Description
The present invention relates to a cable connection reading device, a wiring board, and a cable connection display method, and more particularly, to a cable connection reading device and a wiring board using an identification tag in which identification information of the cable, the wiring board, and the terminal is recorded. And a cable connection display method.
For example, in equipment construction such as office buildings and factories, the terminals attached to the wiring boards placed on each floor or each place for various equipment such as lighting, air conditioning, disaster prevention, hygiene, computers, elevators, and in-house LANs. Cable connection work is performed by connecting with cables. This work occurs not only at the time of construction of an office building or factory, but also at the time of maintenance or renewal of the above equipment.
Prior to the construction work, a connection diagram is created that describes the terminals of the connection source wiring board and the terminals of the connection destination wiring board that are connected by cables, and the cable connection work is performed according to the connection diagram. .
Here, the cable used for connection includes a single-core cable and a multi-core cable. The single-core cable is a cable in which one core wire made of a conductive material is covered with an insulating member. A multi-core cable is a cable in which a plurality of core wires made of a conductive material are each coated with an insulating member (endothelium) and further covered with an insulating member (outer skin). The cable wound around the drum is cut into a predetermined length in advance, the coating on both ends is removed, the core wire is exposed, and the cable is used for connection. Hereinafter, a cable in which a core wire included in a multi-core cable is covered with an insulating member (endothelium) is referred to as a core cable.
Conventionally, the cable connection work is performed by connecting the cable end to the predetermined terminal of the connection destination wiring board while referring to a connection diagram prepared in advance on the site after connecting the starting end of the cable to the predetermined terminal of the connection source wiring board. It is common to connect to the terminal. In this case, the covering of the core wire cable of the cable is color-coded, and a method of visually confirming it and recognizing the terminal to be connected is adopted. When there are a lot of cable core cables, there is a limit to the number of colors, so a label is attached to the end of the cable, it is visually confirmed, and the terminal to be connected is recognized. . Further, there may be a case where a tester is used to confirm by conducting an energization test at the start and end of the cable.
Each wiring board is assigned an identification number. For example, in the case of an office building, a symbol or a number that indicates the floor on which the wiring board is installed and the position on the floor is given. The wiring board is provided with various equipment wiring terminals. In cable connection work, when the shape of the terminal is different, a method of visually confirming the shape and recognizing the terminal to be connected is also employed.
Therefore, the conventional cable connection work consists of the method of identifying the cable by means of the core cable cover color, label, tester, etc., and checking the corresponding terminal from the connection diagram, and the shape of the terminal on the connection board. And the corresponding cable is confirmed from the connection diagram. If the identification information of either the connection destination cable or the terminal is known, the connection can be made with reference to the connection diagram. At present, these means are determined based on the situation of the facility construction and are used properly or are used together.
また、非接触式ICカードとは、無線を用いた非接触の自動認識デバイスと定義され、RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)技術を利用したデバイスを指す。 Here, the recognition tag attached to the article indicates product information and inventory information of the article, and means that the information can be read as a tag (tag). For example, price tags, name tags, or labels with a price or product number attached to the article, 1D barcode, 2D barcode, magnetic card, contact IC card, contactless IC card, etc. It is. The non-contact IC card is defined as a wireless non-contact automatic recognition device, and refers to a device using RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology. What are called IC tags and ID tags are general names of non-contact type IC cards.
For example,
FIG. 5 shows an outline of a connection management method for a cable with a connector and a jack component using an RF-ID tag disclosed in
As described above, the conventional cable connection work depends on the situation of the connection work, for example, the type of cable such as the number of core cables, or the type of terminal such as the number of core cables The identification means must be selected. However, the situation is not only different for each equipment construction, but even in one equipment construction, the equipment is diverse and the situation is different. Therefore, it is difficult to perform cable connection work with a unified identification means regardless of the types of cables and terminals.
In addition, since the conventional cable connection work is a visual connection work using the color and label of the cable covering as a clue while referring to a connection diagram in the field, it requires a lot of work time. Normally, a large number of cables are connected to a single wiring board, but in particular, in an office building, the wiring board is arranged across floors, so it is not easy to check the cables to be connected. Furthermore, since the conventional cable connection work is all done manually by the operator, it may be connected erroneously, resulting in a loss of work time due to correction.
The connection management method for a cable with a connector and a jack component shown in
The purpose of the present application is to solve such problems and to enable cable connection work with a unified identification means regardless of the state of connection work such as the type of cable and terminal, etc. To provide a cable connection reader, a wiring board, and a cable connection display method that enable the connection.

In order to achieve the above object, a wiring board according to the present invention is a wiring board provided with terminals to which cables are connected, a display unit provided in the vicinity of each terminal, and the cable connection reader. A reception unit that receives the identification information of the terminal to be connected, transmitted from, and a control unit that displays a display unit corresponding to the terminal from the received identification information.

Further, in order to achieve the above object, the cable connection display method according to the present invention is a cable connection display method for displaying connected terminals in a cable connection operation for connecting terminals of each wiring board by cables, a step of storing the connection information based on the wiring diagram showing the connection relationship between the terminals each other the wiring boards, in connection source, wiring boards, the identification information of the connected terminals and cables, to read from the recognition tag storage And the connection information stored on the basis of the identification information of the wiring board and unconnected cable read at the connection destination, and the identification of the wiring board, the connected terminal and the cable read and stored at the connection source. And a step of extracting identification information of the connected terminal from the information and a step of displaying on the wiring board corresponding to the connected terminal from the extracted identification information of the terminal. To.
In the cable connection display method, the recognition tag is preferably a non-contact IC card.
Moreover, it is preferable that the said cable connection display method uses a light emitting diode for the display corresponding to the terminal connected.
With the above configuration, in cable connection work, by using a combination of a cable connection reader and a wiring board having a cable connection display function, connection information created in advance from a connection diagram, cables connected at the connection source, and Based on the terminal identification information, the terminal corresponding to the unconnected cable at the connection destination is displayed on the wiring board. Accordingly, the cable connection work can be performed by the unified identification means regardless of the state of the connection work such as the type of the cable and the terminal.
Moreover, an operator should just connect a cable to the terminal displayed on the wiring board, without referring to a connection diagram. This makes it possible to shorten the cable connection work and prevent erroneous connections.

Further, as a confirmation work after the cable connection, the
(2) Cable Connection Work Method An embodiment of the cable connection work method according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 3 shows a flowchart of cable connection work in the present embodiment, and FIG. 4 shows an example of a connection information database. Symbols such as S1, S2, and S3 in the flowchart of FIG. 3 indicate cable connection work steps.
Prior to the cable connection work, the board IC tag 14 in which the identification number is written is attached to the connected
In the cable connection work, prior to the work, a connection diagram is created that specifies the connection relationship between the terminal 6a of the
First, in the
Next, in the
The
The
Further, as a confirmation operation after the cable connection, the
In the cable connection operation, the operations from S1 to S11 are repeated for all cables connected to the panels A and B. Further, the operation is repeated for each combination of other wiring boards.
