【発明の属する技術分野】
本願の発明は、液状や流動状の化粧料を収容した密閉容器をパフ等の塗布具と一緒に収納したコンパクト容器に係わるもので、更に詳細には、液状化粧料を収容した容器に液体注出装置を装着した液体容器を内部に収納したコンパクト容器に於いて、該容器蓋体の開閉操作に伴って注出ヘッドを作動させて、容器内の化粧料を簡単に注出できるようにしたコンパクト容器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来から一般に使用されている化粧用のコンパクト容器は、容器の身部を構成する容器本体(外枠体)に、容器の密閉蓋部を構成する蓋体(外蓋)がヒンジ機構を介して開閉可能に連結されていて、前記容器本体に化粧料を収容する収容凹部が設けられた中枠体が固定されていて、前記中枠体の収容凹部には化粧料を収容する中皿等が取り外し可能に嵌着されて、前記中枠体は蓋体により密閉可能に形成されている。
このように形成されたコンパクト容器は、中皿に収容された粉体状や固形状の化粧料が無くなった時や、色や種類が異なる化粧料を使用したい時には、中皿を取り外して別の必要とする化粧料が入った中皿を前記中枠に嵌着して使用することができるようになっている。

しかし、上記のような化粧用コンパクト容器に揮発性成分を含有した化粧料やクリームまたはペースト状の化粧料を収容したものは、揮発性成分や液体成分が気化しないように、前記収容凹部を密閉するための中蓋が中枠に開閉可能に設けられて、一応は密閉するような形にはなっているが、時間が立つにつれて揮発性成分や液体成分が蒸散したり、酸化等による劣化を避けることはできないので、通常、これらの化粧料はガラス容器やチューブ状容器に収容されている。
そして、コンパクト容器に収容された各種の化粧料には、一緒にパフ等の化粧具が収納されているので、化粧するのには非常に便利であるのに対して、ガラス容器やチューブ状容器に収容されたクリーム状の化粧料を携帯するには、別途パフ等の化粧具を常に用意しておかなければならない不便な点がある。

そこで、上記の点を改善して、液状の化粧料を収容したチューブ状容器とパフ等を組み合わせて一体に形成して携帯に便利にした化粧容器として、従来から実開昭59−19019号や実開昭60−33912号、実開平5−89236号公報に記載されるようなものが知られている。
これらの容器は、矩形状の箱形に形成されたチューブ等の容器を収納する収納ケース本体に液状の化粧料を収容したチューブ状容器が収納して、前記収納ケース本体に開閉可能に連結された中蓋の収納凹部にパフ等を収納した上に、前記収納ケース本体の周壁の側端部に開閉可能に連結された外蓋で密閉したコンパクト容器状に形成されていて、外出時に携帯するには便利である。

しかし、上記のように構成されたコンパクト容器から実際に液状化粧料を注出して使用するには、チューブ状容器の口頸部に螺着された蓋を回動して外してから、チューブ状容器の胴壁部を押圧して内容物を注出した後で、再び蓋を口頸部に螺着しなければならない点がやや面倒である。
そこで、クリーム状あるいは液状をしたファンデーション等の化粧料は、粉末状や固形状をしたファンデーション等の化粧料に比べて、簡単で素早く化粧をすることができて、仕上げが綺麗になることから、色々な改良や改善等の工夫がなされた結果、実公昭61−17697号や実公昭63−16350号、実開平4−103819号公報等に記載するような各種の形状や構造をした液状化粧料を収納した化粧用コンパクト容器の提案がなされている。

上記公報に記載されるコンパクト容器は、一例として図6にしたように、略正方形の箱型状に形成した容器本体21に、外蓋23が連結ピンにより開閉自在に連結されていて、その中に注出装置を備えた液体容器24を収納する共に、容器本体の周壁に設けられた開口部21bから注出ヘッド24aを突出せしめて注出可能に形成されて、中蓋22を液体容器の上に被せて前記容器本体21の開口端部に密閉して、前記中蓋の上部に設けられた収納部22aにパフ26等を収納して前記外蓋23を閉じて密閉すると共に、前記注出ヘッド24aに保護カバー25を被せて携帯可能に形成されたものである。

そして、上記コンパクト容器は、図7に示すように、略正方形状に形成して箱型の側壁部21aに液体容器の注出ヘッドを突出可能な開口部21bと保護カバーを係止可能な係合突起21cが形成された容器本体21と、内部にファンデーション等の液体化粧料を収容した容器の口頸部に注出装置の注出ヘッド24aを突設した正方形状の液体容器24と、上面にパフ等を収納する収納凹部を設けると共に前記液体容器24を収納した容器本体21の開口端部に嵌着して密閉可能に形成した中蓋22の各構成部材から構成されていて、前記容器本体21に連結ピンにより開閉自在に連結した外蓋23で密閉して、前記注出ヘッド24aに保護カバー25を被せて注出ヘッド24aの押圧作動が防止される。

上記のように構成された液状化粧料を収納したコンパクト容器を使用するに際して、前記外蓋23を押し上げて開いて現れた中蓋22の収納部22a内のパフ26を手にとってから、前記保護カバー25を外して注出ヘッド24aを露出させて押圧することにより、手を汚さずに簡単にファンデーション等の液状化粧料を注出ノズルから吐出させて、手にしたパフに受け取って鏡を見ながら化粧することができて、また、前記液体容器は別の種類の容器に交換することもできることから、携帯するのに非常に便利である。
しかし、このような構成をしたコンパクト容器は、前記注出ヘッド24aが不用意に押圧されて内容物が吐出しないように、注出ヘッドに被せる保護カバーは、容器本体とは別体に形成されたものであるから紛失する恐れがあり、また、容器本体から突出した状態に被着されてデザイン的な見栄えも良くないので、更に、改良する余地がある。

そこで、上記のような不都合を改良して、液状化粧料と塗布具を収納して携帯性と使用性に優れたコンパクト容器に於いて、キャップ等を外すことなしに、蓋部を開いて容器体を回動させるだけで、内溶液を受容部に注出して使用可能にしたコンパクト容器が、実開昭60−80716号や実開昭60−91106号、実開平5−74413号公報等に各種提案されている。
これらのコンパクト容器は、一例として図8に示すように、パフ35等の塗布具あるいは化粧具の収納部31aを有する容器本体31に蓋体32を開閉自在に連結して、前記塗布具収納部31aの底部に通液孔31bを形成すると共に、前記容器本体に液状化粧料容器の蓋部を回動可能に連結する連結部31cを形成して、前記通液孔に連通可能な注出路34aを有する蓋部34を口頸部に螺着した液状化粧料を収容した化粧料容器33を前記連結部31cに着脱可能に連結して、前記蓋体32を開閉して内容液を注出、使用を可能に構成したものである。

上記のような構成にしたコンパクト容器30は、容器本体31の後端係合部を押圧することにより、図9に見るように、蓋体32の係止片32aが外れて上方へ開蓋されてパフ35が取り出されると同時に、液状化粧料容器33の後端部が係止部31dから外れて回動可能になるので、液状化粧料容器33を指先に掴んで、蓋部34の注出路34aが前記通液孔31bに連通するように回動させて加圧すると、内部の液状化粧料は、前記注出路を通って連通孔31bから塗布具収納部31aへと滲出される。
化粧料が必要量だけ滲出した後で液状化粧料容器33を元に戻して係止すると、前記収納部に溜まった液状化粧料をパフ35等の塗布具に付着させて、蓋体に設けた鏡36を見ながら化粧することができて、化粧した後に蓋体を閉じると、図8に示したように、前記注出路および連通孔は完全に遮断されるので、携帯中に内容物が漏洩するようなことはない。

上記したようなコンパクト容器は、構造が簡単で低コストで、携帯するのに適した大きさに形成することができて、使用するのには容器本体の後端部の係合部を押圧して蓋体を開いて、化粧料容器を回動させるだけで液状化粧料を容易に注出することができて、また、前記化粧料容器を簡単に交換することができて、非常に便利である。
しかし、前記化粧料容器は、塗布具収納部の底部に設けられて、化粧料容器の一部が容器本体の外部に露出しているので、強度上およびデザイン面の改良をする必要がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本願の発明は、上記したようなコンパクト容器の問題点を改善すべく、液状の化粧料を収容したチューブ状容器とパフ等を一緒に収容可能な構造に形成したコンパクト容器に於いて、前記した注出ポンプを備えた液体容器を収納したコンパクト容器および蓋体の開閉により内容液を注出可能にしたコンパクト容器のそれぞれの良い点を組み合わせることにより、前記コンパクト容器の蓋体を開蓋操作して開くと同時に、前記チューブ状容器の開口部から内部の液状化粧料が簡単に注出できて、手を汚すことなしに使用できるような構造に形成して、前記コンパクト容器を携帯するのに便利な形状にすると共に、外観の見栄えも良いコンパクト容器を提供することを目的とする。
そして、上記コンパクト容器は、できるだけ簡単な構造にして、成形工程および組み立て工程が容易できるようにして、その製造コストを低くおさえることができて、より安価に製造できるような構成とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本願の発明は、上記した目的を達成するために、概略矩形状をした底壁の縁部に周壁を立設すると共に、底壁部にパフ等の塗布具を収納する収納凹部と液状化粧料を受ける受容凹部(液溜め部)とを設けて容器本体を形成して、前記容器本体の後端部の周壁部にチューブ状容器を固定する中蓋を回動可能に連結して、前記容器本体の収納凹部と受容凹部を開閉自在に密閉可能に形成すると共に、前記中蓋と容器本体の後端部の周壁部に外蓋を回動可能に連結して、前記容器本体と中蓋に対して開閉自在に密閉可能に形成する。

上記中蓋は、前記容器本体に嵌合可能に形成された後端部に設けた連結部を、容器本体の周壁部の連結凹部に回動可能に連結して、中蓋の上面に前記チューブ状容器の口頸部を係合する係合部材を設けて、注出装置を装着したチューブ状容器を着脱自在に固定して、注出装置の注出ヘッドを押圧可能にすると共に、前端部に外蓋の係合片が挿通して容器本体の係合片に係止する挿通孔を設けて、開閉可能な中蓋に形成する。
上記のように形成されて液状化粧料が収容されたチューブ状容器が固定された中蓋が開閉自在に連結された容器本体に、外蓋の後端部に偏心状をした連結部を設けた外蓋を回動可能に連結して開閉可能に形成すると共に、外蓋の開閉操作により前記連結部が注出装置の注出ヘッドを押圧して注出可能に形成して、液状化粧料容器を収納したコンパクト容器を形成する。

【発明の実施の態様】
本願発明のコンパクト容器1は、熱可塑性合成樹脂により矩形状をした底壁部2aの周縁に起立した周壁2bを設けた小箱状に形成すると共に、前記底壁部にパフ等の化粧用具を収納可能な収納凹部2cと液状化粧料を受け溜める受容凹部2dとを設けた容器本体2を成形して、前記容器本体2の前端部に中蓋3および外蓋4を係止する係合部材2fを形成すると共に、後端部に中蓋3および外蓋4を回動可能に連結する連結部2eを設けてコンパクト容器の容器本体2を形成する。
同様にして、注出ポンプ6を装着したチューブ状容器5の注出ノズル6bを摺動可能に挿通する摺動溝3bと口頸部に係合してチューブ状容器を固定する固定部材7とを設けた中蓋3を、前記容器本体に嵌合、密閉可能な形状に形成して、前記中蓋の前端部に外蓋4の係合片4bが挿通する挿通孔3aを設けると共に、後端部を容器本体2に回動可能に連結する連結部3eを設けて、前記容器本体に連結される開閉自在な中蓋3を形成する。

上記のように形成したコンパクト容器本体2の収納凹部2cにパフ等の化粧用具11を収納すると共に、前記中蓋の上面に液状化粧料を収容して注出装置6を装着したチューブ状容器5を固定してなる容器本体に対して、前記チューブ状容器5を覆うようにして前記容器本体の周壁部に嵌合可能な形状に形成すると共に、後端部に容器本体の連結部2eに回動可能に連結する連結部4eを偏心円状に形成した外蓋4を開閉自在に連結して閉蓋して、外蓋4の前端部に設けた係合片4bを容器本体の解除部材10に係止せしめて、チューブ状容器5の注出ヘッドを6a作動不能な状態にする液状化粧料容器をコンパクト容器1を構成する。
上記のように構成されたコンパクト容器1は、使用するに際して外蓋4の係合片4bを解除して、外蓋を押し上げて開くと、回動する連結部4eにより注出装置6を装着したチューブ状容器5の注出ヘッド6aが押圧されて、容器内の液状化粧料が注出ノズル6bから注出される。

【実施例】
以下に、本願発明の液状化粧料容器を収納したコンパクト容器について、適切な一つの実施例に基づいて、図面を参照しつつ詳細に説明する。
液状化粧料容器を注出可能に収納した本願発明のコンパクト容器1は、図1に示すように、パフ等の塗布具や化粧用具を収納する収納凹部と化粧料を受容可能な受容凹部を設けた容器本体2に、上面に注出装置を装着したチューブ状容器5が注出可能に固定された中蓋3を開閉自在に連結して、その上に外蓋4を被せて前記容器本体2の連結部に偏心円状に形成した連結部4eを回動自在に連結して、該外蓋4を開閉可能に閉蓋せしめると共に、前記外蓋4の開閉に伴って回動する前記連結部の偏心した円形状の突出面が、外蓋の天板部4aの***部4dの下に固定された前記チューブ状容器5の注出ヘッドを押圧して、チューブ状容器内の液状化粧料を注出するように形成されたものである。

上記のように形成された本願発明のコンパクト容器1は、図2に示すように、パフ等の化粧用具11を収納する収納凹部2cと液状化粧料を受入れる受容凹部2dとが形成された容器本体2と、前記容器本体を覆うように設けられた中蓋3の上面に注出装置6が装着されたチューブ状容器5を固定する固定部材7が設けられて、前記容器本体の連結部2eに開閉自在に連結される中蓋3と、該中蓋および容器本体に回動自在に連結可能な偏心円状に形成された連結部4eと、天板部4aに前記チューブ状容器の注出ヘッド6aを注出可能に覆う***部4dを設けて、開閉可能に連結する外蓋4と、前記中蓋3の上面に設けられた固定部材7に着脱自在に固定される注出装置6を装着して液状化粧料が収容されたチューブ状容器5とから構成される。

上記したコンパクト容器の図2に示すような各構成部材は、以下のようにして形成される。

そして、前記中蓋3の周縁部3dに外蓋4の係合突起4cが係合して係止する係合凹部3cを設けると共に、前記中蓋3の後端部に前記容器本体2の周壁部の連結部2eに回動可能に連結する連結部3eを設けて、容器本体2に開閉自在に連結可能に形成された中蓋3を、容器本体と同様に熱可塑性合成樹脂の射出成形により成形する。

また、液状化粧料を収容したチューブ状容器5には、口頸部に注出装置6を装着すると共に、前記容器を安定した状態で固定できるように口頸部に安定部材9を設けて蓋部8を螺着して一体となして、前記中蓋3の上面に安定させて固定できるように形成する。

上記のように形成された容器本体2に対して、図4に示したように、前記収納凹部2cにパフ等の化粧用具11を収納した後に、注出装置6を装着した前記チューブ状容器5を注出可能にして固定する固定部材7が設けられた前記中蓋3を嵌合せしめて、連結部3eを容器本体2の連結部2eに回動可能に連結して、容器本体に一体となして開閉自在にした中蓋3を構成する。
そして、上記のように容器本体2と一体に構成された中蓋3に対して、図3に示すように、液状化粧料を収容すると共に注出装置6が装着されたチューブ状容器5を、前記摺動溝3bに注出装置6のノズル6bを挿通せしめて摺動可能にすると共に、前記摺動溝の後部に立設した係合部材7aに注出ヘッド6aを係合せしめて、前記チューブ状容器の口頸部に設けた安定部材9を嵌合部材7bに嵌合せしめて、チューブ状容器5を着脱可能に固定する。

このようにして注出装置6を装着したチューブ状容器5を固定した中蓋3が連結された容器本体2に対して、前記チューブ状容器を覆うようにして中蓋に嵌合可能に形成すると共に、チューブ状容器の注出ヘッド6aを押圧可能な連結部を形成してなる外蓋4を、中蓋と容器本体の連結部に回動可能に連結せしめることにより、図5に示したように、外蓋4を開閉自在に形成することができる。
そして、上記のように開閉自在に形成された外蓋4を、前記チューブ状容器に被せるように容器本体2の開口端に向けて閉じることにより、図4に示したように、前記外蓋4の前端部に設けた係合片4bが容器本体2の係合部材2fに係止されて、チューブ状容器5の注出ヘッド6aは押圧不能に外蓋4で保護された状態になり、図1に示したように、液状化粧料容器が注出可能に収納されて携帯に適したコンパクト容器1が構成される。

上記のように構成されたコンパクト容器1を使用するには、容器本体2の先端部の解除部材10を指先で押圧することにより、押圧片10aにより外蓋4の係止片4bが押し上げられて、外蓋4の係合片4bは容器本体2の係合部材2fから外れて、注出ヘッド6aは押圧可能な状態になるので、図4に示したように、外蓋4を上方へ押し上げて開くと、回動する外蓋4の連結部4eの偏心円形状をした先端面がチューブ状容器5の注出ヘッド6aの先端部に当接するので、外蓋4の連結部4eの回動に連れて注出ヘッド6aが押圧されて、内部の液状化粧料が注出ノズル6bから受容凹部2dに注出される。
そこで、中蓋を押し上げて開くと、容器本体2の収納凹部2cに設けられたパフ等の化粧具11を取り出すことができると同時に、中蓋3の裏面に設けられた鏡12が見れるようになるので、前記受容凹部2d内の液状化粧料をパフ等に付けて化粧をすることができる。

尚、本願発明は、上記のような構成に限定されるものではなくて、前記容器本体2の収納凹部2cに固形状の化粧料等を収容すると共に、受容凹部2dにパフその他の化粧具を収納するようにすることも可能であり、また、前記チューブ状容器5の代わりとして、パウチ状の使い捨て容器やブロー成形した容器、金属等でできた詰め替え可能な中空容器等の注出装置が装着可能な容器で、前記中蓋の上面に固定可能な形状をしているものであれば、どのような容器でも使用可能である。
また、外蓋4の連結部4eの形状は、上記したような偏心円形状に限定されるものではなくて、外蓋4の回転に伴って注出装置6の注出ヘッド6aを押圧可能にしたものであれば、如何なる形状、構造にしてもよい。

本願発明の液状化粧料容器が収納されたコンパクト容器1は、上記したように容器本体2に開閉自在に連結して設けられた中蓋3に、注出装置が装着された前記チューブ状容器5を内溶液が注出できるように固定して、その上に外蓋4を覆うようにして被着せしめて、容器本体2と中蓋3とに開閉自在に連結して、注出装置6の注出ヘッド6aを押圧可能に形成すると共に、外蓋4の係合片4bを容器本体2の係合部材2fに係止せしめて、注出ヘッド6aが不用意に押圧されるのを防止するように形成したものである。
従って、上記した本願発明のコンパクト容器は、携帯中に注出ヘッドが不用意に押圧されて、チューブ状容器内の液状化粧料が注出されるようなことがなくて、携帯するのに便利であり、また、使用する際には外蓋を開けると同時に簡単に注出することができて、且つ、コンパクト容器の外観上の見栄えもよい。

そして、上記コンパクト容器1内に注出可能に固定されるチューブ状容器5は、注出装置6が装着されたチューブ状容器の蓋部8および安定部材7を中蓋3の上面に設けられた固定部材7に係合して、着脱自在に固定されたものであるから、チューブ状容器5の交換を簡単に行うことができて、また、使用するチューブ状容器によっては、内溶液を詰め替えたり、補充することも可能である。
また、本願発明のコンパクト容器1は、容器本体2と中蓋3と外蓋4の各構成部材を回動可能に連結したものであるから、各構成部材は簡単な構造をしていて、熱可塑性合成樹脂の射出成形による単一の成形工程により簡単に成形することができて、また、その組み立ても単純で容易に行うことができるので、生産コストを低く押さえることが可能になる。

【発明の効果】
本願発明の液状化粧料容器を収納したコンパクト容器は、携帯に便利な小型の形状をしていて、外観上の見栄えもよくて、使用する際にはチューブ状容器内の内容物を容易に注出することができるが、携帯中には不用意に注出ヘッドが作動して内溶液が漏出するようなことはない。
また、本願発明は、コンパクト容器を構成する部品は簡単な構造をしているので、容易に製造することができて、部品の数が少ないことから、製品を低い製造コストで生産することができる。
