Description
下記(a)成分、(b)成分及び(c)成分含有し、必要に応じて更に(d)成分、(e)成分及び(f)成分から選ばれる1、2又は3を含有するガス発生剤組成物を提供する。
(b)含酸素酸化剤
(c)水酸化マグネシウム、又は水酸化マグネシウム及び水酸化アルミニウムの混合物
(d)バインダ
(e)金属酸化物、金属炭酸化物から選ばれる添加剤
(f)比表面積が100〜500m2/gである二酸化ケイ素
更に本発明は、他の課題の解決手段として、上記のガス発生剤組成物を成形して得られるガス発生剤組成物成型体と、上記のガス発生剤組成物又は前記のガス発生剤成型体を用いるエアバッグ用インフレータを提供する。
(a)成分の有機化合物の含有量は、好ましくは10〜60質量%、より好ましくは15〜60質量%、更に好ましくは10〜55質量%;
(b−1)成分の酸化剤の含有量は、好ましくは10〜85質量%、より好ましくは20〜70質量%、更に好ましくは30〜60質量%;
(b−2)成分の酸化剤の含有量は、好ましくは0.5〜20質量%、より好ましくは1〜10質量%、更に好ましくは1〜5質量%;
(c)成分の水酸化マグネシウム(又は水酸化マグネシウムと水酸化アルミニウムの混合物)の含有量は、0.1〜20質量%、好ましくは3〜15質量%、より好ましくは4〜10質量%。
(a)硝酸グアニジン 30〜60質量%
(b)塩基性硝酸銅 30〜60質量%
(c)水酸化マグネシウム 3〜10質量%
(配合例2)
(a)ニトログアニジン 25〜60質量%
(b)塩基性硝酸銅 30〜60質量%
(c)水酸化マグネシウム 3〜15質量%。
(a)硝酸グアニジン又はメラミン 15〜50質量%
(b−1)塩基性硝酸銅 30〜70質量%
(b−2)過塩素酸ナトリウム、過塩素酸カリウム及び過塩素酸アンモニウムから選ばれる少なくとも1種の過塩素酸塩 0.5〜5質量%
(c)水酸化マグネシウム 0.5〜10質量%。
(a)硝酸グアニジン又はメラミン 15〜50質量%
(b−1)塩基性硝酸銅 30〜70質量%
(b−2)塩素酸ナトリウム又は塩素酸カリウム 0.5〜5質量%
(c)水酸化マグネシウム 0.5〜10質量%。
(d)成分の含有量は、好ましくは20質量%以下、より好ましくは0.5〜10質量%、更に好ましくは1〜7質量%;
(e)成分の含有量は、好ましくは20質量%以下、より好ましくは1〜15質量%、更に好ましくは3〜10質量%。

(b)硝酸ストロンチウム 30〜60質量%
(c)水酸化マグネシウム 0.5〜15質量%
(d)カルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウム塩又はグアガム 0.5〜10質量%。

本発明のガス発生剤組成物は、所望の形状に成型することができ、単孔円柱状、多孔円柱状又はペレット状の成型体にすることができる。
表1に示す各成分の合計5000gと水737gを混合機に仕込んで混合した。この混合物を押出機で押し出し、裁断、乾燥を経て、外径4.25mm、内径1.10mm、長さ4.08mmの単孔薬形状のガス発生剤組成物を得た。このガス発生剤組成物40.3gを、内径57mm、高さ32mmのチャンバーに入れて密閉し、試験用のインフレータを作った。
Claims (6)
- 下記(a)成分、(b)成分及び(c)成分含有し、更に(d)成分、(e)成分及び(f)成分から選ばれる1、2又は3を含有するガス発生剤組成物。
(a)燃料としての硝酸グアニジン
(b)含酸素酸化剤としての塩基性硝酸銅
(c)水酸化マグネシウム、又は水酸化マグネシウム及び水酸化アルミニウムの混合物
(d)バインダ
(e)金属酸化物、金属炭酸化物から選ばれる添加剤
(f)比表面積が100〜500m2/gである二酸化ケイ素 - (a)成分10〜60質量%、(b)成分10〜85質量%、(c)成分0.1〜20質量%、(d)成分20質量%以下、(e)成分20質量%以下、(f)成分5質量%以下を含有する、請求項1記載のガス発生剤組成物。
- (d)成分のバインダが、カルボキシメチルセルロース、カルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウム塩、カルボキシメチルセルロースカリウム塩、カルボキシメチルセルロースアンモニウム塩、酢酸セルロース、セルロースアセテートブチレート、メチルセルロース、エチルセルロース、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、エチルヒドロキシエチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、カルボキシメチルエチルセルロース、微結晶性セルロース、ポリアクリルアミド、ポリアクリルアミドのアミノ化物、ポリアクリルヒドラジド、アクリルアミド・アクリル酸金属塩共重合体、ポリアクリルアミド・ポリアクリル酸エステル化合物の共重合体、ポリビニルアルコール、アクリルゴム、グアガム、デンプン、シリコーンから選ばれる少なくとも1種である請求項1又は2記載のガス発生剤組成物。
- (e)成分の添加剤が、酸化第二銅、酸化鉄、酸化亜鉛、酸化コバルト、酸化マンガン、酸化モリブデン、酸化ニッケル、酸化ビスマス、シリカ、アルミナを含む金属酸化物、水酸化コバルト、水酸化鉄を含む金属水酸化物;炭酸コバルト、炭酸カルシウム、塩基性炭酸亜鉛、塩基性炭酸銅を含む金属炭酸塩又は塩基性金属炭酸塩;酸性白土、カオリン、タルク、ベントナイト、ケイソウ土、ヒドロタルサイトを含む金属酸化物又は水酸化物の複合化合物;ケイ酸ナトリウム、マイカモリブデン酸塩、モリブデン酸コバルト、モリブデン酸アンモニウム等の金属酸塩;シリコーン、二硫化モリブデン、ステアリン酸カルシウム、窒化ケイ素、炭化ケイ素から選ばれる1又は2以上である請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のガス発生剤組成物。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のガス発生剤組成物から得られる単孔円柱状、多孔円柱状又はペレット形状のガス発生剤組成物成型体。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のガス発生剤組成物、又は請求項5記載のガス発生剤成型体を用いるエアバッグ用インフレータ。
