[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional corrugated pipe joint 188, a tool such as a spanner or a wrench is required when turning the
[0014]
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object thereof is to provide a corrugated pipe joint that can be easily connected even in a narrow place without using a spanner or a wrench.
[0015]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the corrugated pipe joint of the present invention is a joint for corrugated pipes in which bellows-like annular irregularities are formed on the outer surface; a case having an inner hole into which the end part of the corrugated pipe is inserted; A retainer having a claw inserted into an annular recess on the outer surface of the corrugated pipe disposed in the inner hole, a joint body connected to the case and having a connection with another pipe, and the corrugated pipe and the joint Sealing means for sealing between the body and the sealing means, and the sealing means has a packing pressed against the end portion of the corrugated pipe, and a spring for pressing the packing. A spring biasing force expression mechanism that stretches and presses the packing against the end of the corrugated pipe by extending the spring according to the manual operation of the installer after inserting the corrugated pipe. Features.
[0016]
When the corrugated pipe is inserted into the joint, the spring is preliminarily contracted, and the spring force is not applied to the operator's hand, and the corrugated pipe can be inserted easily. After the corrugated pipe is inserted, the spring extends and strongly presses the packing against the end of the corrugated pipe according to the manual operation of the installer, and sealing is performed. Therefore, the corrugated pipe can be easily and quickly connected without using a tool such as a pliers or a spanner.
[0017]
In the corrugated pipe joint of the present invention, it is preferable that the force by which the spring pushes the packing is stronger than the force by which the operator pushes the corrugated pipe by hand.
By obtaining a strong force that cannot be directly expressed by a normal human force by a spring force, the pressing force of the packing can be increased more than a simple manual insertion force, so that the sealing performance of the joint is further improved.
[0018]
In the corrugated pipe joint according to the present invention, as the spring biasing force expression mechanism, a spring receiver that transmits the force of the spring to the packing, and the spring receiver is locked so as not to move at the position on the joint body side, A mechanism for releasing the lock so that the spring receiver can move to the case side.
When the corrugated pipe is inserted into the joint, the spring receiver is locked. Then, after inserting the corrugated pipe, the lock of the spring receiver is released according to the manual operation of the installer, and the packing is pressed against the pipe end by the spring force.
[0019]
In the corrugated pipe joint according to the present invention, means is provided between the spring receiver and the joint body, between the spring receiver and the joint body, so as to be slidable in the axial direction and not rotatable in the circumferential direction. It is preferable. By this means, the spring receiver is engaged with the joint body so as to be slidable in the axial direction while being prevented from rotating around the joint body.
[0020]
Further, the case and the joint body are rotatably connected, and a means that can slide in the axial direction and cannot rotate in the circumferential direction can be received at the joint body side end of the case. It is also preferable that receiving means is provided, and the spring receiver is locked and unlocked by selecting a relative rotational position of the case and the body. The selection of the relative rotation position can be performed by a manual operation of the installer. When the positions of both means coincide with each other by selecting the relative rotation position, the spring receiver is pushed by the force of the spring and enters the case side.
[0021]
Moreover, in the corrugated pipe joint of this invention, it is preferable that the jig | tool which shrinks the said spring is attached.
By using a jig, even a spring having a large urging force can be easily contracted.
[0022]
Furthermore, in the corrugated pipe joint of the present invention, an outer peripheral tapered surface that swells toward the case side is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the retainer, and an inner peripheral tapered surface that contacts the outer peripheral tapered surface is formed on the case. The corrugated pipe and the retainer are pushed toward the case by the biasing force of the spring, and the inner diameter of the retainer is shrunk by the abutment of the both tapered surfaces and pressed against the corrugated pipe.
In this case, the corrugated tube can be prevented from coming off.
[0023]
In the corrugated pipe joint according to the present invention, the retainer may be composed of a plurality of arc-shaped members having the claws and an elastic member that connects them in a ring shape.
The elastic member absorbs expansion and contraction of the inner diameter when the retainer expands and shrinks while the arc-shaped member is integrally connected.
[0024]
Further, in the corrugated pipe joint of the present invention, the case is composed of two parts that can be disassembled, the inner peripheral tapered surface is formed on one of the parts, and the other part of the spring biasing force expression mechanism is on the other side. A means that can slide in the axial direction and cannot rotate in the circumferential direction can be formed.
For example, when the corrugated pipe is removed from the joint after completion of the construction, one part having the inner peripheral tapered surface is separated from the other part. Thereafter, the retainer and the corrugated pipe can be removed from the case. After that, when both parts are united again, the joint can be reused.
[0025]
Furthermore, in the corrugated pipe joint of the present invention, the joint body is composed of two parts that can be disassembled, and a connecting part is formed on one of the parts so as to be pivotally connected to the case via a stop ring. On the other hand, it is possible to form an accommodating portion for accommodating the spring receiver so as not to rotate in the circumferential direction and to be slidable in the axial direction.
In this manner, the packing body or the spring can be easily replaced by configuring the joint body from two parts.
[0026]
Furthermore, the present invention is connected with The corrugated pipe joint is a joint for a corrugated pipe in which bellows-like annular irregularities are formed on the outer surface; a case having an inner hole into which an end of the corrugated pipe is inserted, and a corrugated pipe disposed in the inner hole. A retainer having a claw inserted into an annular recess on the outer surface of the pipe, a joint body connected to the case and having a connection with another pipe, and a sealing means for sealing between the corrugated pipe and the joint body; An outer peripheral taper surface that squeezes toward the case is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the retainer, and an inner peripheral taper surface that contacts the outer peripheral taper surface is formed on the case. There is provided an urging means for pushing the tube and the retainer toward the case side, and the inner diameter of the retainer is reduced by the contact of both the tapered surfaces and is pressed against the corrugated tube. It is characterized in.
[0027]
Further, a mechanism for aligning the axial center of the case with the axial center of the retainer may be provided.
Since the position of the retainer is properly determined by this mechanism, the retainer can be accurately widened when the corrugated pipe is inserted. Therefore, the corrugated tube can be inserted surely and smoothly.
[0028]
Furthermore, the sealing means has a packing pressed against the outer surface of the corrugated pipe, and a spring that presses the packing. The spring is contracted in advance before construction, and the spring is pressed according to the insertion force of the corrugated pipe. It is possible to provide a spring biasing force release mechanism that extends the pressure and presses the packing against the outer surface of the corrugated pipe.
The urging means may include a spring and a spring urging force releasing mechanism that contracts the spring in advance before construction and extends the spring according to the insertion force of the corrugated pipe.
[0029]
Furthermore, as the spring biasing force release mechanism, a guide for transmitting the spring force to the packing or the corrugated pipe joint is locked, and the guide is locked so as not to move at a position on the joint body side. And a mechanism for releasing the lock so as to be movable toward the case side.
The lock can also be released by pushing the guide with the corrugated tube.
