まれることとなる。

尚、上記各中継基板4には信号読取処理装置5が設けられ、且つ該信号読取処理装置5は、中継基板4から得ることが出来る賞球遊技機2の各種賞球実績等の遊技情報に関する電気信号の一部又は全部を読み取り可能な構成からなり、しかも賞球遊技機2に大当たりが生じた際、その大当たりに至るまでの間に打玉の連続発射が所定時間中断された情報データの一部又は全部を時系列管理可能な機能を有してなり、しかも各信号読取処理装置5は、大当たりに至るまでの間に打玉の連続発射が所定時間中断された情報データの一部又は全部を通信路8を介して時系列で比較する機能を有してなるものである。

更に、前記各信号読取処理装置5は、賞球遊技機2毎に配設されたトップランプ(図示せず)内に設けられている。

上記の如くトップランプ内に信号読取処理装置5を設けることにより、各ホールにおいて、既設された賞球遊技機2へ極めて簡単且つ迅速に信号読取処理装置5を取り付けることが出来るという施工上の利点があるが、島6内に設置スペースが存在すれば必ずしもトップランプ内に信号読取処理装置5を設けること自体は必須の要件ではないが、後述すべく電磁波の受信手段又は発信手段の少なくとも何れか一方を信号読取処理装置5が有した場合には、見通しの良い通信ゾーンを確保出来る好ましい設置箇所になる利点がある。

更に、上記信号読取処理装置5は、例えば、賞球遊技機2内のリレーが、遊技球が始動口に入った時や図柄が止まった時に、250ミリ秒、ONとなる電気信号を読み取ってデジタルのスタート回数を数えたり、始動口に入った数を数えたり、又リレーが、状態が変遷するまで、即ち、各メーカーの賞球遊技機2毎に蓄積された賞球実績等の信号から大当たりの開始から終了まで、又確変の開始から終了までONになる信号を読み取って大当たりの回数、確変の回数を数えるといった処理を行いつつ一緒に、前記大当たりに至るまでの間に打玉の連続発射が所定時間中断された情報データの一部又は全部も夫々時系列で比較することが出来る型式の各情報データを出力する機能を有してなるものである。

更に、詳しく説明すると、先ず、ホールにおいて行われる不正は、その殆どが、閉店後等において、不法侵入した者や店員との謀略により賞球遊技機2自体に改造(殆どが不正ROMの入れ替え)を施したりする準備段階と、改造を施した賞球遊技機を営業中に通常とは違った打ち方(遊技方法)を行うことにより不正に出玉を得る実行段階とがある。

尚、不正ROMの入れ替えにおいては、殆どの場合が、図柄表示ドラムに所定の図柄が出てから打玉の連続発射を所定時間中断するといった打ち方を所定のパターンに基づいて行うことにより不正に出玉を得ることが出来るものである。

よって、上記信号読取処理装置5は、賞球遊技機2の中継基板4から得られる各種遊技情報(遊技方法や賞球実績のパターン等)に関する信号の一部又は全部をリアルタイム又は一定時間毎に蓄積し、大当たりが発生した時点で、大当たりに至るまでの間に打玉の連続発射が所定時間中断された情報データの一部又は全部を時系列管理し、予め信号読取処理装置5に各種の不正パターンとしての情報データが認識記憶されている場合には、双方の情報データを時系列で照合比較して、夫々の情報データが同一又は類似と思われる場合には、警報ランプやスピーカー等の告知手段(図示せず)を動作させるための動作信号を出力する機能を備えた構成にしてなるものである。

更に、信号読取処理装置5は、大当たりに至るまでの間に打玉の連続発射が所定時間中断された情報データに対して同一又は類似と思われる図柄パターンに関する情報データを有する賞球遊技機2が通信路8を介して多数の賞球遊技機2の中に少なくとも2基以上存在すると判断した場合に、その情報データを通信路8を介して全ての信号読取処理装置5に出力することが出来る機能を有してなる。

更に、同一又は類似と思われる情報データを通信路8を介して受けた全ての信号読取処理装置5は、その情報データを不正パターンとして認識記憶し、以後大当たりが生じる毎にその大当たりに至るまでの情報データと不正パターンとして認識記憶された情報データとを比較する機能を有してなるものである。

更に、上記各信号読取処理装置5には、例えば、電磁波の一つである赤外線を、対向(真正面に限定されない)する賞球遊技機2に向けて発信可能な発信装置5aと対向(真正面に限定されない)する賞球遊技機2の信号読取処理装置5から発せられた赤外線を受信可能な受信装置5bが夫々設けられている。

尚、上記信号読取処理装置5は、発信装置5aと受信装置5bとの間で通信される赤外線の受信時間及び否受信時間の夫々を時系列で記憶する機能を有している。

よって、係る各信号読取処理装置5によれば、予め設定された所定時間内や所定日数内等における賞球遊技機2の賞球実績等を全て共通の処理信号又は処理データの少なくとも何れか一方で個別管理することが出来るだけでなく、赤外線の受信時間や否受信時間をも個々の賞球遊技機2毎に個別管理することが出来るものである。

本発明の一実施形態における信号読取処理装置は以上の構成からなり、次に係る賞球遊技機の集中管理装置を実際に使用する場合について説明する。

先ず、上記構成からなる集中管理装置1によれば、島6に並設された各賞球遊技機2には、例えば、賞球遊技機2内のリレーが、遊技球が始動口に入った時や図柄が止まった時に、250ミリ秒、ONとなる電気信号を読み取ってデジタルのスタート回数や始動口に入った数を数えたり、又リレーが、状態が変遷するまで、即ち、各メーカーの賞球遊技機2毎に中継基板4に蓄積された賞球実績等の信号から、該中継基板4に設けられた信号読取処理装置5が大当たりの開始から終了まで、又確変の開始から終了までONになる電気信号を読み取って大当たりの回数、確変の回数を数えるといった処理を行いつつ一緒に、前記大当たりに至るまでの間に打玉の連続発射が所定時間中断された情報データの一部又は全部も夫々時系列で管理比較することが出来る型式の各情報データを出力する機能を有してなると共に各情報データの一部又は全部を通信路8を介して個々の信号読取処理装置5と比較検討する構成にしてなるものである。

よって、個々の賞球遊技機2に設けられた信号読取処理装置5の夫々が、各メーカーの賞球遊技機2毎の大当たりの開始から終了までを時系列で比較できる型式の情報データ又は各メーカーの賞球遊技機2毎の確変の開始から終了までを時系列で比較できる型式の情報データの少なくとも何れか一方を比較すると共に、大当たりに至るまでの間に打玉の連続発射が所定時間中断された情報データの一部又は全部を時系列管理して比較することで、例えば、店舗内に配置された多数の賞球遊技機2の中で、上記各メーカーの賞球遊技機2が夫々比較しうる型式となった大当たりの開始から終了までの情報データ又は/及び確変の開始から終了までの情報データ並びに大当たりに至るまでの間に打玉の連続発射が所定時間中断された情報データを介して同一又は類似と思われる情報データを有する賞球遊技機2が少なくとも2基以上あった場合には、ある図柄が出た後、打玉の連続発射を所定時間中断する等の所定の条件により大当たりを出すべく作動するROMが前記2基以上の賞球遊技機2に入れ替えられたり、改ざんされた恐れがあると判断出来ることとなる。

更に、前記情報データの一部又は全部を時系列比較する信号読取処理装置5の夫々が、比較した情報データを同一又は類似と認識した際に、所定の告知手段の動作信号を出力する場合には、係る動作信号を介して警報ランプやスピーカー等の告知手段(図示せず)を動作させることが出来、よって、告知手段を介して不正を働く遊技者に遊技を止めさせるためのプレッシャーを与えたり、従業員に不正を働いているであろう遊技者を見張らせたり、警告を与える等の行動指示を促すことが出来るという利点がある。

更に、信号読取処理装置5が、大当たりに至るまでの間に打玉の連続発射が所定時間中断された情報データに対して同一又は類似と思われる情報データを有する賞球遊技機2が少なくとも2基以上存在すると判断した場合に、その情報データを信号伝達手段又は通信手段を介して全ての信号読取処理装置5に出力し、且つ該全ての信号読取処理装置5はその情報データを不正パターンとして認識記憶し、以後大当たりが生じる毎にその大当たりに至るまでの情報データと不正パターンとして認識記憶された情報データとを比較する構成にしてなる場合には、信号伝達手段又は通信手段を介して1店舗内に存在する全ての賞球遊技機2のみならず、信号伝達手段又は通信手段を介して一定地域、日本全国及び世界中に存在する信号読取処理装置5にROMの入れ替えや改ざんが施されて大当たりに至るまでの不正パターンとしての情報データをリアルタイムに認識記憶させて不正の波及を初期の段階でくい止めることが出来るという利点がある。

又、前記信号読取処理装置5の夫々が、比較した情報データを同一又は類似と認識した際に、所定の告知手段の動作信号を出力する構成にしてなる場合には、前記同様に告知手段を介して不正を働く遊技者に遊技を止めさせるためのプレッシャーを与えたり、従業員に不正を働いているであろう遊技者を見張らせたり、警告を与える等の行動指示を促すことが出来るという利点がある。
