Description
The present invention relates to an information recording medium and a state detection method for the information recording medium. Specifically, an information recording medium in which two or more independent non-contact IC tag circuits are arranged adjacent to a common surface protective sheet or a common base film surface, The present invention relates to an information recording medium in which the function is lost when one non-contact IC tag circuit gets wet, and also relates to a state detection method using the information recording medium.
The information recording medium of the present invention is used as a normal non-contact IC tag, and is particularly suitable for use as an information recording medium for reliably detecting a history using a product or the like in which a water wetting history is a problem. Fields of use of the information recording medium of the present invention are fields of transportation and distribution, merchandise distribution management, factory process management, merchandise delivery and baggage handling, and specific uses include packing tags, labels, slips, tickets, It becomes.
Non-contact IC tags record and hold information and can exchange information by communicating with external devices in a non-contact manner, so that they can be used as recognition media in transportation and logistics, or as identification media for product quality control, inventory management, etc. In addition, they are increasingly used for various purposes.
However, in the process of merchandise distribution and inventory management, there may be an accident caused by getting wet, but the situation and progress may not be clearly understood. Although there is a detection means for attaching a water wetness detection label to a non-waterproof product and visually comparing the color development state of the label, there is a problem that the determination requires experience and takes time.
Therefore, the present invention intends to meet a unique demand application by adding a heterogeneous function called a wetness detection function to a non-contact IC tag that has come to be reliably used for products and the like. is there.
There are
The present invention forms two or more non-contact IC tag circuits on a common surface protective sheet or the same base film surface, and any one non-contact IC among the plurality of non-contact IC tag circuits. It is an object of the present invention to make the tag circuit lose its function when wet.
Thus, although it is a non-contact IC tag used for merchandise or the like, it has a feature of simultaneously recording a water wetting history, and is intended to be used for such a purpose application.
Abstract of the invention to solve the above problems, a non-contact communication function unit coupled to the antenna structure and the antenna structure, the control unit and has an IC chip having a memory, the function of substantially the same characteristics in the normal state In an information recording medium in which two or more independent non-contact IC tag circuits for performing the above are arranged adjacent to the same base film surface, any one non-contact IC tag circuit among the plurality of non-contact IC tag circuits Since the contact IC tag circuit is covered with a short-circuit material via a water-soluble resin layer, the non-contact communication function is lost when the water-soluble resin layer dissolves and short-circuits when wet. The information recording medium is characterized by the following.
In the information recording medium, the non-contact IC tag circuit of the information recording medium is covered with a surface protection sheet, and water can easily enter the portion of the non-contact IC tag circuit facing the short-circuit material. It is preferable that the opening is formed because a short circuit due to dissolution of the water-soluble resin layer can be promoted.
In the information recording medium of the present invention, two or more non-contact IC tag circuits are formed, and any one of the plurality of non-contact IC tag circuits is wet with water. Since the function is sometimes lost, if the function of each non-contact IC tag circuit is checked and a malfunction is detected after the medium is used, the water wetting history can be surely known.
The information recording medium of the present invention can also be used as a normal non-contact IC tag, and in that case, common information can be recorded in duplicate on the IC chips of a plurality of non-contact IC tag circuits. it can. Thereby, the certainty of information recording can be aimed at.
According to the state detection method using the information recording medium of the present invention, it is possible to reliably detect the water wetting history of the information recording medium.

The information recording medium of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a plan view of an information recording medium according to a first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a sectional view thereof, FIG. 3 is a plan view of an information recording medium according to a second embodiment, and FIG. FIG. 5 is a plan view of the information recording medium of the third embodiment, and FIG. 6 is a sectional view thereof.
FIG. 1 is a plan view showing an example of an information recording medium according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and shows a state seen through a surface protection sheet. In FIG. 1, two contactless IC tag circuits are illustrated for convenience, but more than two contactless IC tag circuits may be formed. The fact that the right end of FIG. 1 is a wavy line means that a circuit may be formed continuously in that portion. The same applies to each figure in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 1, in the

The above configuration is the same as that of a normal non-contact IC tag except that it has two non-contact IC tag circuits. On the lower surface of the
A feature of the

As another modified embodiment, an opening S is formed in a portion of the
The printing part (circular C part) by water-soluble conductive resin composition ink and the place where opening S may correspond may be sufficient. In this case, dissolution of part of the antenna structure made of the water-soluble conductive resin composition ink is further promoted.

When the
Although the method of using the information recording medium of the present invention has been outlined together with the description of each of the above embodiments, a supplementary description will be given below.
[First usage]
The first usage method is a usage method for water wetting detection, which is an original usage method. Although the information recording medium of the present invention has a plurality of non-contact IC tag circuits, in any of the embodiments, the base film dissolves when any one of the non-contact IC tag circuits is wet. The contactless communication function is lost depending on which state the contactless IC tag circuit comes into contact with the short-circuit material or the contactless IC tag circuit itself is dissolved.
Therefore, when the information recording medium of the present invention is affixed to a product or the like, the product is transported by a predetermined route, stored for a predetermined period, or subjected to a predetermined process, any process If the information recording medium encounters water wetting, the information recording medium loses or malfunctions the non-contact communication function. When the IC tag circuit is detected, it can be estimated that the product has been wetted during the course or processing.
In the present invention, although not particularly mentioned in the claims, a plurality of non-contact IC tag circuits read or written at the same time for the purpose of recording the time of wetness over time. By mutually recording the unique numbers of the IC chips, it is possible to estimate the time of water wetting based on the time when the recording of the unique number of the other party stops.
[Second usage]
The second usage method is to record the same information redundantly on each contactless IC tag circuit having the same characteristics. This is a recording method corresponding to mirroring in the information processing technology. This is for the purpose of providing data with redundancy and ensuring the reliability of information recording when the communication state is unstable. In this case, since there are a plurality of non-contact IC tag circuits having the same characteristics in the non-contact communication area of the same reader / writer, a communication collision may occur. However, it is substantially within the same time, but non-contact IC tag circuits are sequentially selected to perform non-contact communication.
Even if one non-contact IC tag circuit loses its communication function due to water wetting, if information can be read from any one non-contact IC tag circuit, the purpose of information recording can be achieved.
Next, the manufacturing process of the information recording medium of the present invention will be described. The information recording medium of the present invention can be manufactured by a general non-contact IC tag manufacturing process, but when using a water-soluble base film, when using a short-circuit material, when using a water-soluble conductive resin composition ink. It is necessary to consider the manufacturing method. Hereinafter, an outline will be described for each embodiment.
