Description
The present invention, ballpoint pen, in particular concerning the aqueous gel ink ballpoint pen.
A ballpoint pen tip for holding a writing ball is attached to the tip of the refill of the ballpoint pen. Metal ball-point pen tips are roughly classified into those formed of pipe material and those formed of columnar material. The former ball-point pen tip is often formed by punching a predetermined portion of the pipe material to form a ball seat, inserting a writing ball, and then crimping the tip. On the other hand, the latter case is usually formed by the following steps.
First, of the both ends of the cylindrical material, the outer peripheral surface that finally becomes the tip side of the ballpoint pen is tapered to form a tapered surface. This tapered portion becomes a tapered portion. And the ball house in which a writing ball is accommodated is cut from this front end side. A ball seat is finally formed on the bottom surface formed at this time.
On the other hand, the back hole is cut from the opposite side of the columnar material to a portion that does not penetrate to the ball house. This back hole becomes a flow path to the tip of the ink in the refill of the ballpoint pen.
Then, these ball houses and the back holes are penetrated by cutting to form ink holes. This ink hole becomes a flow path that guides the ink reaching the back hole to the tip. The diameter of the ink hole is smaller than the diameter of the ball house and smaller than the diameter of the back hole.
Next, usually a plurality of grooves are radially cut around the ink holes. This groove is a channel groove. This channel groove serves as a flow path for guiding the ink reaching the ink hole to the ball house.
Finally, the caulking portion that prevents the writing ball from falling off is formed by caulking the tip portion of the taper portion inward.
Of each part of the ball-point pen tip formed in the above steps, the ball seat is a part that stabilizes the sitting of the writing ball, thereby stabilizing the rotation of the writing ball and contributing to smooth writing. It is. Regarding the formation of this ball seat, the curved surface of the writing ball is transferred so that the diameter is 83% to 90% of the writing ball diameter by a conventional technique such as the invention described in Patent Document 1 below. Thus, it is disclosed to stabilize the ball sitting.
As shown in the above prior art, it is desirable that the diameter of the ball seat is as large as possible in order to stabilize the ball seat. For that purpose, it is necessary to increase the amount of the tack, that is, the distance to hit the writing ball.
However, the larger the amount of tack, the easier the spring back of the ball seating surface occurs. This phenomenon of springback does not occur uniformly on the deformed surface, but is more likely to occur at a site where the amount of deformation is large and there is no flesh escape area associated with the deformation.
Here, the bottom surface of the ball house, which is deformed by the tack, is generally equally divided into a plurality of radially cut channel grooves. Here, when the spherical writing ball is pressed in the rear end direction by a certain distance, the deformation amount is larger in a portion closer to the axial center in the bottom surface of the ball house. However, since the meat at the edge of the deformed portion (that is, the side defined by the channel groove and the ink hole) can escape to the periphery, the springback hardly occurs. However, at a location closer to the outer periphery than the edge defined by the ink hole, there is no escape for the deformed meat, and springback is likely to occur. Thus, in the bottom surface of the ball house that has been deformed by the tack, a springback occurs in a region that is in the middle between the channel grooves and closer to the outer periphery than the edge on the ink hole side, so that the corresponding portion rises. It will exhibit a different shape.
As described above, as the amount of deflection increases in order to stabilize the ball sitting, the ball seat is distorted by the springback, and the ball sitting at the time of first writing becomes unstable. Also, the part where the springback occurred is easily worn by writing in the initial stage, so the change in initial quality such as the writing ball sinking suddenly occurred, and this stabilized the ink consumption that Do it difficult to provide a quality.
The present invention is directed to the first object to provide a ballpoint pen as is not compromised ball sit even by increasing the beating amounts.
In addition to the first problem described above, the second object of the present invention is to stabilize the ball sitting even when the writing ball diameter is relatively large.
Furthermore, in addition to the first or second problem described above, the present invention provides a third method for realizing the number of channel grooves so as to minimize the region where springback easily occurs while maintaining the stability of the channel groove processing. It shall be the challenge.
In order to solve the above problems, a ballpoint pen according to the present invention includes a

If the inter-groove length is too small, that is, less than 2% of the circumference, the remaining part of the groove processed becomes too small, so that the part that should be a seat during processing is missing. If the number of grooves is relatively large, the processing tool is likely to be damaged. Furthermore, since the area of the

Since this invention is comprised as mentioned above, there exists an effect described below.
That is, exhibited according to the present onset bright, as well as providing a ball-point pen tip ball sitting is not impaired even by increasing the beating amounts, in ball-point pen with its ballpoint pen tip, a stable writing quality to end user from the first use It becomes possible to do.
In addition to the above effects, the ball sitting can be stabilized even when the writing ball diameter is relatively large.
Further, in addition to the above effects, it is possible to realize the number of channel grooves that minimizes the area where springback easily occurs while maintaining the stability of the channel groove processing.

(3) Measurement of Friction Coefficient The
