Description

The present invention relates to a collation packaging system that collates and packages a group of forms compiled for each predetermined number of customers and a predetermined number of form groups for each division unit divided into the predetermined number of customers.

In recent years, merchandise sales forms have been diversified. For example, individual customers are classified in the form of mail-order sales, and ordered products are delivered together for each classification. At that time, a plurality of customers are grouped into categories to determine the group's organizer, who collects the order of each customer's products and sends an order form to the sales company. Is to deliver. In this case, the sales company sends a package of product guides such as the orderer, product flyer, and product pamphlet to the organizer individually for each customer (including the organizer). The product guide group is distributed to customers.

As described above, a system for individually packing a group of product guides for each customer to a group organizer, and then packing them together to create and send out a group of forms necessary for the grouper. For example, the following patent document proposes. The collation packaging system proposed in the patent document produces a predetermined number of form groups (form group for the assembler in the above example) on the main conveyance line 2, collates and sequentially conveys them. On the other hand, a booklet line (preparation line for the product guide group in the above example) 7 which is a two-line delivery is prepared for each customer, and the product guide group thus produced is pillow-wrapped for each customer. The pillow packaging for each customer is collected for each group, collated with the corresponding form group conveyed by the main conveyance line 2, and these are further pillow-packaged.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-59904

By the way, the collation packaging system proposed in the above patent document needs to perform the pillow packaging for each customer and the entire pillow packaging twice. In other words, it is to prevent the product guide group from being scattered for each customer and to prevent the product group and the form group from being scattered. However, pillow packaging incurs high costs due to packaging materials and the like, and the equipment is expensive, and it is difficult to reduce costs as a whole. In particular, there is a problem that the cost is further increased because a plurality of stages of pillow packaging of product guide groups for each customer is performed due to the operational efficiency of the equipment.

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and reduces the cost when packaging a group of forms for each of a plurality of customers and a predetermined number of forms for each predetermined unit of the customer. The purpose is to provide a collaborative packaging system.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, in the invention of claim 1, a predetermined number of individual unit forms collected for each predetermined number of customers and a predetermined number of divided unit forms divided for each predetermined number of customers are provided. A collating and packaging system for collating and packaging, comprising a predetermined number of printing sections for printing a predetermined number of forms for each of the classification units, and preparing a division unit form for collecting a predetermined number of printed forms as the division unit A first structure that can be folded into each other and has a function as a form that can display predetermined information by a line and a predetermined number of printing units, and is formed with an adhesive portion for forming a folder form composed of a folder portion and a bag portion pieces, and, with respect to the second component piece to the third component piece to form a glued bag portion, the bonded a predetermined form to the folding portion of the first component piece and the second component piece to a predetermined number put by bonding with part And the urging folder form to prepare the individual unit form, segmental units form of the the individual unit form prepared lines to combine a predetermined number of discrete units form each said section unit, the predetermined number of sheets produced by the division unit form prepared Line And a unit number of individual unit forms collected in a predetermined number of the division units produced in the individual unit form production line. And a combination packaging line.

In invention of Claims 2 and 3, it is the configuration that “a plurality of the individual unit form preparation lines are arranged with respect to the collating packaging line”
“The division unit form production line is the same line as the collating packaging line”.

According to the present invention, a predetermined number of division unit forms prepared with a predetermined number of customers as a division unit, and a predetermined number of individual unit form preparation lines for a predetermined number of customers of the division unit. By collating with a predetermined number of individual unit forms that are grouped in units as a folder type with a bag with a form function prepared in When collating and packing together a group of forms for each of a plurality of customers and a predetermined number of forms for each division unit of the predetermined number of customers, a predetermined number of individual unit forms are grouped together in a folder form having a form function. Therefore, it is not necessary to package these separately, and the cost can be reduced by reducing the packaging process.

Hereinafter, the best embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In this embodiment, the separate unit form preparation line is shown as a separate line with respect to the collating packaging line, but it may be the same line, and the individual unit form preparation line is arranged in two stages in parallel to the collating packaging line. Although the case where it comprises is shown, it is good also as a single line. It should be noted that, in the divided unit form line and the individual unit form production line, a detection sensor is used for inputting and overlapping the forms, but the illustration is omitted here.

In FIG. 1, the block diagram of the collation packaging system which concerns on this invention is shown. In FIG. 1, the collation packaging system 11 is roughly divided into a collation packaging line 12, a division unit form preparation line 13, an individual unit form preparation line 14, a packaging unit 15, and a stacker 16. The collating packaging line 12 includes a conveying unit 12A and is directly connected to the packaging unit 15, and the conveying unit 12A performs so-called nail feed conveyance at a predetermined level (for example, five levels). The detection unit 17 is arranged above the collation position between a later-described section unit form group and a folder group holding the individual unit form group. It is also possible to provide a flyer input section for extending various collations such as a collation packaging line 12 between the collation position of the classification unit form group and the individual form (folder) group and the packaging section 15.

The division unit form preparation line 13 includes a conveyance unit 21 that feeds and conveys a predetermined number of division unit forms to the collating packaging line 12, and the division unit printer 22 has, for example, five stages. And each of the insertion part 23 is arrange | positioned. That is, the divided form printers 22 in the respective stages print the predetermined information on the forms 24A to 24N produced in the division unit, and the corresponding input unit 23 inputs the information into the transfer unit 21 or is transferred from the previous stage. It is put on the coming unit form (group unit form group).

Note that the print information has contents corresponding to the later-described division unit, but division information (for example, a barcode) for performing collation later is printed on the upper surface in the transport state. Then, the division unit forms 24A to 24N of each stage are put into the collating packaging line 12 in a state in which a predetermined number (not necessarily printed by all the division form printers) is overlaid as a division unit. The divided unit form group 24 put into the collating packaging line 12 is conveyed to the individual unit form production line 14 side by nail feed conveyance.

The individual unit form preparation line 14 is arranged in two stages in parallel with the collating packaging line 12. In the individual unit form production line 14A, an individual form printer 31, a transport unit 32, a crimping unit 33, and a stacker 34 are sequentially arranged (details of form production will be described with reference to FIG. 5). In the transport unit 32, a loading unit 36 for loading a predetermined form (for example, a flyer or a pamphlet) is arranged in a predetermined level (here, a maximum of 5 sheets can be loaded and is shown in 5 levels). . The other individual unit form preparation line 14B has the same configuration. The input unit 36 is arranged between each stacker 34 of the individual unit form preparation lines 14A and 14B and the collating packaging line 12.

The individual form printer 31 prints information corresponding to each customer on a predetermined form (a folder with a bag to be described later) for each division unit, and sequentially discharges it to the transport unit 32. The conveyance unit 32 has a claw feed conveyance mechanism, and conveys a conveyance target form (folder with bag) in a “V” -shaped folded state as shown in FIG. At this time, the input units 36A to 36N appropriately input forms such as leaflets and pamphlets into forms (folders with bags) ejected from the individual form printer 31 and conveyed in correspondence with the customer. The crimping unit 33 folds and crimps a form (folder with a bag) into which a form such as a flyer or a pamphlet is inserted and sends it to the stacker 34 as a single individual form folder 37. Details will be described with reference to FIG.

Then, in the stacker 34, the created individual form folders 37 are overlapped for each division unit and sent to the input unit 35. In this case, the individual form printer 31 prints classification information (for example, a barcode) for superimposing individual form folders for each classification unit at a position on the upper surface (a sensor or the like for reading the classification unit). Are not shown and described).

The input unit 35 also serves as a buffer for timing the input of the individual form folder 37, which is produced by overlapping the predetermined number of individual unit form preparation lines 14A and 14B, into the collating packaging line 12. Therefore, the division information detected by the detection unit 17 on the input unit 34 and the division information detected by the detection unit 17 of the predetermined number of division unit forms 24 conveyed by the collating packaging line 12 are combined. When they coincide with each other, the individual form folders 37 that are grouped together by a predetermined number of times are put on the sorting unit form 24, and are conveyed to the packaging unit 15 as the collected delivery contents 37 (24). In the packaging unit 15, the delivery contents 37 (24) are packaged as a so-called pillow packaging with a wrapping member, and are sequentially stacked on the stacker 16 as a delivery 41.

By the way, as mentioned above, for example, individual customers are classified in the form of mail-order sales, a plurality of customers are grouped by category, and customer-oriented product guidance, order forms, etc. are collected and delivered to the organizer. In the case where the organizer distributes these to each corresponding customer, the customer-specific product guide and order form correspond to each customer form folder 37 created in the individual unit form preparation line 14, The delivery-related forms for the group organizers correspond to a predetermined number of the division unit forms produced by the division unit form production line 13.

Here, FIG. 2 shows a block diagram of the collation packaging system control processing unit of FIG. The control processing unit 51 shown in FIG. 2 controls each line and the like as a part of the collation packaging system 11, and appropriately includes a customer information database (DB) 61, a print information DB 62, and a control means 63. , A bus 64, an interface (IF) 65, a print information creating unit 66, a timing control unit 67, a packaging unit control unit 68, and a stacker control unit 69.

The customer information DB 61 stores customer information such as bibliographic information such as a customer's address and information such as purchase orientation for specifying a leaflet to be delivered, as well as classification information and summary person or summary person association information, etc. Is a storage device regardless of whether it is a built-in type or an external type. The print information DB 62 stores print information and the like on the above-mentioned divided unit form and individual unit form according to the customer, and is a storage device regardless of whether it is a built-in type or an external type.

The control means 63 is for performing overall control processing of the collating packaging system 11, and includes a program for this purpose. The print information creation means 66 extracts a corresponding customer and print information from the customer information DB 61 and the print information DB 62 to create a print information file, and creates the print data file and the divided form printer 22 and the individual unit of the section unit form preparation line 13. This is sent to the individual form printer 31 of the form preparation line 14 via the IF 65, and has a program for this purpose.

The timing control means 67 is mainly for adjusting the conveying speed of the collating packaging line 12 when collating the predetermined number of division unit forms 24 and the predetermined number of individual form folders 37. Provide a program. That is, since the creation of the individual form folder 37 in the individual unit form preparation line 14 requires more time than the preparation of the division unit form 24 in the division unit form preparation line 13, this is necessary for collation from the viewpoint of work efficiency. It is necessary to avoid the conveyance stop of the collating packaging line 12, and the timing control means 67 prevents the conveyance from being stopped. In addition, adjustment with respect to the difference of the said production time is also possible by adjusting the number of stages of conveyance in the collating packaging line 12 (in FIG. 1, nail feed conveyance is performed).

The packaging part control means 68 and the stacker control means 69 control the operation and stop of the packaging part 15 and the stacker 16 corresponding to these, and do not perform particularly fine control. It should be noted that an ejecting mechanism as described in the above-mentioned patent document for discharging a defective product may be arranged in front of the stacker 16.

FIG. 3 shows an explanatory diagram of a folder with a bag used in the individual form folder produced by the collation packaging system of FIG. 1, and FIG. 4 shows an explanatory diagram of a printing form by the individual form printer and a folder with a bag. . FIG. 3 (A) shows a first component 61 that constitutes the folder part of the bag-attached folder and a second component 62 that is connected to the first component piece 61. For example, the first component piece 61 is formed of paper (or a resin film). The individual form printer 31 has a function as a form that can display predetermined information.

The first component piece 61 and the second component piece 62 are connected to each other by a cutting / folding fold line 63, and the second component piece 62 has a two-stage upper and lower cut line 64 and a lower part (lower stage) of the cut line 64. A cut line 65 to be a postcard portion is formed. Further, a folder portion forming adhesive portion 66 is formed up to the lower side portion of the lower inner side surface and the side line portion extending to the lower side portion, and is bonded so as to be opposed thereto, whereby the upper side and the side side cutoff line 64 are formed. The folder function is fulfilled with up to the opening. Here, the folder forming adhesive portion 66 uses a strong adhesive pressure-sensitive adhesive that is not easily peeled off in a so-called solid state, but may be formed with a predetermined number of pin points.

On the other hand, FIG. 3 (B) shows the third component piece 71 constituting the bag portion of the bag-attached folder. The cut line 72 is formed at a position corresponding to the cut line 64 of the second component piece 62 so as to move up and down. A cut line 73 is formed at a position corresponding to the cut line 65 in the lower stage. This cut line 73 (cut line 64) is used as an order postcard part 74, and postcard information 75 such as address information of the product order postcard is formed on the cut line 73 (also used as a part of the cut line 72) on the outer surface. Also, on the inner side surface, a bag portion forming adhesive portion 76 for providing a bag-like function at the upper portion is formed, and a third component piece adhesive portion 77 is formed on the entire lower surface.

Then, as shown in FIG. 3C, the bag portion is formed so that the inner surface of the third component piece 71 and the outer surface of the second component piece 62 are aligned with the cutoff lines 64 and 65 and the cutoff lines 72 and 73. The folder forming sheet 81 is bonded by the bonding portion 76 and the third component piece bonding portion 77. The folder forming sheet 81 is set in the individual form printer 31 in advance.

In the individual form printer 31, as shown in FIG. 4A, the customer's name, member number, “folded flap” display, etc. are appropriately printed on the outer surface according to the print information input from the control processing unit 51. The Further, the inner surface, as shown in FIG. 4 (A), appropriate customer name and account number, and displays "collection bag" comprising the bag portion, such as order display frame 78 serving as a rear surface of the postcard 74 is appropriately printed The In addition, although the case where the said 3rd component piece 71 was affixed on the 2nd component piece 62 was shown, in order to avoid the fall of the printing quality by these level | step differences, the said 3rd component piece 71 and the 1st component piece 61 and The size of the second component piece 62 may be the same. In this case, a cutting / folding line is also formed in the third component piece 71 and adhered to the entire surface of the first component piece 61, whereby the information printed on the first component piece 61 and the third component piece are formed. The information to be printed on 71 can be printed by the individual form printer 31 at a time.

A predetermined individual form is included in such a folder forming sheet 81 after being printed, and is adhered by the folder part forming adhesive part 66, whereby a folder with a bag (individual form folder 37 as shown in FIG. 4B) is obtained. ). That is, the individual form folder 37 is constituted by the folder part 82 and the bag part 83, and the bag part 83 is separated as a collecting bag by the cut and fold line 63 and the cut line 72 (64). It becomes an order postcard by separating with the cutting line 73 (65). The bag 83 is simply sealed by folding the folding flap 62A.

FIG. 5 is a manufacturing explanatory diagram of each individual form folder produced by the collating packaging system of FIG. FIG. 5A shows a process in which a predetermined number of inserted forms 38 such as leaflets are inserted by the input units 36A to 36N on the transport unit 32 in the individual form line 14, and then the predetermined number of individual form folders 37 are stacked by pressure bonding. Is shown. That is, as illustrated in FIG. 5B, the first component piece 61 and the second component piece 62 are conveyed in a state where the folder forming sheet 81 is conveyed in a “V” shape by the cut and fold line 63 by the conveyance unit 32. Insertion forms 38 are sequentially inserted from the insertion portions 36 </ b> A to 36 </ b> N into the cut and fold line 63.

When a predetermined number of insertion forms 38 are inserted into the folder forming sheet 81, the crimping portion 33 is overlapped with the folder portion forming adhesive portions 76 formed on the first component piece 61 and the second component piece 62, and the crimping portion 33 is pressed. Crimping is performed by two pressing rollers 91 and 92 provided in the portion 33. As a result, the individual unit form is held in the individual form folder 37 and is stacked on the stacker 34 for each division unit. Note that the pressure roller is simply described in the figure, but when a plurality of individual unit forms are inserted, the pressure roller is arranged and driven so as to crimp only each side of the adhesive portion 66 portion. It will be.

Next, FIG. 6 shows a manufacturing explanatory diagram of the delivery contents packaging produced by the collating packaging system of FIG. In FIG. 6, between a predetermined number of individual form folders 37 positioned in the input unit 35 of the individual form preparation line 14 and a predetermined number of divided unit forms 24 conveyed on the collating packaging line 12. The section information (barcode) 101, 102 formed respectively by the detection unit 17 is read. When they match, they are collated to form the delivery contents 103 and conveyed to the packaging unit 15. In the packaging unit 15, the delivered delivery contents 103 are discharged to a so-called pillow wrapping paper or stacker 16 by a wrapping member 104.

In this way, a predetermined number of individual form folders 37 as a group of forms for each of a plurality of customers and a predetermined number of division unit forms 24 as a predetermined number of form groups for each of the predetermined number of customers are collated. When packaging, a predetermined number of individual form folders 37 are grouped in a form of a folder having a form function, so there is no need to wrap them separately, and the equipment cost is particularly high compared to the crimping equipment. The packaging process is reduced and the cost can be reduced.

The collation packaging system of the present invention is suitable for a case where a predetermined number of form groups held together and a predetermined number of form groups are collated and packaged.
