【発明の属する技術分野】
本願の発明は、液状や流動状の化粧料を収容した密閉容器をパフ等の塗布具と一緒に収納したコンパクト容器に係わるもので、更に詳細には、液状化粧料を収容した容器に液体注出装置を装着した液体容器を内部に収納したコンパクト容器に於いて、該容器蓋体の開閉操作に伴って注出ヘッドを作動させて、容器内の化粧料を簡単に注出できるようにしたコンパクト容器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来から一般に使用されている化粧用のコンパクト容器は、容器の身部を構成する容器本体（外枠体）に、容器の密閉蓋部を構成する蓋体（外蓋）がヒンジ機構を介して開閉可能に連結されていて、前記容器本体に化粧料を収容する収容凹部が設けられた中枠体が固定されていて、前記中枠体の収容凹部には化粧料を収容する中皿等が取り外し可能に嵌着されて、前記中枠体は蓋体により密閉可能に形成されている。
このように形成されたコンパクト容器は、中皿に収容された粉体状や固形状の化粧料が無くなった時や、色や種類が異なる化粧料を使用したい時には、中皿を取り外して別の必要とする化粧料が入った中皿を前記中枠に嵌着して使用することができるようになっている。

しかし、上記のような化粧用コンパクト容器に揮発性成分を含有した化粧料やクリームまたはペースト状の化粧料を収容したものは、揮発性成分や液体成分が気化しないように、前記収容凹部を密閉するための中蓋が中枠に開閉可能に設けられて、一応は密閉するような形にはなっているが、時間が立つにつれて揮発性成分や液体成分が蒸散したり、酸化等による劣化を避けることはできないので、通常、これらの化粧料はガラス容器やチューブ状容器に収容されている。
そして、コンパクト容器に収容された各種の化粧料には、一緒にパフ等の化粧具が収納されているので、化粧するのには非常に便利であるのに対して、ガラス容器やチューブ状容器に収容されたクリーム状の化粧料を携帯するには、別途パフ等の化粧具を常に用意しておかなければならない不便な点がある。

そこで、上記の点を改善して、液状の化粧料を収容したチューブ状容器とパフ等を組み合わせて一体に形成して携帯に便利にした化粧容器として、従来から実開昭５９−１９０１９号や実開昭６０−３３９１２号、実開平５−８９２３６号公報に記載されるようなものが知られている。
これらの容器は、矩形状の箱形に形成されたチューブ等の容器を収納する収納ケース本体に液状の化粧料を収容したチューブ状容器が収納して、前記収納ケース本体に開閉可能に連結された中蓋の収納凹部にパフ等を収納した上に、前記収納ケース本体の周壁の側端部に開閉可能に連結された外蓋で密閉したコンパクト容器状に形成されていて、外出時に携帯するには便利である。

しかし、上記のように構成されたコンパクト容器から実際に液状化粧料を注出して使用するには、チューブ状容器の口頸部に螺着された蓋を回動して外してから、チューブ状容器の胴壁部を押圧して内容物を注出した後で、再び蓋を口頸部に螺着しなければならない点がやや面倒である。
そこで、クリーム状あるいは液状をしたファンデーション等の化粧料は、粉末状や固形状をしたファンデーション等の化粧料に比べて、簡単で素早く化粧をすることができて、仕上げが綺麗になることから、色々な改良や改善等の工夫がなされた結果、実公昭６１−１７６９７号や実公昭６３−１６３５０号、実開平４−１０３８１９号公報等に記載するような各種の形状や構造をした液状化粧料を収納した化粧用コンパクト容器の提案がなされている。

上記公報に記載されるコンパクト容器は、一例として図６にしたように、略正方形の箱型状に形成した容器本体２１に、外蓋２３が連結ピンにより開閉自在に連結されていて、その中に注出装置を備えた液体容器２４を収納する共に、容器本体の周壁に設けられた開口部２１ｂから注出ヘッド２４ａを突出せしめて注出可能に形成されて、中蓋２２を液体容器の上に被せて前記容器本体２１の開口端部に密閉して、前記中蓋の上部に設けられた収納部２２ａにパフ２６等を収納して前記外蓋２３を閉じて密閉すると共に、前記注出ヘッド２４ａに保護カバー２５を被せて携帯可能に形成されたものである。

そして、上記コンパクト容器は、図７に示すように、略正方形状に形成して箱型の側壁部２１ａに液体容器の注出ヘッドを突出可能な開口部２１ｂと保護カバーを係止可能な係合突起２１ｃが形成された容器本体２１と、内部にファンデーション等の液体化粧料を収容した容器の口頸部に注出装置の注出ヘッド２４ａを突設した正方形状の液体容器２４と、上面にパフ等を収納する収納凹部を設けると共に前記液体容器２４を収納した容器本体２１の開口端部に嵌着して密閉可能に形成した中蓋２２の各構成部材から構成されていて、前記容器本体２１に連結ピンにより開閉自在に連結した外蓋２３で密閉して、前記注出ヘッド２４ａに保護カバー２５を被せて注出ヘッド２４ａの押圧作動が防止される。

上記のように構成された液状化粧料を収納したコンパクト容器を使用するに際して、前記外蓋２３を押し上げて開いて現れた中蓋２２の収納部２２ａ内のパフ２６を手にとってから、前記保護カバー２５を外して注出ヘッド２４ａを露出させて押圧することにより、手を汚さずに簡単にファンデーション等の液状化粧料を注出ノズルから吐出させて、手にしたパフに受け取って鏡を見ながら化粧することができて、また、前記液体容器は別の種類の容器に交換することもできることから、携帯するのに非常に便利である。
しかし、このような構成をしたコンパクト容器は、前記注出ヘッド２４ａが不用意に押圧されて内容物が吐出しないように、注出ヘッドに被せる保護カバーは、容器本体とは別体に形成されたものであるから紛失する恐れがあり、また、容器本体から突出した状態に被着されてデザイン的な見栄えも良くないので、更に、改良する余地がある。

そこで、上記のような不都合を改良して、液状化粧料と塗布具を収納して携帯性と使用性に優れたコンパクト容器に於いて、キャップ等を外すことなしに、蓋部を開いて容器体を回動させるだけで、内溶液を受容部に注出して使用可能にしたコンパクト容器が、実開昭６０−８０７１６号や実開昭６０−９１１０６号、実開平５−７４４１３号公報等に各種提案されている。
これらのコンパクト容器は、一例として図８に示すように、パフ３５等の塗布具あるいは化粧具の収納部３１ａを有する容器本体３１に蓋体３２を開閉自在に連結して、前記塗布具収納部３１ａの底部に通液孔３１ｂを形成すると共に、前記容器本体に液状化粧料容器の蓋部を回動可能に連結する連結部３１ｃを形成して、前記通液孔に連通可能な注出路３４ａを有する蓋部３４を口頸部に螺着した液状化粧料を収容した化粧料容器３３を前記連結部３１ｃに着脱可能に連結して、前記蓋体３２を開閉して内容液を注出、使用を可能に構成したものである。

上記のような構成にしたコンパクト容器３０は、容器本体３１の後端係合部を押圧することにより、図９に見るように、蓋体３２の係止片３２ａが外れて上方へ開蓋されてパフ３５が取り出されると同時に、液状化粧料容器３３の後端部が係止部３１ｄから外れて回動可能になるので、液状化粧料容器３３を指先に掴んで、蓋部３４の注出路３４ａが前記通液孔３１ｂに連通するように回動させて加圧すると、内部の液状化粧料は、前記注出路を通って連通孔３１ｂから塗布具収納部３１ａへと滲出される。
化粧料が必要量だけ滲出した後で液状化粧料容器３３を元に戻して係止すると、前記収納部に溜まった液状化粧料をパフ３５等の塗布具に付着させて、蓋体に設けた鏡３６を見ながら化粧することができて、化粧した後に蓋体を閉じると、図８に示したように、前記注出路および連通孔は完全に遮断されるので、携帯中に内容物が漏洩するようなことはない。

上記したようなコンパクト容器は、構造が簡単で低コストで、携帯するのに適した大きさに形成することができて、使用するのには容器本体の後端部の係合部を押圧して蓋体を開いて、化粧料容器を回動させるだけで液状化粧料を容易に注出することができて、また、前記化粧料容器を簡単に交換することができて、非常に便利である。
しかし、前記化粧料容器は、塗布具収納部の底部に設けられて、化粧料容器の一部が容器本体の外部に露出しているので、強度上およびデザイン面の改良をする必要がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本願の発明は、上記したようなコンパクト容器の問題点を改善すべく、液状の化粧料を収容したチューブ状容器とパフ等を一緒に収容可能な構造に形成したコンパクト容器に於いて、前記した注出ポンプを備えた液体容器を収納したコンパクト容器および蓋体の開閉により内容液を注出可能にしたコンパクト容器のそれぞれの良い点を組み合わせることにより、前記コンパクト容器の蓋体を開蓋操作して開くと同時に、前記チューブ状容器の開口部から内部の液状化粧料が簡単に注出できて、手を汚すことなしに使用できるような構造に形成して、前記コンパクト容器を携帯するのに便利な形状にすると共に、外観の見栄えも良いコンパクト容器を提供することを目的とする。
そして、上記コンパクト容器は、できるだけ簡単な構造にして、成形工程および組み立て工程が容易できるようにして、その製造コストを低くおさえることができて、より安価に製造できるような構成とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本願の発明は、上記した目的を達成するために、概略矩形状をした底壁の縁部に周壁を立設すると共に、底壁部にパフ等の塗布具を収納する収納凹部と液状化粧料を受ける受容凹部（液溜め部）とを設けて容器本体を形成して、前記容器本体の後端部の周壁部にチューブ状容器を固定する中蓋を回動可能に連結して、前記容器本体の収納凹部と受容凹部を開閉自在に密閉可能に形成すると共に、前記中蓋と容器本体の後端部の周壁部に外蓋を回動可能に連結して、前記容器本体と中蓋に対して開閉自在に密閉可能に形成する。

上記中蓋は、前記容器本体に嵌合可能に形成された後端部に設けた連結部を、容器本体の周壁部の連結凹部に回動可能に連結して、中蓋の上面に前記チューブ状容器の口頸部を係合する係合部材を設けて、注出装置を装着したチューブ状容器を着脱自在に固定して、注出装置の注出ヘッドを押圧可能にすると共に、前端部に外蓋の係合片が挿通して容器本体の係合片に係止する挿通孔を設けて、開閉可能な中蓋に形成する。
上記のように形成されて液状化粧料が収容されたチューブ状容器が固定された中蓋が開閉自在に連結された容器本体に、外蓋の後端部に偏心状をした連結部を設けた外蓋を回動可能に連結して開閉可能に形成すると共に、外蓋の開閉操作により前記連結部が注出装置の注出ヘッドを押圧して注出可能に形成して、液状化粧料容器を収納したコンパクト容器を形成する。

【発明の実施の態様】
本願発明のコンパクト容器１は、熱可塑性合成樹脂により矩形状をした底壁部２ａの周縁に起立した周壁２ｂを設けた小箱状に形成すると共に、前記底壁部にパフ等の化粧用具を収納可能な収納凹部２ｃと液状化粧料を受け溜める受容凹部２ｄとを設けた容器本体２を成形して、前記容器本体２の前端部に中蓋３および外蓋４を係止する係合部材２ｆを形成すると共に、後端部に中蓋３および外蓋４を回動可能に連結する連結部２ｅを設けてコンパクト容器の容器本体２を形成する。
同様にして、注出ポンプ６を装着したチューブ状容器５の注出ノズル６ｂを摺動可能に挿通する摺動溝３ｂと口頸部に係合してチューブ状容器を固定する固定部材７とを設けた中蓋３を、前記容器本体に嵌合、密閉可能な形状に形成して、前記中蓋の前端部に外蓋４の係合片４ｂが挿通する挿通孔３ａを設けると共に、後端部を容器本体２に回動可能に連結する連結部３ｅを設けて、前記容器本体に連結される開閉自在な中蓋３を形成する。

上記のように形成したコンパクト容器本体２の収納凹部２ｃにパフ等の化粧用具１１を収納すると共に、前記中蓋の上面に液状化粧料を収容して注出装置６を装着したチューブ状容器５を固定してなる容器本体に対して、前記チューブ状容器５を覆うようにして前記容器本体の周壁部に嵌合可能な形状に形成すると共に、後端部に容器本体の連結部２ｅに回動可能に連結する連結部４ｅを偏心円状に形成した外蓋４を開閉自在に連結して閉蓋して、外蓋４の前端部に設けた係合片４ｂを容器本体の解除部材１０に係止せしめて、チューブ状容器５の注出ヘッドを６ａ作動不能な状態にする液状化粧料容器をコンパクト容器１を構成する。
上記のように構成されたコンパクト容器１は、使用するに際して外蓋４の係合片４ｂを解除して、外蓋を押し上げて開くと、回動する連結部４ｅにより注出装置６を装着したチューブ状容器５の注出ヘッド６ａが押圧されて、容器内の液状化粧料が注出ノズル６ｂから注出される。

【実施例】
以下に、本願発明の液状化粧料容器を収納したコンパクト容器について、適切な一つの実施例に基づいて、図面を参照しつつ詳細に説明する。
液状化粧料容器を注出可能に収納した本願発明のコンパクト容器１は、図１に示すように、パフ等の塗布具や化粧用具を収納する収納凹部と化粧料を受容可能な受容凹部を設けた容器本体２に、上面に注出装置を装着したチューブ状容器５が注出可能に固定された中蓋３を開閉自在に連結して、その上に外蓋４を被せて前記容器本体２の連結部に偏心円状に形成した連結部４ｅを回動自在に連結して、該外蓋４を開閉可能に閉蓋せしめると共に、前記外蓋４の開閉に伴って回動する前記連結部の偏心した円形状の突出面が、外蓋の天板部４ａの***部４ｄの下に固定された前記チューブ状容器５の注出ヘッドを押圧して、チューブ状容器内の液状化粧料を注出するように形成されたものである。

上記のように形成された本願発明のコンパクト容器１は、図２に示すように、パフ等の化粧用具１１を収納する収納凹部２ｃと液状化粧料を受入れる受容凹部２ｄとが形成された容器本体２と、前記容器本体を覆うように設けられた中蓋３の上面に注出装置６が装着されたチューブ状容器５を固定する固定部材７が設けられて、前記容器本体の連結部２ｅに開閉自在に連結される中蓋３と、該中蓋および容器本体に回動自在に連結可能な偏心円状に形成された連結部４ｅと、天板部４ａに前記チューブ状容器の注出ヘッド６ａを注出可能に覆う***部４ｄを設けて、開閉可能に連結する外蓋４と、前記中蓋３の上面に設けられた固定部材７に着脱自在に固定される注出装置６を装着して液状化粧料が収容されたチューブ状容器５とから構成される。

上記したコンパクト容器の図２に示すような各構成部材は、以下のようにして形成される。
先ず、上記した容器本体２は、概略矩形状に形成した底壁部２ａの縁部に起立した周壁部２ｂを周設すると共に、前記底壁部の右半分（前半部分）にパフ等の化粧用具１１を収納する収納凹部２ｃを、左半分（後半部分）にチューブ状容器からの液状化粧料を受入れる受容凹部（液溜め部）２ｄを設けた小箱状に形成して、更に、前記周壁部２ｂの後端側壁部に中蓋３および外蓋４を回動可能に連結する連結部２ｅを設けると共に、前記周壁部２ｂの前端側壁部に中蓋３および外蓋４を係止する係合部材２ｆを設けて形成された上記容器本体２を、熱可塑性合成樹脂の射出成形により成形する。

続いて、上記中蓋３は、前記容器本体２の収容凹部を覆うように開口端部に嵌合可能な矩形状に形成されて、その前端部に外蓋４の係合片４ｂが挿通して容器本体２の係合部材２ｆに係止される挿通孔３ａを設けて、更に、前記中蓋３の後端部に注出装置６の注出ヘッド６ａのノズル６ｂを摺動可能に挿通せしめる摺動溝３ｂを設けると共に、該摺動溝から離れて前方に前記チューブ状容器５の口頸部に係合する係合部材７ａと安定部材９が嵌合する嵌合部材７ｂとからなる固定部材７を立設して、前記液状化粧料を収容したチューブ状容器５を固定可能に形成する。
そして、前記中蓋３の周縁部３ｄに外蓋４の係合突起４ｃが係合して係止する係合凹部３ｃを設けると共に、前記中蓋３の後端部に前記容器本体２の周壁部の連結部２ｅに回動可能に連結する連結部３ｅを設けて、容器本体２に開閉自在に連結可能に形成された中蓋３を、容器本体と同様に熱可塑性合成樹脂の射出成形により成形する。

次に、上記した外蓋４は、注出装置６を装着したチューブ状容器５が固定された中蓋３を覆うようにして嵌合可能な矩形状に形成されると共に、前記外蓋の連結部４ｅを、外蓋を回動させて開く際に前記注出装置６の注出ヘッド６ａを押圧可能なように偏心円形状に形成して、更に、前記外蓋４の縁部に前記中蓋３の係合凹部３ｃに係合する係合突起４ｃを設けると共に、その前端部に前記容器本体２に係止する係合片４ｂを設けて、また、後端部に中蓋３および容器本体２に回動可能に連結する連結部４ｅを設けて、容器本体２に開閉自在に連結可能に形成した外蓋４を、熱可塑性合成樹脂の射出成形により成形する。
また、液状化粧料を収容したチューブ状容器５には、口頸部に注出装置６を装着すると共に、前記容器を安定した状態で固定できるように口頸部に安定部材９を設けて蓋部８を螺着して一体となして、前記中蓋３の上面に安定させて固定できるように形成する。

上記のように形成された容器本体２に対して、図４に示したように、前記収納凹部２ｃにパフ等の化粧用具１１を収納した後に、注出装置６を装着した前記チューブ状容器５を注出可能にして固定する固定部材７が設けられた前記中蓋３を嵌合せしめて、連結部３ｅを容器本体２の連結部２ｅに回動可能に連結して、容器本体に一体となして開閉自在にした中蓋３を構成する。
そして、上記のように容器本体２と一体に構成された中蓋３に対して、図３に示すように、液状化粧料を収容すると共に注出装置６が装着されたチューブ状容器５を、前記摺動溝３ｂに注出装置６のノズル６ｂを挿通せしめて摺動可能にすると共に、前記摺動溝の後部に立設した係合部材７ａに注出ヘッド６ａを係合せしめて、前記チューブ状容器の口頸部に設けた安定部材９を嵌合部材７ｂに嵌合せしめて、チューブ状容器５を着脱可能に固定する。

このようにして注出装置６を装着したチューブ状容器５を固定した中蓋３が連結された容器本体２に対して、前記チューブ状容器を覆うようにして中蓋に嵌合可能に形成すると共に、チューブ状容器の注出ヘッド６ａを押圧可能な連結部を形成してなる外蓋４を、中蓋と容器本体の連結部に回動可能に連結せしめることにより、図５に示したように、外蓋４を開閉自在に形成することができる。
そして、上記のように開閉自在に形成された外蓋４を、前記チューブ状容器に被せるように容器本体２の開口端に向けて閉じることにより、図４に示したように、前記外蓋４の前端部に設けた係合片４ｂが容器本体２の係合部材２ｆに係止されて、チューブ状容器５の注出ヘッド６ａは押圧不能に外蓋４で保護された状態になり、図１に示したように、液状化粧料容器が注出可能に収納されて携帯に適したコンパクト容器１が構成される。

上記のように構成されたコンパクト容器１を使用するには、容器本体２の先端部の解除部材１０を指先で押圧することにより、押圧片１０ａにより外蓋４の係止片４ｂが押し上げられて、外蓋４の係合片４ｂは容器本体２の係合部材２ｆから外れて、注出ヘッド６ａは押圧可能な状態になるので、図４に示したように、外蓋４を上方へ押し上げて開くと、回動する外蓋４の連結部４ｅの偏心円形状をした先端面がチューブ状容器５の注出ヘッド６ａの先端部に当接するので、外蓋４の連結部４ｅの回動に連れて注出ヘッド６ａが押圧されて、内部の液状化粧料が注出ノズル６ｂから受容凹部２ｄに注出される。
そこで、中蓋を押し上げて開くと、容器本体２の収納凹部２ｃに設けられたパフ等の化粧具１１を取り出すことができると同時に、中蓋３の裏面に設けられた鏡１２が見れるようになるので、前記受容凹部２ｄ内の液状化粧料をパフ等に付けて化粧をすることができる。

尚、本願発明は、上記のような構成に限定されるものではなくて、前記容器本体２の収納凹部２ｃに固形状の化粧料等を収容すると共に、受容凹部２ｄにパフその他の化粧具を収納するようにすることも可能であり、また、前記チューブ状容器５の代わりとして、パウチ状の使い捨て容器やブロー成形した容器、金属等でできた詰め替え可能な中空容器等の注出装置が装着可能な容器で、前記中蓋の上面に固定可能な形状をしているものであれば、どのような容器でも使用可能である。
また、外蓋４の連結部４ｅの形状は、上記したような偏心円形状に限定されるものではなくて、外蓋４の回転に伴って注出装置６の注出ヘッド６ａを押圧可能にしたものであれば、如何なる形状、構造にしてもよい。

本願発明の液状化粧料容器が収納されたコンパクト容器１は、上記したように容器本体２に開閉自在に連結して設けられた中蓋３に、注出装置が装着された前記チューブ状容器５を内溶液が注出できるように固定して、その上に外蓋４を覆うようにして被着せしめて、容器本体２と中蓋３とに開閉自在に連結して、注出装置６の注出ヘッド６ａを押圧可能に形成すると共に、外蓋４の係合片４ｂを容器本体２の係合部材２ｆに係止せしめて、注出ヘッド６ａが不用意に押圧されるのを防止するように形成したものである。
従って、上記した本願発明のコンパクト容器は、携帯中に注出ヘッドが不用意に押圧されて、チューブ状容器内の液状化粧料が注出されるようなことがなくて、携帯するのに便利であり、また、使用する際には外蓋を開けると同時に簡単に注出することができて、且つ、コンパクト容器の外観上の見栄えもよい。

そして、上記コンパクト容器１内に注出可能に固定されるチューブ状容器５は、注出装置６が装着されたチューブ状容器の蓋部８および安定部材７を中蓋３の上面に設けられた固定部材７に係合して、着脱自在に固定されたものであるから、チューブ状容器５の交換を簡単に行うことができて、また、使用するチューブ状容器によっては、内溶液を詰め替えたり、補充することも可能である。
また、本願発明のコンパクト容器１は、容器本体２と中蓋３と外蓋４の各構成部材を回動可能に連結したものであるから、各構成部材は簡単な構造をしていて、熱可塑性合成樹脂の射出成形による単一の成形工程により簡単に成形することができて、また、その組み立ても単純で容易に行うことができるので、生産コストを低く押さえることが可能になる。

【発明の効果】
本願発明の液状化粧料容器を収納したコンパクト容器は、携帯に便利な小型の形状をしていて、外観上の見栄えもよくて、使用する際にはチューブ状容器内の内容物を容易に注出することができるが、携帯中には不用意に注出ヘッドが作動して内溶液が漏出するようなことはない。
また、本願発明は、コンパクト容器を構成する部品は簡単な構造をしているので、容易に製造することができて、部品の数が少ないことから、製品を低い製造コストで生産することができる。

そして、本願発明で用いる注出装置を設けたチューブ状容器は、コンパクトの中蓋の上面に設けられた固定部材に口頸部を嵌合して固定するだけであるから、簡単に着脱することができるので、チューブ状容器の交換が容易である。
更に、本願発明は、注出装置を用いてチューブ状容器内の溶液を注出するようにしたので、一回ごとに使い切れる一定量だけの内溶液を注出することができて、受容凹部に使い残しの無駄がなくなり、経済的で且つ衛生的である。
【図面の簡単な説明】
