Claims (11)
- 第一シール面が形成された第一金属体と、第二シール面が形成された第二金属体と、該第一及び第二金属体とを互いに軸方向に圧して取外し自在に結合せしめる結合手段とを有するシール組立体において、第一金属体は、その協働面に、平坦な底部と垂直壁とで形成される丸いセンタリング室を有していて、該底部が第一シール面を形成し、第二金属体は協働面から立ち上がる環状カラーを有していて、該カラーが内壁面、外壁面、そして第二シール面を形成する平坦な端面をもった狭端部を有し、該狭端部は外方に膨出し、上記カラーの外壁面が第一金属体のセンタリング室の垂直壁に対して当接するセンタリング面を有しており、結合手段は第一金属体と第二金属体とを互いに結合することを特徴とするシール組立体。
- 第一及び第二金属体がセンタリング室の外側で互いに協働するアライメント手段を有しており、再組立時に第一及び第二金属体の相対位置の再現が可能であることとする請求項1に記載のシール組立体。
- アライメント手段は第一及び第二金属体に穿設された複数のボルト孔で形成され、これらのボルト孔が互いに複数対をなすように一致して位置しており、該ボルト孔にボルトを通すことで結合手段を形成していることとする請求項2に記載のシール組立体。
- カラーは半径外方に突出する部分を有し、該部分にセンタリング面が形成されていることとする請求項1に記載のシール組立体。
- センタリング面が形成されている環状カラーの突出部は狭端部からセンタリング面に対応する面まで延びていることとする請求項4に記載のシール組立体。
- 半径方向の突出部は傾斜面を経て狭端部に至ることとする請求項5に記載のシール組立体。
- カラーは、中間の壁厚をもつ中間部が突出部と狭端部との間に設けられていることとする請求項4に記載のシール組立体。
- 中間部は、傾斜面を経て狭端部に至ることとする請求項7に記載のシール組立体。
- カラーの内壁面あるいは外壁面に、センタリング面が形成されているカラーの突出部と協働面との間で、半径方向のノッチが形成されていて、カラーの有効最小壁厚を少なくとも部分的に定めていることとする請求項4に記載のシール組立体。
- カラーの最小壁厚が狭端部での最小壁厚と同じあるいはこれよりも小さくなっていることとする請求項9に記載のシール組立体。
- カラーは軟らかい鋼材そして他の金属を含む材料群のうちから選ばれた材料で作られていることとする請求項1に記載のシール組立体。
