Description
The present invention relates to an apparatus for assembling a sheet laminate in which sheet laminates that are stacked without using a joining region or the like are handled as a unit, and the sheet laminate is assembled at a predetermined position, and is particularly used for a liquid crystal display device or the like. The present invention relates to an apparatus for assembling a sheet laminate used for an optical sheet.
A planar light emitting device for illuminating a commonly used liquid crystal display element includes a light source, a light guide plate, a reflection sheet, and an optical sheet. FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a liquid crystal display device provided with the planar light emitting device. 3A is a cross-sectional view taken along a line perpendicular to AA ′ of FIG. 2 in the cross-sectional view of the planar
The
As an example of the above method,
In order to handle a plurality of optical sheets as they are stacked, the method disclosed in
Furthermore, according to the method disclosed in
In the method disclosed in
On the other hand, when the optical sheet laminate does not have a bonding region, for example, when the optical sheet laminate is assembled to the housing member using the method disclosed in Patent Document 2, the thin plate holding member is opened when the thin plate holding member is opened. The member falls by its own weight. In order to smoothly shift the thin plate member to the housing member, it is necessary to keep the posture of the thin plate member parallel to the housing member, and it is required that all the thin plate holding members be separated from the thin plate member at the same time. It is difficult to realize this operation control. Further, when the thin plate member does not fall smoothly due to its own weight, that is, in a state where the posture of the thin plate member is not parallel to the housing member and is inclined, or in a state where a part of the thin plate member is caught on the inner wall of the insertion jig and there is resistance. If the optical sheet is forcibly pushed in from above, the optical sheet is a thin and easily deformable material, and therefore the optical sheet laminate may not fit in the predetermined position of the housing member or may be damaged.
Moreover, when providing the junction part which formed the through-hole separately in the periphery of an optical sheet like invention disclosed in
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described conventional problems, and the object thereof is to provide an optical sheet when assembling a laminated body of optical sheets stacked without passing through a joining region at a predetermined position of a housing member. By providing an assembly device for a sheet material laminate that can prevent the optical sheet laminate from being placed in a predetermined position of the housing member or the optical sheet from being damaged without generating a region that does not transmit light. is there.
An apparatus for assembling a sheet laminate of the present invention includes a push plate that pushes in the sheet laminate and a guide that guides the sheet laminate to a predetermined position, and is disposed on an extension line in a direction in which the sheet laminate is discharged. An apparatus for assembling the sheet laminate in which the sheet laminate is pushed into a member, wherein the length of at least one of the sides forming the opening on the side of discharging the sheet laminate of the guide is the sheet laminate. The length is at least one side of the sides forming the outer shape, and there is a gap between the guide and the housing member.
With this feature, the sheet stack is handled as a unit, so that the number of man-hours required for assembly can be reduced compared to assembling the sheets one by one with respect to the housing member, so that the production efficiency can be improved. be able to. Further, when the sheet laminate is pushed down when passing through the guide, the posture of the sheet laminate is corrected by the contact surface of the push plate with the sheet laminate. Since the contact surface of the push plate with the sheet laminate is parallel to the housing member 6, the orientation of the sheet laminate when passing through the guide can be kept parallel to the housing member 6. The body can be smoothly transferred to the housing member, and an effect can be obtained in which the sheet stack can be prevented from being fitted or damaged in the predetermined position of the housing member. Further, since the contact surface of the push plate with the sheet laminate can be protruded from the opening on the guide sheet laminate discharge side, the sheet laminate can be reliably discharged from the guide and transferred to the housing member. be able to.
Furthermore, the sheet laminate assembly apparatus of the present invention is characterized in that the gap between the guide and the housing member is larger than the total thickness of the sheet laminate.
This feature provides a space in which the sheet laminate passes through the guide and can be accommodated in the accommodating member, and the contact surface of the push plate with the sheet laminate is the opening on the side of the guide that discharges the sheet laminate. Therefore, the effect that the sheet laminated body can be reliably transferred to the housing member without staying in the guide is obtained.
Furthermore, the sheet laminate assembly apparatus of the present invention is characterized in that the area of the contact surface of the push plate with the sheet laminate is smaller than the area of the opening of the guide on the side where the sheet laminate is discharged. .
Further, in the sheet laminate assembly apparatus of the present invention, in the opening of the guide on the side where the sheet laminate is discharged, the distance between two opposing sides is smaller than the distance between two sides forming the outer shape of the sheet laminate, The distance between the other two opposite sides is the same as the distance between the other two sides forming the outer shape of the sheet laminate.
This feature allows the pair of sides of the sheet laminate to be relatively strongly regulated by the guide while the sheet laminate passes through the guide, so that the sheet laminate is deformed into an arcuate shape and the other pair of sides is regulated. Because the force is small, it is linear with almost no deformation. Therefore, since the deformation of the sheet laminate is limited to one in-plane direction, the stress received when it is pushed down by the push plate does not concentrate on one point, so that the effect of suppressing damage to the sheet laminate can be obtained.
According to the above invention, since the sheet laminate is handled as a unit, the number of man-hours required for assembly can be reduced compared to assembling the sheets one by one with respect to the housing member, so that the production efficiency is good. . Further, the sheet laminate is pushed down by the push plate and passes through the guide. When the sheet laminate is pushed down, the posture of the sheet laminate is corrected by the contact surface of the push plate with the sheet laminate. By making the contact surface of the push plate with the sheet laminated body parallel to the housing member, the posture of the sheet laminated body when passing through the guide can be kept parallel to the housing member. It can transfer to a storage member and can suppress that a sheet laminated body does not fit in the predetermined position of a storage member, or is damaged. Further, since the contact surface of the push plate with the sheet laminate can be protruded from the opening on the guide sheet laminate discharge side, the sheet laminate can be reliably discharged from the guide and transferred to the housing member. be able to.
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view and a top view showing an apparatus for assembling a sheet laminate according to the present invention (hereinafter referred to as “assembly apparatus”).
As shown in FIGS. 1 (a) -1 and (a) -2, the assembling
The
The sheet which comprises the sheet | seat laminated
The
The
After the
Hereinafter, the assembly apparatus of the sheet laminated body of the present invention will be described including the operation of the
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view and a top view for explaining the assembling operation of the assembling
Next, as shown in (b) in the figure, the
Next, as shown in (c) in the figure, when the
Next, as shown in (d) in the figure, the
Thus, the assembly of the sheet laminate is completed.
The present invention is particularly effective when used continuously after the sheet cutting step. FIG. 4 is a schematic view showing a laminated body assembly apparatus for storing an optical sheet laminated body in a housing member using the present invention after transporting the optical sheet laminated body. That is, in this apparatus, first, the
In addition, this invention is not limited to each embodiment mentioned above, For example, the
