Description
Claims (5)
- 四つの角部を有して略四角形状に形成され、対向する一対の角部を結んだ対角線がX方向及びこのX方向と直交するY方向に合致している固定プレートと、
この固定プレートに対して前記X方向へ移動自在に設けられた案内部材と、
免震対象物が載置されると共に四つの角部を有して略四角形状に形成され、前記案内部材に対して前記Y方向へ移動自在に設けられて前記固定プレートと平行な面内を移動自在な移動プレートと、
前記固定プレートと前記案内部材との間、及び前記移動プレートと前記案内部材との間に設けられ、前記固定プレートに対して変位した前記移動プレートを初期位置に引き戻す複数の弾性部材と、
前記Y方向に合致した対角線上に位置する固定プレートの一対の角部、及び前記X方向に合致した対角線上に位置する移動プレートの一対の角部に配置されたロータリダンパと、
前記ロータリダンパに設けられた回転従動部材に架け回されると共に前記固定プレートのX方向に合致した対角線と平行な径路を含む所定の経路で環状に張り巡らされ、かかる固定プレートに対する前記案内部材のX方向移動に伴って循環するX方向循環ベルトと、
前記ロータリダンパに設けられた回転従動部材に架け回されると共に前記移動プレートのY方向に合致した対角線と平行な径路を含む所定の経路で環状に張り巡らされ、前記案内部材に対する前記移動プレートのY方向移動に伴って循環するY方向循環ベルトと、
を備えたことを特徴する減衰機構付き免震テーブル。 - 前記X方向循環ベルト、Y方向循環ベルト、ロータリダンパは、前記案内部材を介して積み重ねられた前記固定プレートと前記移動プレートとの隙間内に収容されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の減衰機構付き免震テーブル。
- 前記弾性部材の固定プレートとの結合位置は前記X方向循環ベルトに係る所定の経路の内側に設けられる一方、前記弾性部材の移動プレートとの結合位置は前記Y方向循環ベルトに係る所定の経路の内側に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の減衰機構付き免震テーブル。
- 前記弾性部材は、前記ロータリダンパが配置された固定プレートの角部又は前記ロータリダンパが配置された移動プレートの角部と前記案内部材との間に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3いずれかに記載の減衰機構付き免震テーブル。
- 請求項1記載の減衰機構付き免震テーブルと、この免震テーブルと連結して使用される慣性質量付き免震テーブルとを備えた免震テーブルユニットであって
前記慣性質量付き免震テーブルは、前記減衰機構付き免震テーブルのロータリダンパに代えて慣性質量体を設けたものであることを特徴とする免震テーブルユニット。
