Description
【0001】

[0010]
In the retroreflector, it is preferable that the stretched layer has elasticity.
In the retroreflector, it is preferable that the stretched layer has plasticity.
In the retroreflector, it is preferable to use metal oxide-coated scale powder for the reflective substrate layer.
In the retroreflector, it is preferable to further laminate an adhesive layer located on the surface opposite to the surface layer portion of the retroreflector .
The second subject of the present invention is an opening confirmation seal, a forgery prevention seal and a design seal using the retroreflector.
[0011]
In the present invention, “stretching” means extending in a plane in a direction parallel to the layer as shown in FIG.
In the present invention, the term “elongation rate” means the percentage of the ratio between the elongation produced between the gauge points on the test piece when pulled with a force of 1 N / cm and the original gauge point distance.
Moreover, in this invention, after extending | stretching to a tension | pulling direction, the case where the deformation rate when removing tension | tensile_strength is less than 5% is made elastic, and the case where it is 5% or more is made plastic.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described.
The retroreflector of the present invention includes a reflective substrate layer, an extension layer, and a transparent microsphere layer disposed on the surface layer side of the reflective substrate layer.
[0013]
First, the names of light used in the present invention will be defined. As described in the above-mentioned prior art, the normal light means light in a state where the existing wavelengths are different and the traveling directions of the light are different, such as light from sunlight or a fluorescent lamp. . On the other hand, linear light refers to light in which the traveling directions are aligned even if the wavelengths of the existing light are different.

On the other hand, when used as a design seal or the like, the stretched layer preferably has elasticity. If the stretched layer has elasticity, the seal will return to its original shape even when stretched, so that the structure that forms retroreflection will not be destroyed even for some movement during application. Further, in this case, the elongation percentage of the stretched layer is preferably 2 to 20%, and most preferably 5 to 10%. If it is 2% or less, the effect of using the stretched layer is hardly exhibited, and if it is 20% or more, it is difficult to maintain a structure that forms retroreflection during sticking.
[0020]
In the present invention, as the stretched layer, a resin layer such as polyurethane resin, polyethylene resin, polypropylene resin, polyvinyl chloride resin, polyvinylidene chloride resin, or silicone resin can be used. Among these resins, polyurethane resins are preferable. The stretched layer may be a single structure or a multilayer structure.
Moreover, a hardening | curing agent can be added as needed and strength and elongation can be adjusted.
The stretched layer can also be colored by adding pigments, dyes, and the like to the resin used as the stretched layer.

Furthermore, when the retroreflector of the present invention has an adhesive layer, it is preferable to laminate release paper in order to protect the surface of the adhesive layer.
In the present invention, as the release paper, one obtained by coating a silicon resin, wax, paraffins or the like on a base material such as paper or film is used.

In addition, it is preferable to use metal oxide-coated scale-like powder for the reflective substrate layer. When the metal oxide-coated piece powder is used, the reflected light can be given a pearly luster.
In addition, the reflective substrate layer can be colored to color the reflected light. When the reflected light is given a pearly luster or colored, it becomes easier to confirm the reflected light.
[0024]
Retroreflector laminated with pattern layer The retroreflector of the present invention preferably further comprises a pattern layer. Patterns in the pattern layer refer to all things that can appeal to the eye, and may have a specific meaning or not in terms of content, and functionally intended for design and appearance decoration, Alternatively, it may be intended for information transmission. Examples of such patterns include images such as letters, numbers, symbols, figures, patterns, and background patterns. The formation method can be various methods such as printing. The pattern layer is preferably a hologram reproduction layer.
[0025]
FIG. 5 shows a schematic configuration of an embodiment of a retroreflector in which pattern layers according to the present invention are laminated (second embodiment). In the second embodiment (FIG. 5), a pattern layer is laminated on the surface layer side of the first embodiment (FIG. 2). Here, the pattern layer is the

Therefore, under normal light, retroreflected light is not observed, and only the hologram image can be observed.
[0029]
However, as described above, when the retroreflector is irradiated with the linear light with an intensity stronger than that of the surrounding light, the retroreflected light can be identified only when observed from the substantially linear light irradiation direction. At this time, the hologram image reproduced by the light interference by the hologram embossing of the

The retroreflector with the hologram reproduction layer laminated in this way has a hologram image that appears under normal light, and when irradiated with linear light, the light from the retroreflection is emphasized more than the hologram image, and the hologram image cannot be seen. The retroreflected light becomes visible.

On the other hand, when used as a design seal or the like, the stretched layer preferably has elasticity. If the stretched layer has elasticity, the seal will return to its original shape even if stretched, so that the hologram and retroreflection will not be destroyed even with some movement during application. In this case, the stretch rate of the stretched layer is preferably 2 to 20%, and most preferably 5 to 10%. When it is 2% or less, the effect of using the stretched layer is hardly exhibited, and when it is 20% or more, it is difficult to maintain a structure that forms a hologram and retroreflection during application.
[0033]
The design of the picture drawn by the holographic image refers to all things that can be appealed to the sight, and may or may not have a specific meaning in terms of content. It may be for the purpose or for information transmission. Examples of such patterns include images such as letters, numbers, symbols, figures, patterns, and background patterns.

Retroreflector laminated with non-stretched layer In order to increase the mechanical strength of the entire retroreflector in the present invention and prevent the retroreflector from stretching during application, the retroreflector of the present invention is further improved. A non-stretched layer can also be laminated.
FIG. 6 shows an embodiment of the retroreflector of the present invention in which an unstretched layer is laminated (third embodiment). The retroreflector in the figure is characterized in that an
[0035]
In the retroreflector shown in the figure, the non-stretched layer is preferably made of a highly transparent material in order to keep the light from retroreflection visible from the outside.
The material of the non-stretched layer is not particularly limited as long as it is a highly transparent material, but is preferably selected from materials having performances such as wear resistance, stain resistance, and solvent resistance. It is preferable to use polyester, polycarbonate, acrylic resin, urethane resin, or the like.
[0036]
Moreover, the retroreflector of 3rd embodiment can also be stuck and used for a to-be-adhered body by laminating | stacking the

The stretch rate of the stretched layer is preferably 20 to 500%, and particularly preferably 50 to 200%. If it is 20% or less, it is difficult to determine the destruction of the structure forming the retroreflection, and if it is 500% or more, it is difficult to handle at the time of peeling.
[0038]
FIG. 8 shows another embodiment of the retroreflector in which the non-stretched layers according to the present invention are laminated (fourth embodiment). The retroreflector in the figure is characterized in that an
Since the non-stretched layer is provided on the surface layer, the retroreflector surface can be protected. The non-stretched layer may be a single structure or a multilayer structure.
The material of the non-stretched layer is not particularly limited, but is preferably selected from those having performances such as abrasion resistance, contamination resistance, and solvent resistance. Polyvinyl chloride, polyester, polycarbonate, acrylic resin It is preferable to use urethane resin or the like.
[0039]
Further, the retroreflector of the fourth embodiment can also be used by sticking to the adherend by laminating the
In this case, the non-stretched layer can be removed and used after being applied to the adherend, or can be used while remaining during the application.
In the case where the non-stretched layer is used after being removed after the retroreflector is pasted, it is preferable to weaken the adhesive force between the non-stretched layer and the stretched layer so that it can be easily peeled, and 0.01 to 0.5 N / cm, particularly 0 It is preferable to set it to 0.04 to 0.3 N / cm. In this case, the non-stretched layer does not necessarily need to be made of a highly transparent material.
[0040]
In particular, the stretched layer preferably has plasticity when used as an opening confirmation seal, a forgery prevention seal, or the like.
By laminating the non-stretched layer, the mechanical strength of the entire retroreflector is increased, and the retroreflector is prevented from being stretched when stuck to the adherend. Furthermore, since the non-stretched layer is removed after pasting, the stretched layer is stretched at the time of peeling, the hologram reproduction layer and the reflective substrate layer are destroyed, the focal length is changed, and the shape does not return to the original state after peeling, Hologram images and retroreflected light cannot be observed. Therefore, the presence or absence of peeling can be confirmed by confirming whether the hologram image and retroreflected light can be observed.
[0041]
On the other hand, when used as a design seal, the stretched layer preferably has elasticity. By laminating the non-stretched layer, the mechanical strength of the entire retroreflector is increased and the surface can be protected. Further, since the non-stretched layer is removed after pasting, it has excellent stretchability, and the structure that forms the hologram and retroreflection is not broken even if there is some movement during the pasting.
[0042]
When the non-stretched layer is used while being stuck, the non-stretched layer is preferably made of a highly transparent material in order to keep the color due to retroreflection visible from the outside.
In particular, the stretched layer preferably has plasticity when used as an opening confirmation seal, a forgery prevention seal, or the like. Further, it is preferable that the adhesive strength between the adhesive layer and the adherend is made stronger than the adhesive strength between the non-stretched layer and the other layer, and that the non-stretched layer is separated from the other layer at the time of peeling. For that purpose, the adhesive force between the adherend and the adhesive layer is 1 to 10 N / cm, and the adhesive force between the non-stretched layer and the other layer is 0.01 to 0.5 N / cm, particularly 0.04 to 0.3 N. / Cm is preferable.
[0043]
By laminating the non-stretched layer, the mechanical strength of the entire retroreflector is increased, the retroreflector is not stretched at the time of pasting, the nonstretched layer is separated from the other layers at the time of peeling, and the stretched layer is stretched. The reproducing layer and the reflective substrate layer are destroyed, the focal length is changed, the shape is not restored after peeling, and the hologram image and retroreflected light cannot be observed. Therefore, the presence or absence of peeling can be confirmed by confirming whether the hologram image and retroreflected light can be observed.
[0044]
Further, the shape of the retroreflector of the present invention is not particularly limited, but in accordance with the shape of the container to be applied, a shape in which the effect of the retroreflector is easily exhibited will be appropriately selected. , Strips, polygons and other shapes.
[0045]
The retroreflector in the present invention is made of high-quality paper, art paper, and mirror by selecting appropriate materials and forming each layer in consideration of adhesiveness, heat resistance, weather resistance, chemical resistance, etc., depending on the product used. General printing such as coated paper, Japanese paper, rough paper, E-stage, UV printing, UV varnish, UV coated paper, press coat, soft, hard, foamed vinyl, ABS, AS, HiPS, AC, PVC, PP, It can be used for various materials such as plastics such as PET, upper bound, albums, T-shirts, various fibers such as fabric products, leather, glass, metal, and woodwork. The materials that can use the present invention are not limited to those listed here.
[0046]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, by using the stretched layer, it is possible to obtain a retroreflector that has sufficient adhesion to a curved surface and is useful for confirmation of opening.
