Description
真空容器中に酸素ガス100%を、ガス圧60〜70mTorr、流量100sccm で注入し、入射電力を750Wにしてプラズマを発生させ、プラズマにより殺菌作用を有する活性粒子を生成させた状態での、酸素ガス中での菌個数の生残曲線図を図6に示す。
真空容器中に窒素ガス100%を、ガス圧60〜71mTorr、流量100sccm で注入し、入射電力を750Wにしてプラズマを発生させ、プラズマにより殺菌作用を有する活性粒子を生成させた。その時の窒素ガス中での菌個数の生残曲線図を図7に示す。
真空容器中に酸素ガスと窒素ガスの混合比が1:9の混合ガスを、ガス圧60〜73mTorr、酸素流量10sccm、窒素流量90sccmで注入し、入射電力を750 Wにしてプラズマを発生させ、プラズマにより殺菌作用を有する活性粒子を生成させた。その時の酸素ガス・窒素ガスの混合ガス中での菌個数の生残曲線図を図8に示す。
真空容器中に酸素ガスと窒素ガスの混合比が1:4の混合ガスを、ガス圧60〜70mTorr、酸素流量20sccm、窒素流量80sccmで注入し、入射電力を750 Wにしてプラズマを発生させ、プラズマにより殺菌作用を有する活性粒子を生成させた。その時の酸素ガス・窒素ガスの混合ガス中での菌個数の生残曲線図を図9に示す。

Claims (9)
- パルス化したマイクロ波を出力可能なマイクロ波発生装置と、ガスの導入口と真空排気口と開閉扉を有する真空容器とからなり、前記真空容器内の一方には、パルス化されたマイクロ波を導入するマイクロ波導入部と、体積波プラズマを発生する石英板をステンレス製パンチングプレートによってサンドウィッチ構造とした構成を有するマイクロ波ランチャーが配置され、前記真空容器内の他方には、前記マイクロ波ランチャーと対向して可動金属板が配置され、前記可動金属板は位置を調節するための昇降手段に連結されており、前記マイクロ波ランチャーと前記可動金属板との間に滅菌対象物が配置されることを特徴とするマイクロ波プラズマ滅菌装置。
- 請求項1に記載のマイクロ波プラズマ滅菌装置により実施され、前記マイクロ波ランチャーと前記可動金属板との間に滅菌対象物が配置され、そしてプラズマにより殺菌作用を有する活性粒子が生成されるガス中で、パルス化されたマイクロ波で励起された体積波プラズマ放電を行なうことにより、滅菌対象物の内部にプラズマを生成させ、該プラズマにより滅菌を可能としたことを特徴とするマイクロ波プラズマ滅菌方法。
- プラズマにより殺菌作用を有する活性粒子が生成されるガスは酸素ガスであることを特徴とする請求項2記載のマイクロ波プラズマ滅菌方法。
- プラズマにより殺菌作用を有する活性粒子が生成されるガスはヘリウムガスと酸素ガスの混合ガスであることを特徴とする請求項2記載のマイクロ波プラズマ滅菌方法。
- プラズマにより殺菌作用を有する活性粒子が生成されるガスはアルゴンガスと酸素ガスの混合ガスであることを特徴とする請求項2記載のマイクロ波プラズマ滅菌方法。
- プラズマにより殺菌作用を有する活性粒子が生成されるガスは酸素ガスと窒素ガスの混合ガスであることを特徴とする請求項2記載のマイクロ波プラズマ滅菌方法。
- 前記酸素ガスと窒素ガスの混合ガスの混合比は1対4であることを特徴とする請求項6記載のマイクロ波プラズマ滅菌方法。
- 前記滅菌対象物が通気性の樹脂製容器内に収納されている物品であることを特徴とする請求項2記載のマイクロ波プラズマ滅菌方法。
- 前記滅菌対象物が通気性のプラスチック包装された医療用具であることを特徴とする請求項2記載のマイクロ波プラズマ滅菌方法。
