Claims (2)
- 第1の基板上に、能動層、ゲート電極、ソース電極、及びドレイン電極を含むトランジスタと、前記能動層、前記ゲート電極、前記ソース電極、前記ドレイン電極のうちいずれかと同一の層からなるパターンである目盛りと、前記トランジスタと接続された画素電極とを形成し、
前記第1の基板上に配置された前記画素電極と第2の基板上に配置された対向基板とを対向し、前記第1及び第2の基板を、開口部を有するシール層で、前記シール層の前記開口部を前記第1及び第2の基板の端部に配置させて、張り合わせ、
前記第1の基板、前記第2の基板、及び前記シール層に囲まれた領域に液晶を導入し、
前記開口部から引き込まれる封止樹脂の引き込み量を前記目盛りで計測し、前記封止樹脂で前記液晶を封止する、
液晶表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記目盛りは、前記第1の基板の前記端部に形成されている請求項1記載の液晶表示装置の製造方法。
