Description
図2に示すように、タイヤ状態監視装置20は、ケース21の内部に回路基板22とボタン電池(図示せず)とを収容して備えている。ケース21は、一端面が開放した容器状のケース本体21Aと、ケース本体21Aの開放口21Cを塞いだ閉塞板21Bとからなる。また、図1に示すようにタイヤ状態監視装置20は、タイヤバルブ50と共に車両の4つの車輪11(図1には、そのうち1つの車輪11のみが示されている)の各々に取り付けられてタイヤ14の密閉空間内に配置されている。
表1に示す配合組成及び配合量で絶縁処理組成物を調製し、ラボスターラーを用い、A材及びB材を1000rpmで5分攪拌し、10Torr5分真空脱泡後、100℃1時間加熱、23℃48時間養生させた硬化物をサンプルとした。その硬化物の特性を下記の方法で測定し、結果を表1に示す。なお、使用した物質は下記のとおりである。
水素添加型ポリ-α-オレフィン:PAO(出光石油化学(株)製、商品名)
液状変性4−4'ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート:LF−1209(Guntsman製)
脱水剤:モレキュラシーブ3AB(ユニオン昭和(株)製)
ダンベル状3号形を用いJIS K6251 加硫ゴムの引張試験方法に準じて引張弾性率を測定した。
硬化物の厚みを0.3〜0.4mmとし、JIS K7126 プラスチックフィルム及びシートの気体透過度試験方法の差圧法に準じ、水素ガスの透過係数を測定した。
硬化物の厚みを0.3〜0.4mmとし、JIS Z0208 防湿梱包材料の透湿度試験方法にに準じ、水の透湿度を測定した。
6,6−ナイロン製のケースに接着した状態から剥がす際に必要な力を求めた。

Claims (2)
- 車輪(11)に取り付けられてタイヤ(14)内の気圧を検出するための回路基板(22)を備えたタイヤ状態監視装置(20)であって、
前記回路基板(22)をウレタン樹脂で封止したタイヤ状態監視装置(20)において、
前記ウレタン樹脂は、ポリオレフィンポリオールに由来する構造単位と、ポリイソシアネートに由来する構造単位と、水素添加型ポリ−α−オレフィンとを含み、
前記ポリオレフィンポリオールに由来する構造単位の含有量が、前記ウレタン樹脂の総量に対して40〜80重量%であることを特徴とするタイヤ状態監視装置(20)。 - 前記ウレタン樹脂の引張弾性率は、25℃で5MPa以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のタイヤ状態監視装置(20)。
