Description
層を有した接着体に適用でき、さらに短時間で接着剤層と被着体とを剥離することができる。粉塵や騒音を発生せずに短時間で、剥離でき、今後のリサイクル事業の発展、さらにはリサイクルの促進に大きく寄与するものである。
(住まいのセキスイボンド(商品名)#72−A(積水化学工業社製))を用いている。被着体2にポリカーボネイト(50×10×2mm)を用い、接着剤層4の厚みを1mm、接着面積1cm2で接着し、20℃下で1週間養生した。その後、300℃の電気炉で接着体1を1分間、加熱処理した。その後、接着体1の被着体2を図4中の矢印K1,K2に沿って互いに分離した。このときの力(接着剤層4の剪断力)を測定した。

Claims (4)
- 接着剤層により互いに接着された一対の被着体を備えた接着体の一対の被着体を互いに分離する方法において、
圧電振動子の振動により超音波振動する一対の工具ホーン間に前記接着体を挟み、
前記圧電振動子に電圧を印加して、この圧電振動子を超音波振動させて、当該超音波振動を前記一対の被着体のそれぞれに接触する工具ホーンを介して前記接着剤層に伝えることにより、前記一対の被着体を互いに分離することを特徴とする接着体の分離方法。 - 前記超音波振動が、前記一対の被着体が互いに重なる方向に沿って振動することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接着体の分離方法。
- 前記超音波振動が、前記一対の被着体が互いに重なる方向に対し直交する方向に沿って振動することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接着体の分離方法。
- 前記接着剤層が反応型接着剤からなることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のうちいずれか一項に記載の接着体の分離方法。
