Description
Claims (2)
- ピストンを作製するための鋳造法であって、該鋳造法で、旋回可能な窓インサート(14)を有する鋳型が、切欠き(12,12´)を作製するために使用される形式の方法において、
次の方法ステップ、すなわち、
−塩成形部分(15)を作製し、該塩成形部分(15)により、ピストン(1)の鋳込み時に切欠き(12,12´)、及び特にボス(7)と、ピストン(1)の上側領域(5)との間の領域内に突入したアンダカット(13,13´)を形成可能にし、
−前記切欠き(12,12′)の上部を制限しており且つピストン底部部分である壁(18)の形状安定性を改善するために、ピストン(1)の鋳込み時に切欠き(12,12´)及びアンダカット(13,13´)内に配置されたリブ(17,17´)を作製するために、塩成形部分(15)内に溝を設け、
−それぞれの窓インサート(14)に塩成形部分(15)を固定し、
−ピストン(1)を鋳込み、
−鋳込み終えたピストン(1)から窓インサート(14)を旋回して離し、前記塩成形部分(15)を窓インサートから解放し、ピストン内に残し、
−塩成形部分(15)をピストン(1)から洗い落とす
方法ステップを用いることを特徴とする、ピストンを作製するための鋳造法。 - 窓インサート(14)に少なくとも2つの円錐状の延長部(16)を設け、該延長部(16)にそれぞれ1つの塩成形部分(15)を被せ嵌める、請求項1記載の鋳造法。
