本発明は脱着式ノズルに関し、電気・電子部品、金属材、食品等の各種の製造ラインにおいて、高精度エッチング工程、冷却工程、洗浄工程、塗装工程、殺菌工程等で、配管に多数並列して固定されているアダプターよりノズル本体を略ワンタッチの回転操作で簡単に脱着するものである。

【従来の技術】
スプレーノズルにおいて、ノズルに目詰まり、摩耗等が発生した場合、配管に固定されたアダプターからノズル本体を取り外して補修、交換する必要がある。スプレーノズルが多数個に設置されている場合、例えば、ブラウン管のシャドーマスクのエッチング工程作業場等においては、1ラインに数百から数千のスプレーノズルが配管に間隔をあけて取り付けられており、これらスプレーノズルのアダプターからノズル本体を着脱するには、多大の労力が必要となる。
