The present invention relates to an improvement of a rotating electrical machine that can suppress deterioration of an insulating resin material used for a rotating electrical machine, in particular, a stator coil or the like that constitutes the rotating electrical machine.
Conventionally, a rotating electrical machine that functions as a motor or a generator is used as a pollution-free power source when the motor is driven, and as an effective energy use source during regenerative power generation. In particular, in hybrid vehicles that have been actively put into practical use in recent years, various improvements have been made as a power source that achieves high fuel consumption and a low-pollution, high-efficiency power source in combination with an internal combustion engine. Yes.
FIG. 6 shows a conceptual cross-sectional view along the rotation axis of a general rotating
When the rotating
However, although the
However, the arrangement of the
In response to such a problem, for example, there is a rotating electrical machine in which a water absorption layer that adsorbs and consumes moisture is provided in a circulation path through which a medium such as insulating oil, refrigerant, and insulating gas circulates in a housing (for example, Patent Document 1). ). This rotating electrical machine collects moisture in the housing and attempts to reduce insulation deterioration caused by moisture in the housing.
However, as in Patent Document 1, when moisture is adsorbed through the circulation path of the medium, moisture adsorption cannot be performed when the circulation of the medium is stopped. Normally, the air inside the
Accordingly, the present invention provides a rotating electrical machine with an easy structure that can appropriately and efficiently treat moisture even when moisture is mixed inside the housing, and can prevent hydrolysis in the insulating resin material. The purpose is to do.
The present invention relates to a rotating electrical machine in which a rotor and a stator are housed in a housing, in which the insulation-required portion is insulated with an insulating resin material, and the housing includes a cooling oil for cooling the housing. The housing includes a collecting portion that collects moisture condensed in the housing and isolates the insulating resin material from the insulating resin material, and a housing low wall portion having an inclined surface that guides moisture to the collecting portion, and the collecting portion It is characterized by comprising a cooling means for cooling the collected water to prevent the vaporization of the water .
Here, the insulation requirement portion is, for example, a coil wound around the stator. The cooling oil is, for example, automatic fluid (ATF).
According to this configuration, the moisture mixed in the housing condenses as the rotating electrical machine cools and drops into the cooling oil. Since the cooling oil has a specific gravity lighter than the water, the condensed oil guides the condensed water to the bottom of the housing. The moisture is collected by the collecting unit. The cooling means prevents the water collected in the collecting part from re-diffusing from there and coming into contact with the insulating resin material. As a result, regardless of whether the rotating electrical machine is driven, contact between the insulating resin material and moisture is suppressed and insulation deterioration of the insulating resin material is prevented.
The present invention having the above structure, the collection unit, wherein formed in the housing low wall portion, characterized in that the wall of the housing is a recess formed by protruding outward.
According to this configuration, water having a specific gravity greater than that of the cooling oil moves to the bottom of the housing and is further guided to the recess. As a result, moisture management by the cooling means can be performed easily and efficiently.
Further , according to this configuration, it becomes easy to access a collection position of moisture condensed from the outside of the housing, and moisture treatment by the cooling means can be easily and reliably performed.
The present invention having the above structure, the cooling means comprising a heat radiating fin formed on the periphery of the collecting portion.
The present invention having the above structure, the cooling means, characterized in that it comprises a flow path which a cooling medium passes, which is formed around the collection unit.
According to this configuration, it is possible to easily reduce the temperature of the collecting unit, and it is possible to easily suppress vaporization of condensed water even when the rotating electrical machine is re-driven and the temperature rises in the housing. .
The present invention having the above structure, the cooling means, from said housing when includes spraying means for spraying liquid on the external wall surface of the housing of the collection unit, endothermic and spray liquid by spraying liquid vaporizes the heat of vaporization to take which comprises suppressing the temperature rise of said collecting portion.
According to this configuration, when the sprayed liquid, for example, water or the cleaning liquid is vaporized, the collection unit is efficiently cooled by the vaporization heat taken from the housing or the like, and the vaporization of condensed water can be suppressed.
Moreover, the present invention is characterized in that, in the above configuration, a water absorbing body is arranged in the collecting section.
Here, the water absorbing body is, for example, silica gel, zeolite, clay, quicklime, or the like. In this case, although the boiling point of water is 100 ° C., the water dissociation temperature of the water absorber is higher than the boiling point thereof, so that the rotating electrical machine is in a driving state and the temperature of the housing or the cooling oil exceeds the boiling point of water. Even in this case, it is possible to easily prevent moisture from being vaporized.
In addition, the present invention is a rotating electrical machine in which a rotor and a stator are housed in a housing, wherein the insulation-required portion is insulated with an insulating resin material, and the housing has a cooling oil for cooling the housing. In the electric machine, the housing includes a collecting part that collects moisture condensed in the housing and isolates the insulating resin material from the insulating resin material, and a housing low wall part having an inclined surface that guides moisture to the collecting part, An open / close valve is provided for discharging the water collected in the collecting unit to the outside of the housing .
Here, the open / close valve may be opened or closed manually or automatically. Further, it is desirable that the opening and closing valve is opened and the collected moisture is discharged while the rotating electrical machine is stopped, that is, immediately before restarting.
According to this configuration, the moisture can be easily discharged from the housing before the moisture collected in the collecting portion is vaporized.
Further, the present invention is characterized in that, in the above configuration, the sensor has a sensor for detecting the amount of water collected by the collecting unit, and the opening / closing valve opens and closes the opening / closing valve based on the amount of moisture collected. .
According to this configuration, only moisture can be discharged from the housing at an appropriate timing when a predetermined amount of moisture is collected.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention (hereinafter referred to as embodiments) will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1A shows a conceptual cross-sectional view along the
As described above, the rotating
Although the cooling
However, as described above, when outside air enters and exits the
Therefore, the rotating
As a result, even if the
In order to more reliably suppress the
1A to 1C show an example in which the
Further, in the configuration of FIGS. 1A to 1C, FIG. 2, etc., there is provided a
FIG. 3 shows a structure having means for suppressing vaporization of the
It should be noted that the amount of the
FIG. 4 shows a structure having further different vaporization suppressing means for the
FIG. 5 shows a configuration for preventing moisture from contacting the insulating resin member in the
In the case of the rotating
As described above, in this embodiment, when moisture enters the inside of the
Further, by arranging the water absorbing body 44 at the position of the
In the present embodiment, an example in which one
