Description
【0001】
【0042】
制御部15は、図4に示すように、CPU(中央演算処理装置)15a,ROM(読み出し専用メモリー)15b,RAM(ランダムアクセスメモリー)15c、タイマー15d等を有して構成されている。
【0043】
【0073】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an integrated flow meter that calculates an integrated flow rate by multiplying the flow rate of gas flowing through an orifice and the flow time thereof.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recently constructed hospitals, gas piping for medical oxygen gas, compressed air, laughing gas, etc. is laid in the walls of the building, and piping terminals are installed in operating rooms, intensive care units or hospital rooms, and various gas Centralized management is performed. And charging is made according to the amount of various gases used for treatment etc. using a pipe terminal, or various gas cylinders are transported to a hospital room etc., and various gases used for treatment etc. are used using the gas cylinders. An integrating flow meter has been proposed for charging according to usage.
[0003]
Various gases are used by appropriately selecting a desired flow rate using orifices having a plurality of predetermined different diameters in order to adjust the flow rate used, and set when calculating the integrated flow rate of the gas used. The integrated flow rate can be easily calculated by multiplying the flow rate of the gas flowing through the orifice by the flow time.
[0004]
As an example of an integrating flow meter, Utility Model Registration No. 2588152 is provided with a
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described conventional example, since the pressure needs to be detected on both the upstream side and the downstream side of the orifice type flow
[0006]
The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems. The object of the present invention is to simplify the structure and prevent errors, reduce the number of parts and reduce the cost of parts, and further reduce the cost of the gas supply side and the gas. It is intended to provide an integrated flow meter that can detect and report abnormalities on the demand side.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, an integrated flow meter according to the present invention is an integrated flow meter that calculates an integrated flow rate by multiplying a flow rate of gas flowing through orifices having a plurality of predetermined different diameters and a flow time thereof. And A disc in which a plurality of orifices having different diameters are formed on the same circumference at a predetermined pitch, a flow rate setting dial fixedly attached to the other end of the rotating shaft to which the disc is fixed, and the flow rate setting An arc-shaped groove formed on the back side of the dial, a pin attached to the casing, moving in the groove, and abutting against both ends of the groove to restrict rotation of the flow rate setting dial; A pressure detecting means for detecting a gas pressure upstream of the orifice, and a pressure detected by the pressure detecting means. Up to supply standard pressure When the gas flow rate decreases, the integration of the gas flow rate starts, and the pressure detected by the pressure detection means Stop standard pressure And a control unit that stops the integration of the gas flow rate at the time of rising.
[0008]
Since the present invention is configured as described above, when gas is used on the demand side in the gas supply state, the pressure detected by the pressure detection means decreases. Up to supply standard pressure When the control unit starts integrating the gas flow rate at the time of lowering and stops using the gas on the demand side in the gas supply state, the pressure detected by the pressure detection means rises and returns to the original value, Stop standard pressure When the flow rate rises, the control unit stops the accumulation of the gas flow rate, and the integrated flow rate is calculated by multiplying the flow rate of the gas flowing through the orifice having a predetermined diameter and the flow time from the integration start time to the integration stop time. I can do it.
[0009]
Further, the pressure detected by the pressure detecting means is compared with the standard pressure expected upstream of the orifice, and the pressure detected by the pressure detecting means at the time of gas supply is predicted. Supply When the pressure is lower than the standard pressure, it is determined that an abnormality has occurred on the gas supply side. When the pressure detected by the pressure detecting means at the time of gas supply is higher than the expected supply standard pressure, the gas demand side A control unit that determines that an abnormality has occurred, and a notification unit that notifies the abnormal state determined by the control unit.
[0010]
According to the above configuration, the pressure detected by the pressure detection means at the time of gas supply is expected. Supply When the pressure is smaller than the standard pressure, the control unit can determine that an abnormality has occurred on the gas supply side due to insufficient gas supply pressure or gas leakage on the flow path, and can notify the abnormal state by the notification means.
[0011]
In addition, if the pressure detected by the pressure detection means during gas supply is greater than the expected supply standard pressure, the control unit determines that an abnormality has occurred on the gas demand side due to clogging of the flow path, etc. An abnormal state can be notified by means.
[0012]
