Description
The present invention relates to a contact input circuit for capturing an input signal showing a different value depending on polarity.
An electronic interlocking device that ensures the safety of train operation in a station premises, etc., receives an input signal indicating the operation state from a remote field device such as a switch or a traffic light, and changes the operation state of the field device indicated by the input signal. Based on this, logical processing for ensuring safety is performed. In such an electronic interlocking device, even if a failure occurs, a fail-safe measure is taken so that the passenger does not fall into a dangerous situation due to the failure. Safe input is required.
For example, the circuit shown in FIG. 8 is used as a contact input circuit for fetching signals indicating three states of positive polarity, negative polarity, and no output outputted from the switching direction output contact of the switch machine into the electronic interlocking device in a fail-safe manner. Is disclosed in
This contact input circuit is provided to bypass the photocoupler F1 for detecting the current in the forward direction, the photocoupler F2 provided to switch the current of the photocoupler F1, and the current in the reverse direction. A positive direction current detection circuit in which two diodes D1 and D2 are arranged in a trapezoidal manner and a negative direction current detection circuit similarly formed are connected in series in the reverse direction.
When a positive input signal is input and the photocoupler F1 is on, the current flows through the path of F1, F2, D3, and D4, the positive output f2 becomes “1”, and the photocoupler F1 is turned on. If it is off, the positive output f2 is “0”. Therefore, when the photocoupler F1 is turned on / off by the fail-safe inspection signal, if the positive output f2 changes to “1” and “0”, it is determined that the positive input signal is correctly input. Similarly, in the case of a negative input signal, if the photocoupler F4 is on, the current flows through the path of F4 → F3 → D2 → D1, and when the photocoupler F4 is turned on / off, the negative output f3 is “ If it changes to “1” and “0”, it is judged that the negative input signal is correctly input.
In addition, in the fail-safe contact input circuit disclosed in Patent Document 2 (see FIG. 9), in order to make it less susceptible to noise, field devices are connected via a threshold voltage setting circuit for making detection below threshold voltage insensitive. And a function of inspecting whether or not the threshold voltage setting circuit is operating normally.
More specifically, the inspection signal is input in a state where the input condition is established by closing a relay contact (not shown) and a forward voltage is applied between the (+)
On the other hand, in the threshold voltage setting circuit constituted by the first resistor R1 and the third resistor R3, when a failure occurs due to the open state of the third resistor R3, the threshold voltage setting circuit stops functioning and noise. In this circuit, when the third resistor R3 is opened, in this circuit, a current flows in the path of the third resistor R3 → the phototransistor of the second photocoupler P2 → the photodiode of the third photocoupler P3. Does not flow, and the phototransistor of the third photocoupler P3 is turned off. As a result, the output signal does not change even if the first photocoupler P1 is on / off controlled by the fail-safe inspection signal. Therefore, when the output signal is turned on / off in accordance with the on / off control of the first photocoupler P1 by the fail-safe inspection signal, it is recognized that the input condition is satisfied and the threshold voltage setting circuit is normal. This enables accurate and fail-safe input.

And an output circuit for outputting the first output signal to the first output terminal by a phototransistor of the first photocoupler, and further comprising the first inspection signal. And a diode,

The first circuit unit includes a photodiode of the third photocoupler that is made forward with respect to the polarities of the (+) input terminal and the (−) input terminal, and the sixth that is made to be opposite to the photodiode. A contact input circuit comprising a third resistor connected in series with a photodiode of a photocoupler in parallel.
In the above invention, the first resistor and the third resistor constitute a threshold voltage setting circuit for eliminating the influence of noise. While the positive input signal is applied between the (+) and (−) input terminals, the first resistor, the third resistor, and the third resistor connected in series between the (+) and (−) input terminals. A current flows through a path formed by the photodiode of the photocoupler, and contact wetting is performed to maintain the reliability of the contact of the output source device of the input signal.
Further, when the current flows through the photodiode of the third photocoupler, the phototransistor of the third photocoupler is turned on. In this state, the phototransistor of the second photocoupler is turned on / off by the first inspection signal. When controlled, the first output signal output from the output circuit constituted by the phototransistor of the first photocoupler to the first output terminal changes on / off in accordance with the on / off of the first inspection signal. On the other hand, when a positive input signal is not applied between the (+) and (−) input terminals, or when a failure occurs due to the open state of the third resistor, the phototransistor of the third photocoupler is turned off. Even if the signal is on / off controlled, the first output signal does not change.
Therefore, when the first output signal changes on / off corresponding to the on / off control of the first inspection signal, there is no open failure in the third resistor and the positive electrode is connected between the (+) and (−) input terminals. Therefore, even if an open failure of the resistor of the threshold voltage setting circuit occurs, a fail-safe input is ensured.
On the other hand, while a negative input signal is applied between the (+) and (−) input terminals, the first resistor and the third resistor connected in series between the (+) and (−) input terminals, A current flows through a path constituted by the photodiodes of the sixth photocoupler, and contact wetting is performed to maintain the reliability of the contact of the output source device of the input signal.
In addition, when the current flows through the photodiode of the sixth photocoupler, the phototransistor of the sixth photocoupler is turned on. In this state, the phototransistor of the fifth photocoupler is turned on / off by the second inspection signal. When controlled, the second output signal output from the output circuit configured by the phototransistor of the fourth photocoupler to the second output terminal changes on / off according to the on / off of the second inspection signal. On the other hand, when a negative input signal is not applied between the (+) and (−) input terminals, or when a failure occurs due to the open state of the third resistor, the phototransistor of the sixth photocoupler is turned off. Even if the signal is turned on / off, the second output signal does not change.
Therefore, when the second output signal changes on / off corresponding to the on / off control of the second inspection signal, there is no open failure in the third resistor, and the negative electrode is between the (+) and (−) input terminals. Therefore, even if an open failure of the resistor of the threshold voltage setting circuit occurs, a fail-safe input is ensured.

The order of arrangement may be arbitrary.

The anode of the photodiode Pd6 of the sixth photocoupler P6 is connected to the (−)
In the
In addition, when a predetermined rated voltage (± E) is applied between the (+)
The second resistor R2 is turned on when the second photocoupler P2 is turned on while a forward voltage is applied between the (+)
That is, when a forward voltage is applied between the (+)
Similarly, when a reverse voltage is applied between the (+)
Next, the operation of the
When the
Further, when the
Regardless of whether a forward voltage or a reverse voltage is applied between the (+)
Further, when the turning direction of the
Further, when the phototransistor Pt2 of the second photocoupler P2 is controlled to be turned off by the first inspection signal, no current flows through the photodiode Pd1 of the first photocoupler P1, and the phototransistor Pt1 of the first photocoupler P1 is turned off. Thus, the
On the other hand, when no forward voltage is applied between the (+)
Therefore, when the
Further, when the turning direction of the turning
Further, when the phototransistor Pt5 of the fifth photocoupler P5 is turned off by the second inspection signal, no current flows through the photodiode Pd4 of the fourth photocoupler P4, and the phototransistor Pt4 of the fourth photocoupler P4 is turned off. Therefore, the
On the other hand, when no reverse voltage is applied between the (+)
Therefore, when the

The anode of the photodiode Pd6 of the sixth photocoupler P6 is connected to the (−)
Similarly to the case of the first embodiment, also in the
Next, the operation of the
When the
When the
Regardless of whether a forward voltage or a reverse voltage is applied between the (+)
Further, when the turning direction of the
Further, when the phototransistor Pt2 of the second photocoupler P2 is controlled to be turned off by the first inspection signal, no current flows through the photodiode Pd1 of the first photocoupler P1, and the phototransistor Pt1 of the first photocoupler P1 is turned off. Thus, the
On the other hand, when no forward voltage is applied between the (+)
Therefore, when the
Further, when the turning direction of the turning
Further, when the phototransistor Pt5 of the fifth photocoupler P5 is turned off by the second inspection signal, no current flows through the photodiode Pd4 of the fourth photocoupler P4, and the phototransistor Pt4 of the fourth photocoupler P4 is turned off. Therefore, the
On the other hand, when no reverse voltage is applied between the (+)

Are connected to the collector of the phototransistor Pt3 of the third photocoupler P3, the emitter of the phototransistor Pt3 is connected to the anode of the third diode D3, and the cathode of the third diode D3 is connected to the (−)
Further, the collector of the phototransistor Pt2 of the second photocoupler P2 is connected to the cathode of the first diode D1, and the emitter of the phototransistor Pt2 of the second photocoupler P2 is connected to the collector of the phototransistor Pt3 of the third photocoupler P3.
Similarly to the case of the first embodiment, also in the
Next, the operation of the
When the
When the
Regardless of whether a forward voltage or a reverse voltage is applied between the (+)
Further, when the turning direction of the
Further, when the phototransistor Pt2 of the second photocoupler P2 is turned off by the inspection signal, no current flows through the photodiode Pd1 of the first photocoupler P1, and the phototransistor Pt1 of the first photocoupler P1 is turned off. The
On the other hand, when no forward voltage is applied between the (+)
Therefore, when the
Further, when the turning direction of the
Further, when the phototransistor Pt2 of the second photocoupler P2 is turned off by the inspection signal, no current flows through the photodiode Pd4 of the fourth photocoupler P4, and the phototransistor Pt4 of the fourth photocoupler P4 is turned off. The
On the other hand, when no reverse voltage is applied between the (+)
Therefore, when the

The embodiment of the present invention has been described with reference to the drawings. However, the specific configuration is not limited to that shown in the embodiment, and there are changes and additions within the scope of the present invention. Are also included in the present invention.
For example, the output circuit constituted by the phototransistor Pt1 of the first photocoupler P1 or the phototransistor Pt4 of the fourth photocoupler P4 has a collector load in which the emitter is grounded and the collector side is connected to the power supply via the resistor R4 or R6. However, it may be an emitter load type in which a collector is connected to a power source, an emitter is grounded via a resistor, and an output signal is output from a connection point between the emitter and the resistor.
Furthermore, instead of any one or more of the first to sixth photocouplers P1 to P6, other types of optical semiconductor elements such as a photo moss relay may be used.
In the first embodiment, the first diode D1 bypasses the reverse current to the photodiode Pd1 of the first photocoupler P1, the phototransistor Pt2 of the second photocoupler P2, and the phototransistor Pt3 of the third photocoupler P3. If the same function is fulfilled, for example, a diode is individually provided for each of the photodiode Pd1 of the first photocoupler P1, the phototransistor Pt2 of the second photocoupler P2, and the phototransistor Pt3 of the third photocoupler P3. May be configured to be inserted in the opposite direction. The same applies to the second diode D2.
In the first and second embodiments, the second photocoupler P2 is controlled to be turned on / off by the first inspection signal, and the fifth photocoupler P5 is controlled to be turned on / off by the independent second inspection signal. However, the first inspection
