Claims (4)
- ローラ本体と前記ローラ本体の長手方向の両側の端部に固定した鏡板と前記鏡板に固定した回転駆動軸とを有し、前記ローラ本体の肉厚内部に長手方向に伸びる気液2相の熱媒体を封入する密閉室を形成し、前記ローラ本体内部に、前記ローラ本体の表面に当接する処理物を熱処理する熱源を配置してなる熱処理用ローラにおいて、前記密閉室を前記鏡板の肉厚内部および前記回転駆動軸の肉厚内部に延設してなることを特徴とする熱処理用ローラ。
- ローラ本体と前記ローラ本体の長手方向の両側の端部に固定した鏡板と前記鏡板に固定した回転駆動軸とを有し、前記ローラ本体の肉厚内部に長手方向に伸びる気液2相の熱媒体を封入する密閉室を形成し、前記ローラ本体内部に、前記ローラ本体の表面に当接する処理物を熱処理する熱源を配置してなる熱処理用ローラにおいて、前記回転駆動軸の肉厚内部に長手方向に伸びる気液2相の熱媒体を封入する、前記ローラ本体の密閉室と独立し、前記ローラ本体と鏡板を貫通する密閉室を設けてなることを特徴とする熱処理用ローラ。
- 熱源は、ローラ本体内部を通流する熱媒流体であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の熱処理用ローラ。
- 熱源は、ローラ本体内部に配置した電磁誘導発熱機構であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の熱処理用ローラ。
