前記後席の後側の後部荷室に設置され、後部荷室の床面の少なくとも一部を形成する床面形成状態と、前記シートバックの後面部に保持された収納状態とに選択的に切換え可能なボード状のフロアリッドと、
前記床面形成状態のフロアリッドにより上面側が覆われると共にフロアリッドが前記収納状態のときに露出して後部荷室の床面の少なくとも一部を形成する下床部とを備え、
前記床面形成状態のフロアリッドの上面に硬質面を形成すると共に下面に軟質面を形成し、前記下床部の上面に軟質面を形成し、前記起立姿勢のシートバックの後面にシート硬質面を形成し、
前記シートバックは、そのシート硬質面とフロアリッドの硬質面とを対面させた状態でフロアリッドを係合可能な係合部を有し、且つ、この係合部にフロアリッドを係合させた状態で揺動可能に構成されたことを特徴とする車両の荷室構造。
