Description
受下方と接触する部位を起点に湾曲して主軸受の内径形状に沿うので、主軸と主軸受の接触面積が増え、片当りによる摩耗を減少させる。
図1は本発明の実施の形態1における圧縮機の縦断面図、図2は同実施の形態における主軸と主軸受のA−A’部での断面図(A−A’部の場所は図1に記載)、図3は同実施の形態における主軸の挙動を示す特性図、図4は同実施の形態での主軸摩耗量の計測結果を示す特性図、図5は剛性比Gb/Gcと主軸摩耗量の相関結果を示す特性図、図6は主軸受長さと内径の比率L/Dと主軸摩耗量の相関結果を示す特性図である。

Claims (5)
- 密閉容器内にオイルを貯溜するとともに、固定子と回転子からなる電動要素と、前記電動要素によって駆動される圧縮要素を収容し、前記圧縮要素は、鉛直方向に延在し主軸を備えたクランクシャフトと、前記主軸を軸支する主軸受を有するシリンダブロックを備えるとともに、前記主軸受の最も肉厚の薄いストレート部における前記主軸受の曲げ剛性Gbと前記主軸の曲げ剛性Gcとの剛性比Gb/Gcを、1.8以上で4.6以下とした圧縮機。
- 主軸受長さLと主軸受内径Dの比率L/Dを、1.9以上で2.5以下とした請求項1に記載の圧縮機。
- 主軸受の材料を、球状黒鉛鋳鉄またはねずみ鋳鉄とし、主軸の材料をねずみ鋳鉄とした請求項1または請求項2に記載の圧縮機。
- 主軸は、主軸受との摺動面に形成されたスパイラル溝と、前記スパイラル溝の下端と連通し、オイルに開口するオイルポンプ孔を備えるとともに、前記オイルポンプ孔の上端に筒状孔を延長穿設した請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮機。
- 少なくとも商用電源周波数未満の周波数を含む運転周波数にて運転される請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の圧縮機。
