[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional corrugated pipe joint 88 has the following problems.
(1) In the connection work, a tool such as a spanner or a wrench is required when turning the
(2) The length (height) of the
[0014]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and has the advantage that the structure of the joint can be made small and simple, or the connection work can be performed with bare hands without using a tool. An object is to provide a corrugated pipe joint.
[0015]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present inventionis connected withThe corrugated pipe joint according to the first aspect is a joint for a corrugated pipe in which bellows-like annular irregularities are formed on the outer surface; a case having an inner hole into which an end of the corrugated pipe is inserted, and the corrugated pipe joint disposed in the inner hole In addition, a retainer having a claw inserted into an annular recess on the outer surface of the corrugated pipe, a joint body connected to the case and having a connection with another pipe, and sealing means for sealing between the corrugated pipe and the joint body And the retainer includes: an outer ring made of an elastic member; and a claw that is attached to an inner peripheral portion of the outer ring and is divided into a plurality of parts in a circumferential direction. When inserting into the case, the annular convex part of the corrugated tube pushes the claw in the insertion direction to incline the claw, and in this state, the annular convex part gets over the claw, and then the inclination of the claw returns to the original and the corrugated It is characterized in that it is inserted into an annular recess of the cable pipe.
[0016]
Since the retainer has a structure in which the claw of the retainer is inclined in the corrugated tube insertion direction, the length of the retainer is shorter than that of the conventional retainer in which the segment is expanded in the radial direction.
[0017]
The corrugated pipe joint according to the first aspect of the present invention includes a supporting means for supporting the claw so that the claw does not tilt in the direction opposite to the insertion direction (extraction direction), and the claw does not come out of the corrugated pipe recess after the corrugated pipe is inserted. It is preferable to further comprise a fixing means for fixing to.
Inadvertent detachment of the corrugated pipe during joint connection work is prevented by the support means. Furthermore, the fixing means can improve the pull-out strength after the corrugated pipe is inserted.
[0018]
The corrugated pipe joint according to the second aspect of the present invention is a joint for a corrugated pipe in which bellows-like annular irregularities are formed on the outer surface; a case having an inner hole into which an end of the corrugated pipe is inserted; A retainer having a claw inserted into an annular recess on the outer surface of the corrugated pipe, a joint body connected to the case and connected to another pipe, and a seal between the corrugated pipe and the joint body A sealing means,The retainer is disposed on the back side in the corrugated tube insertion direction,A slide ring for fixing the retainer claw after the corrugated tube is inserted, and the slide ring,On the far side of the retainer in the corrugated tube insertion direction,A mechanism for moving between the nail fixing position and the non-fixing position; andPrepared, When the slide ring is in a fixed position, the retainer claw is fixed by being sandwiched between the slide ring and the case.It is characterized by that.
[0019]
Since the conventional joint has a structure in which the retainer crushes the tip of the corrugated pipe when the retainer is moved during the connection work, a large driving force is required. For this reason, tools such as a spanner and a wrench are required, and it is difficult to work in a narrow place.
In the present invention, since the retainer claw is fixed by the slide ring, a large tightening force is not required and a tool is unnecessary. Therefore, connection workability in a narrow place or the like is improved.
[0020]
In the corrugated pipe joint according to the second aspect of the present invention, the case and the joint body are connected so as to be relatively rotatable, and the slide ring can be moved by a screw mechanism by rotating both of them.
In this case, the screw mechanism can be manually operated without using a tool such as a spanner or a wrench.
[0021]
In the corrugated pipe joint according to the second aspect of the present invention, a friction member can be interposed between the case or joint body and the slide ring.
The friction member causes a frictional force between one of the case or the joint body and the slide ring, and the slide ring rotates together with either the case or the joint body. Since there is this friction member, there is no need for splines or keyway processing for preventing rotation. Therefore, the joint can be downsized and low cost can be realized.
[0022]
Furthermore, in the corrugated pipe joint of the second aspect of the present invention, the case and the joint body can be rotatably connected by a stop ring.
In this case, it can be assembled in a simple structure so that it cannot be removed.
[0023]
In the corrugated pipe joint according to the second aspect of the present invention, it is preferable that it can be confirmed whether or not the retainer is fixed by the slide ring. For example, if a hole for position confirmation is opened in the case, the position of the slide ring can be visually observed from the hole. Thereby, it is possible to easily confirm the end of connection.
In this case, if the seal is formed between the slide ring and the retainer so as to prevent fluid such as water entering from the hole when the slide ring is positioned at the claw fixing position, There is no problem with water tightness.
[0024]
In the corrugated pipe joint of the present invention, the sealing means can be composed of a packing pressed against the end of the corrugated pipe and a spring that biases the packing. In this case, sealing performance can be ensured only by inserting and fixing the corrugated tube.
Furthermore, the corrugated pipe joint of the present invention is characterized in that it is configured to be detachable without processing the corrugated pipe. Thereby, re-construction can be performed easily.

【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, according to the present invention, the structure of the joint can be made small and simple. Alternatively, the connection work can be performed by hand without using a tool.
When the corrugated pipe joint is provided with the supporting means and the fixing means, the corrugated pipe is prevented from being accidentally pulled out during the joint connecting operation. Moreover, the pulling-out resistance after corrugated pipe insertion is improved.
[0047]
When the stop ring is provided on the corrugated pipe joint, the joint body and the case can be assembled with a simple structure so that they cannot be removed.
When a hole for confirming the position of the slide ring is formed in the corrugated pipe joint, the presence of the slide ring can be visually confirmed from the hole, and the end of connection can be easily confirmed. In this case, when the slide ring is positioned at the claw fixing position, a seal that prevents fluid such as water entering from the hole can be formed between the slide ring and the retainer. Sex can be secured.
When the present invention is configured to be detachable without processing the corrugated tube, the re-construction can be easily performed.
