Description
ところが、色素を含有する記録層上に例えば透明樹脂材料を塗布して前記カバー層を形成しようとすると、色素を含有する記録層に塗液が浸透してしまうという課題があった。
ところが、上記特許文献1に記載されたように、障壁層4に硫黄を含有する材料を使用すると、当該硫黄と反射層2を構成する金属(例えば、Ag等)とが反応し、硫化物を生成して保存性を低下させるという課題があった。
く光透過性の第2の樹脂層26bとの2層構造からなるものであってもよい。また、このとき、前記第1の樹脂層26aが紫外線硬化性の接着剤層であり、前記第2の樹脂層26bがポリカーボネート製の厚さ0.1mm未満(例えば、0.075mm)のシートであってもよい。この場合、前記第1の樹脂層26aと前記第2の樹脂層26bとを合計した厚さは、0.1mmであることが好ましい。
Claims (2)
- 基板上に、光反射層、有機色素を含有する光記録層、中間層、及びカバー層をこの順に備えた光情報記録媒体において、 前記中間層は、スパッタリングにより形成されたNb2O5−Al2O3系の複合酸化物からなり、該複合酸化物における前記Nb2O5の比率が50mol%より多く、60mol%未満であることを特徴とする光情報記録媒体。
- 上記中間層は、バルクの抵抗値が1〜5Ω・cmのターゲットを用いてRFスパッタ装置により成膜されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光情報記録媒体。
