Claims (9)
- 一方の主面に電極が設けられた1対の基板と、前記電極間に充填された電荷輸送体と、前記一対の基板間に配置され前記電荷輸送体を前記基板間に保持する封止部と、前記電極と電気接続された一対の取出し電極とを備えた光電変換素子であって、
前記取出し電極の一部が前記封止部の外側に突き出ており、前記取出し電極の前記封止部の外側に突き出た部分が、前記封止部によって支持され、
前記取出し電極のうちの一部が前記封止部内に埋め込まれており、前記取出し電極のうちの前記封止部内に埋め込まれた箇所に、前記光電変換素子に入射する光が透過する複数の開口部が設けられていることを特徴とする光電変換素子。 - 前記1対の基板は互いに実質的に同一形状をしており、前記光電変換素子を一方の基板側から平面視したときに他方の基板が実質的に見えないように前記1対の基板が配置された請求項1に記載の光電変換素子。
- 前記取出し電極が、Au、Pt、Ag、Cu、Al、Ni、Zn、TiおよびCrからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の金属を含む請求項1に記載の光電変換素子。
- 前記取出し電極の厚さが、50nm〜100μmである請求項1に記載の光電変換素子。
- 前記取出し電極が、金属箔を含む請求項1に記載の光電変換素子。
- 前記取出し電極のうちの前記封止部内に埋め込まれた箇所が、メッシュ、パンチングメタル、および発泡体からなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種を含む請求項1に記載の光電変換素子。
- 前記取出し電極の長手方向の両端部のうちの一方の端部が、前記封止部の外側に突き出ている請求項1に記載の光電変換素子。
- 前記取出し電極の幅方向の両端部のうちの一方の端部が、前記封止部の外側に突き出ている請求項1に記載の光電変換素子。
- 前記取出し電極のうちの前記封止部の外側に突き出た部分が、前記封止部に沿うように折り曲げられた請求項7または8に記載の光電変換素子。
