Description
ホイールハブが、第1の直径D1を有するフランジ側の開口と、第2の直径D2を有するジョイント側の開口とを備えた中央の貫通部を有しており、第2の直径D2が第1の直径D1よりも大きく、
フランジ側の開口がボルト・ナット・結合部のボルトまたはねじ山付ピンにより貫通されており、かつ
ジョイント側の開口に内歯列が設けられており、該内歯列に、回転ジョイントのジャーナルが、相応の外歯列でもって係合するようにしたことにより解決される。

Claims (1)
- ホイールフランジ(2)を備えたホイールハブ(1)と、中央のボルト・ナット・結合部によりホイールハブ(1)に結合される、ジャーナル(14)を備える回転ジョイント(3)とを備えた、駆動軸(4)を接続するためのホイールハブ・回転ジョイント・アッセンブリにおいて、
ホイールハブ(1)が、第1の直径D1を有するフランジ側の開口(22)と、内歯列(17)を備える、第2の直径D2を有するジョイント側の開口(23)とを備えた中央の貫通部(16)を有しており、第2の直径D2が第1の直径D1よりも大きく、
前記ジャーナル(14)は、前記内歯列(17)と係合する外歯列(15)を有しており、前記貫通部(16)のジョイント側の開口(23)に挿入されて、両歯列(15,17)の係合により前記ホイールハブ(1)に相対回動不能に結合されており、
前記ボルト・ナット・結合部(19)は、フランジ側の開口(22)を貫通する、前記ジャーナル(14)に螺入されるボルト(19)又は前記ジャーナル(14)と一体的に形成されるねじ山付ピン(34)として形成されており、かつ
ホイールハブ(1)とジャーナル(14)との間の歯列の直径が、回転ジョイント(3)のジョイント内側部分(7)と、該ジョイント内側部分(7)に結合可能な駆動軸(4)との間の歯列の直径に相当する
ことを特徴とする、ホイールハブ・回転ジョイント・アッセンブリ。
