Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a compact container that accommodates flexible containers containing fluid cosmetics such as liquid cosmetics and creamy cosmetics, such as tube containers or blow bottles (simply referred to herein as tube containers). More specifically, it is related to containers. More specifically, the lid and container body are pivotally mounted so that they can be opened and closed. Even with a compact container in hand, it is easy and reliable to open and close the spout of tube containers stored in the container body. The present invention relates to a compact container that can be used for the following.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, fluid katsura cosmetics such as liquid cosmetics and creamy cosmetics are filled in glass bottles and flexible tube containers, and the glass bottles and flexible tube containers are hermetically sealed with screw caps and the like. Is done. Most of the conventional compact containers are configured so as to exclusively store solid or kneaded cosmetics, and have never accommodated such fluid cosmetics. However, carrying a glass bottle or a flexible tube container containing creamy cosmetics has the disadvantages of being easily damaged and easily deformed, and there are separate cosmetics and mirrors during use. It is inconvenient, such as taking more than necessary and complicated operations.
[0003]
Therefore, conventionally, a cosmetic tray member is attached to the side edge of the compact container body so that the cosmetic container can be rotated by 180 °, or the cosmetic container can be rotated by 90 ° within the same plane on the upper surface of the compact container body. A saucer member is attached, and a spout of a flexible tube container with creamy cosmetics is connected to one side of the saucer member, and the set of the saucer member and tube container can be integrated into and removed from the compact container body. In addition, when the set of the tray member and the tube container is in the container body, the discharge hole located on the bottom surface or the top surface of the tray member is hermetically sealed by a seal cap protruding from the container body side or the lid body side. What is configured as described above is known (Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-13309, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 5-13310).
[0004]
According to such a compact container, the creamy cosmetic is stored in the compact container in a state of being stored in the tube container, so that the creamy cosmetic is not changed significantly without changing the shape and configuration of the conventional compact container. Can be stored. In addition, by closing the lid, the seal cap is inserted into the discharge hole on the lower surface or the upper surface of the tray member and sealed, thereby holding the tube container in an airtight state. In addition, by closing the lid, the tube container is also protected from external impacts, and is not damaged and the portability is improved.
[0005]
In use, since the tube container and the tray member can be rotated to extend outside the container body, the body of the tube container can be pressed directly with fingers to discharge the cosmetic material to the tray member. It is also easy to extrude a desired amount of cosmetic material. In addition, the cosmetics can be easily changed for each tube.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the conventional sealed structure of the tube container, the set of the tray member and the tube container is rotatably housed in the compact container body, and the discharge hole on the lower surface or the upper surface of the tray member located in the compact container body is used. The seal cap provided in the compact container main body or on the lid is inserted to seal the discharge hole.
[0007]
That is, the tube container spout is not directly closed, but the tube container spout is once attached to the tray member, and then the airtight chain is formed on the discharge hole of the tray member. There are two parts. Therefore, a simple structure with one seal portion is required.
[0008]
In addition, the seal cap projecting in the compact container main body has a structure in which the discharge hole on the lower surface of the tray member rotates and is fitted in an oblique direction, or the seal cap projecting on the lid is a compact container main body. While rotating to the discharge hole of the upper surface of the saucer member located in the inside, it becomes a structure to be fitted from an oblique direction. For this reason, high relative positional accuracy is required for the discharge hole and the seal cap, and there are restrictions such as determining the amount of seal cap entry considering the turning radius of the tray member and the lid, and the seal cap is linear. Compared to a structure that performs a closing motion, the structure is essentially difficult to manufacture. Moreover, the proof stress which maintains the airtightness of the fitting part tends to become short.
[0009]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems and to easily and reliably open and close the spout of the tube containers stored in the container body in a compact container pivotably attached to the lid and the container body. An object of the present invention is to provide a compact container that can be used.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a compact container in which a lid and a container main body are pivotally attached to each other at their rear ends so that flexible tube containers are accommodated in the container main body. A flexible tube container in which a front storage portion and a rear storage portion are provided adjacent to each other in the front and rear, the application body is stored in the front storage portion, and fluid cosmetic is contained in the rear storage portion. The tube container has a spout located on the front storage portion side so that fluid cosmetics can be poured into the application body, and an inner lid is slidably attached to the front storage portion. When the inner lid is closed, a closing projection protruding from the rear end portion closes the spout of the tube container, and the inner lid and the lid body further include a closure projection when the lid body is closed. Hook parts that engage with each other and press the closing protrusion against the spout Characterized by providing.
[0011]
In the present invention, it is preferable that the inner lid is configured as an inner dish, and solid cosmetics, oil removing paper, cotton, and the like can be stored in the upper part of the inner dish.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a compact container according to this embodiment, showing a state in which a lid is opened and an inner lid is pulled out. 2 is a sectional view of the compact container with the lid closed, FIG. 3 is a plan view of the lid opened, FIG. 4 is a sectional view of the inner lid being pulled out, and FIG. 5 is a drawer of the inner lid. It is a top view of a state.
[0013]
1 to 3, a compact container 1 has a rectangular container body 2 and a cover body 3 which are formed long in the front-rear direction, and the container body 2 and the cover body 3 are connected to each other via a pin 4 which is a hinge at the rear end. It is pivotally attached to open and close.
[0014]
In the container main body 2, a partition wall 5 is provided at substantially the center thereof, whereby a front storage portion 6 and a rear storage portion 7 are formed adjacent to each other in the front-rear direction. Among these, a cosmetic puff or sponge 8 as an application body is stored in one front storage portion 6. In addition, in the other rear storage portion 7, a tube container 9 containing a liquid foundation is placed as a flexible tube container containing fluid cosmetics such as creamy cosmetics and liquid cosmetics. Stored in a table.
[0015]
The tube container 9 is composed of a neck portion 10 and a trunk portion 11, and the trunk portion 11 is rich in flexibility, and the shape thereof is a slightly flat cylindrical shape whose cross section is tapered at the rear portion, and the rear housing portion of the container body 2. 2, the rear storage portion 7 is almost occupied as shown in FIG. 2, and the outer diameter thickness of the tube container 9 is approximately equal to the depth of the storage space formed by the rear storage portion 7 and the lid 3. Dimensioned to be equal. Further, the neck portion 10 protrudes from the front end of the body portion 11, a spout 12 (see FIG. 5) is opened at the tip, and can be screwed into a U-shaped attachment port 13 provided in the partition wall 5 at the outer periphery. A fitting groove 10a is formed. The neck portion 10 of the tube container 9 has a fitting groove portion 10 a fitted from above into a U-shaped attachment port 13 provided in the partition wall 5, and the spout 12 is located on the front storage portion 6 side. Thus, the fluid container can be poured into the sponge 8 by pressing the tube container 9.
[0016]
An inner lid 14 is attached to the upper portion of the front storage portion 6 in which the sponge 8 is stored so as to be slidable in the forward direction. In order to constitute the sliding mechanism of the inner lid 14, a guide groove 15 is formed on the inner surface of the side portion of the front storage portion 6, and the side edge portion of the inner lid 14 has a step that fits into the guide groove 15. A protruding ridge portion 16 is formed.
[0017]
In addition to the above configuration, a closing projection 18 formed in a slightly tapered shape protrudes from the rear end 17 of the inner lid 14 as a plug of the tube container 9 as shown in FIGS. When the inner lid 14 is closed, the closing protrusion 18 enters the spout 12 of the tube container 9 and closes the spout 12.
[0018]
Furthermore, the inner lid and the lid body 3 are engaged with each other when the lid body 3 is closed, and the hook portion 20 serves to press the closing projection 18 against the spout 12 of the tube container 9. , 21 are provided. That is, the inner lid 14 is provided with an upright wall 19 on the upper surface of the front portion on the front side, and a hook portion 20 with a locking claw protruding outward at the center of the upright wall. Further, the lid body 3 is formed with a hook portion 21 made of a protrusion at the center of the inner side surface of the front side edge portion. When the inner lid 14 is closed and the lid body 3 is closed, as shown in FIG. 3, the inner lid 14 in a position for closing the spout 12 of the tube container 9 is, as shown in FIG. The container body 2 and the lid body 3 are sandwiched from above and below, and the hook portions 20 and 21 are engaged so that the container body 2 and the lid body 3 are integrated. At that time, the lid 3 is only fitted to the inner lid 14, but the lid 3 has a slide mechanism in which the guide groove 15 of the container body 2 and the protruding strip portion 16 of the inner lid 14 are engaged. Therefore, the lid body 3 and the inner lid 14 are not integrally opened from the container body 2 side.
[0019]
Here, the operation of the hook portions 20 and 21 will be described. When the inner lid 14 is closed and the lid body 3 is closed, as shown in FIG. Is moved to the lower position of the locking claw to be in a locked state, and in the moving process, a pressing force is applied to the inner lid 14 in the closed position in a direction closer to the tube container 9 side. For this reason, the rear end closing projection of the inner lid 14 is surely inserted into the spout 12 of the tube container 9, and the spout 12 is tightly closed.
[0020]
In order to make it possible to disengage the hook portions 20 and 21, the front side edge portion of the inner lid 14 protrudes slightly from the front side surface of the closed compact container 1, and the protruding portions are the hook portions. It acts as a push operation part 22 for releasing the engagement. Further, in order to be able to press this push operation part 22 in the direction of the tube container 9, as shown in FIG. 3, a slit 23 is formed in the rear end part 17 of the inner lid 14 in a direction perpendicular to the sliding direction. Thus, the rear end portion 17 of the inner lid 14 can be elastically changed. For this reason, by pressing the push operation part 22 of the inner lid 14 in the direction of the tube container 9, the engagement of the hook parts 20 and 21 can be released and the lid 3 can be released.
[0021]
Most of the area of the upper surface of the inner lid 14 is configured as an intermediate dish 24, and solid cosmetics, oil removing paper, cotton and the like can be stored in the upper part of the inner dish 24. In other words, the front storage unit 6 is configured to store solid cosmetics, oil removing paper, cotton, and the like in the upper part of the inner tray 24 and store cosmetics such as the sponge 8 in the lower part. Note that a mirror 25 is bonded to the inner surface of the lid 3.
[0022]
The compact container 1 configured in this manner stores the tube container 9 in the rear storage section 7 of the container body 2, stores the cosmetic puff or sponge 8 in the front storage section 6, and closes the lid 3. If it occupies the closed position as shown in FIG. 2 and the lid 3 is released, the state shown in FIG. 3 is obtained. When the lid 3 is in the closed state shown in FIG. 2, the spout 12 of the tube container 9 is hermetically sealed by a closing projection 18 provided at the rear end portion 17 of the inner lid 14.
[0023]
As will be described below, the compact container 1 can be easily used while being held in one hand without being placed on a knee or the like.
[0024]
That is, in use, the compact container 1 is held in the left hand, for example, and the push operation part 22 is pressed with the finger of the left hand from the closed state as shown in FIG. 2 to release the engagement between the hook part 20 and the hook part 21. The lid 3 is opened as shown in FIG. 3, and the inner lid 14 is further slid forward with the right hand as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, and the sponge 8 in the front storage portion 6 is pulled out as shown in FIG. Expose. At this time, when the body part 11 of the tube container 9 is pressed with a finger of the right hand, the liquid foundation in the tube container 9 is discharged onto the upper surface of the sponge 8 in the front storage part 6, so that the cosmetic is attached to the sponge 8. To use.
[0025]
After use, the front cover 6 of the container body 2 is closed by sliding the inner lid 14 to the rear side with the right hand in the opposite direction. When the inner lid 14 is closed, the closing protrusion 18 at the rear end portion 17 of the inner lid 14 enters the spout 12 of the tube container 9 to lightly close the spout 12 as shown in FIG.
[0026]
Next, the lid 3 is closed with the right hand on this, and the hook portions 20 and 21 are engaged. Here, as shown in FIG. 2, the hook portion 20 of the lid body 3 moves over the hook portion 21 and moves to the lower side thereof, and pushes the inner lid 14 to approach the tube container 9 side. For this reason, the closing protrusion 18 of the rear end portion 17 of the inner lid 14 is pressed against the spout 12 of the tube container 9 to firmly close the spout 12. Since the container body 2 and the lid body 3 are integrated through the sliding mechanism of the container body 2 and the inner lid 14, the lid body 3 and the inner lid 14 are integrally opened to the container body 2 side. It won't work.
[0027]
Since the tube container 9 is merely fitted by fitting the neck portion 10 to the attachment port 13, it can be easily replaced and used.
[0028]
In the above embodiment, the hooks 20 and 21 as pressing mechanisms for closing the spout 12 of the tube container 9 by the closing protrusion 18 of the inner lid 14 are locked with the lid 3 integrally engaged with the container body 2. The hooks 20 and 21 for the pressing mechanism can be provided separately from the locking mechanism for latching the inner lid 14 and the lid body 3.
[0029]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the application body and the flexible tube containers are stored in the front storage part and the rear storage part adjacent to each other in the front and rear in the container body, and the spout of the tube containers is stored. Is placed on the front storage part side so that fluid cosmetics can be dispensed, and the inner cover is slidably attached to the front storage part, and when the inner cover is closed, it is closed at the rear end. The projection is configured to close the spout of the tube container, and the inner lid and the lid are engaged with each other when the lid is closed and the hook that presses the closing projection against the spout Since it has been provided with a section, storage of flexible tube containers, opening and closing operation of the inner lid to expose the applied body, tube containers for dispensing creamy cosmetics, liquid cosmetics, etc. to the exposed applied body Operation to close the air outlet of tube containers after pouring airtightly , Such closing manipulation of the lid, can be performed extremely easily and reliably. Accordingly, the compact container can be operated and used while being held in one hand without being placed on a knee or a table.
[0030]
In particular, the pressing action of the closing protrusions intended to hermetically close the spout of the tube containers is performed by a hook portion that engages with each other when the lid is closed and presses the closing protrusion against the spout. Since this is done, it can be automatically and reliably operated when the lid is closed.
