Description
前記被膜は、少なくともガスバリア性膜と最も表面側に位置する被覆膜とを備えた積層膜からなり、
前記積層膜と容器本体の最表面との間に有機珪素化合物層よりなる基台膜を更に有し、前記被覆膜と前記基台膜とは組成比を同等として成膜してある、ことを特徴とする高いガスバリア性を有する合成樹脂製容器である。ここで、被覆膜が最も表面側に位置するとは、容器本体の内表面、外表面の何れかに被膜が設けられた場合であっても、被覆膜はガスバリア性膜よりも表面側に位置して該ガスバリア性膜を覆うように配置されていることを意味する。
図1は、二軸延伸ブロー成形によって成形されたポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂(以下、PETボトルと言う。)製の容器の要部を断面について示した図である。

Claims (6)
- ポリエチレンテレフタレートで形成してある容器本体の内表面又は外表面若しくはその両面にガスバリア性の高い被膜を有する合成樹脂製の容器であって、
前記被膜は、少なくともガスバリア性膜と最も表面側に位置する被覆膜とを備えた積層膜からなり、
前記積層膜と容器本体の最表面との間に有機珪素化合物層よりなる基台膜を更に有し、前記被覆膜と前記基台膜とは組成比を同等として成膜してある、ことを特徴とする高いガスバリア性を有する合成樹脂製容器。 - 前記ガスバリア性膜と前記被覆膜は互いに隣接配置されたものである、請求項1記載の合成樹脂製容器。
- 前記ガスバリア性膜は酸化珪素を主成分とする酸化珪素化合物層であり、前記被覆膜は有機系珪素化合物層である請求項1又は2記載の合成樹脂製容器。
- 前記積層膜のうちの最も表面側に位置する層は、水との接触角が80〜100°になる撥水性を有する請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の合成樹脂製容器。
- 前記各膜を構成する各層は、蒸着によって形成されたものである請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の合成樹脂製容器。
- 前記各膜を構成する各層は、屈折率が1.3〜1.6の範囲である請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の合成樹脂製容器。
