Description
The present invention relates to a packaging bag suitably used for packaging in the food industry, pharmaceutical industry, IT industry and the like, and a method for producing the same .
In order not to bring the dust adhering to the packaging bag into the clean room, for example, the dust adhering with an air shower or the like is removed, brought into the clean room, opened in the clean room, and the packaged item is taken out. However, a plastic material is mainly used as a packaging bag material, and it is difficult to completely remove dust due to the influence of charging and the like.
As a method to prevent dust from being brought into the clean room, for example, double the packaging bags, open the outer bag just before entering the clean room, take out the inner bag, open the inner bag in the clean room, A method of taking out has been proposed. (See Patent Document 1)
However, in the method according to the patent document, it is necessary to form an outer bag after forming an inner bag when packaging, and to create a packaging bag. The outer bag must be opened, and then the inner bag must be pulled out from the outer bag and taken out.

This is a packaging bag.
The packaging bag of the present invention comprises a bag-like body having at least one opening, and an outer layer film temporarily fixed to the bag-like body along the outer side of the bag-like body. The shaped body is formed by laminating and integrating a polyolefin resin layer (A) and a polyamide resin layer.
The polyolefin resin used in the polyolefin resin layer (A) (hereinafter referred to as “polyolefin resin (1)”) is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include low density polyethylene, medium density polyethylene, high density polyethylene, Polyethylene resins such as ethylene-α-olefin copolymers based on ethylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymers based on ethylene, and propylene-α-olefin copolymers based on polypropylene and propylene Examples thereof include polypropylene resins such as a polymer and an ethylene-propylene-butene terpolymer having propylene as a main component, and these may be used alone or in combination of two or more. Among these, polyethylene resins are preferable because they are excellent in adhesiveness to polyamide resins and heat sealability.
Examples of the α-olefin constituting the ethylene-α-olefin copolymer include propylene, 1-butene, 1-pentene, 4-methyl-1-pentene, 1-hexene, 1-heptene, 1-octene and the like. Examples of the α-olefin constituting the propylene-α-olefin copolymer include ethylene, 1-butene, 1-pentene, 4-methyl-1-pentene, 1-hexene, 1-heptene, 1-octene and the like can be mentioned.

If necessary, another layer may be laminated on the bag-like body, or another layer may be interposed between the polyolefin resin layer (A) and the polyamide resin layer. For example, when oxygen barrier property, water vapor barrier property, etc. are required, a barrier layer is laminated on the opposite surface of the polyolefin resin layer (A) or between the polyolefin resin layer (A) and the polyamide resin layer. It is preferable to intervene. Examples of the barrier layer include an aluminum foil, an aluminum vapor-deposited layer, a polyvinylidene chloride layer, and the like. Among them, an aluminum foil is preferable because it can be easily formed and has excellent oxygen barrier properties, water vapor barrier properties, and the like. In addition, if there is another layer in the joint portion when producing the bag-like body or a temporary fixing portion with the outer layer film described later, the adhesive strength, the fixing strength, etc. between the bag-like body and the outer layer film are likely to be lowered. Therefore, the other layer is preferably interposed between the polyolefin-based resin layer (A) and the polyamide-based resin layer, and the joint portion when processing into a bag shape and the temporary connection between the bag-shaped body and the outer layer film. It is preferable not to form the fixed portion.
The polyamide-based resin layer of the bag-like body is likely to generate static electricity when the outer layer film is peeled off from the packaging bag. At that time, dust and the like are easily attached to the bag-like body. Is preferred. As an antistatic treatment method, for example,
Examples thereof include a method of adding an antistatic agent such as a surfactant to the polyamide resin layer, a method of applying an antistatic agent to the surface of the polyamide resin layer, and the like.
The method for producing a laminated film in which the polyolefin resin layer (A) and the polyamide resin layer are laminated and integrated is not particularly limited. For example, after making the polyolefin resin (1) and the polyamide resin into a film, A method of laminating and integrating the two with a heat laminate, a method of laminating and integrating the two with an adhesive, a method of extruding and laminating the other resin after forming one resin as a film, and co-extrusion and laminating and integrating each resin Methods and the like.
The method for obtaining the bag-like body is not particularly limited. For example, the polyolefin resin layers (A) and the polyamide resin layers are laminated and integrated with each other. The method of arrange | positioning so that may contact | connect and this joint part is joined by heat seal etc. is mentioned.
The outer layer film used in the present invention is a film in which a thermoplastic resin layer and a polyolefin resin layer (B) are laminated and integrated, and the polyolefin resin layer (B) is on the bag-like body side. The film constituting the thermoplastic resin layer is not particularly limited, and is a biaxially stretched polypropylene film, a biaxially stretched polyester film, a biaxially stretched polyamide film, an aluminum vapor deposited biaxially stretched polyester film, an aluminum vapor deposited biaxially stretched polyamide film. , Alumina-deposited biaxially stretched polyester film, alumina-deposited biaxially stretched polyamide film, silica-deposited biaxially stretched polyester film, silica-deposited polyamide film, silica-deposited polyvinyl alcohol film, polyvinylidene resin-coated polyester film, polyvinylidene resin-coated polyamide film, Polyvinylidene resin-coated polypropylene film and the like can be mentioned and used suitably.
Examples of the polyolefin resin constituting the polyolefin resin layer (B) (hereinafter referred to as “polyolefin resin (2)”) include, for example, low density polyethylene, medium density polyethylene, high density polyethylene, and ethylene as a main component. Ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer mainly composed of ethylene, polypropylene, propylene-α-olefin copolymer composed mainly of propylene, and propylene. Examples include polypropylene resins such as ethylene-propylene-butene terpolymers as components, and these may be used alone or in combination of two or more. Among these, a polyethylene resin is preferable because it can be temporarily fixed to the bag-like polyamide resin film.
The density of the polyolefin resin (2) is preferably 0.89~0.94g / cm 3, more preferably 0.91~0.93g / cm 3. When the density is reduced, the adhesiveness of the bag-like body with the polyamide resin layer becomes too good, and when the resulting outer layer film is peeled off from the bag-like body, the outer layer film is easily torn, and when the density is increased, the bag Adhesiveness with the polyamide-type resin layer of a state-like body may fall, and it may peel off during conveyance.
The melt flow rate (hereinafter referred to as “MFR”) of the polyolefin resin (2) is preferably 2 to 20 g / 10 minutes, and more preferably 5 to 12 g / 10 minutes. If the MFR is smaller than the above value, the adhesiveness of the bag-like body with the polyamide resin layer is lowered, and it is easily peeled off during transportation. If the MFR is larger, the adhesiveness of the bag-like body with the polyamide resin layer is improved. When the outer layer film obtained is peeled off from the bag-like body, the outer layer film is easily broken.
The method for obtaining the outer layer film is not particularly limited, and any conventionally known method may be employed. For example, after the olefin resin (2) is formed into a film, it is laminated and integrated with the thermoplastic resin film by an adhesive. And a method of laminating and integrating the thermoplastic resin film by thermal lamination after forming the olefin resin (2) into a film, a method of extrusion laminating the olefin resin (2) to the thermoplastic resin film, and the like. .
In the packaging bag of the present invention, the outer layer film is temporarily fixed to the outer side (polyamide resin layer side) of the bag-like body so that the polyolefin resin layer (B) is on the bag-like body side.
The method for producing the packaging bag of the present invention is not particularly limited, and the outer layer film may be temporarily fixed after forming the bag-like body, but it is very laborious and the efficiency is deteriorated. It is preferable to produce a packaging bag by producing a laminated film obtained by laminating an outer layer film and a laminate in which the layer (A) and the polyamide-based resin layer are laminated and integrated, and then processing into a bag shape.
As a preferable method for temporarily fixing the laminate in which the polyolefin-based resin layer (A) and the polyamide-based resin layer are laminated and the outer layer film, for example, a method of heat laminating is mentioned, and the temporary fixing strength is insufficient. In some cases, an adhesive layer or the like may be interposed. Examples of the adhesive layer include a layer made of a heat seal coating agent such as vinyl chloride or vinyl acetate, or a layer made of acid-modified polyethylene resin. Although the basis weight of the adhesive layer depends on the type, an effect cannot be obtained if the amount is decreased, and the temporary fixing strength is excessively increased if the amount is increased. Therefore, 1.0 to 2.0 g / m 2 is generally preferable.
The temporary fixing is performed by thermally laminating an outer layer film around the laminated body constituting the bag-like body .
When the peel strength of the temporary fixing portion is small, the outer layer film is easily peeled off from the bag-like body, and when it is large, the outer layer film is torn when it is peeled off, or more force is required to peel off the handle, Is preferably 2.0 to 6.0 N / 15 mm. The peel strength is a value measured according to JIS Z 1707.
At this time, in order to facilitate peeling, the end portion of the outer layer film is temporarily fixed so as to protrude from the bag-like body without being fixed to the bag-like body. When the outer layer film is peeled off, the outer layer film can be easily peeled by grasping the non-fixed end portion protruding from the bag-like body.
If the part that is not temporarily fixed and protrudes from the bag-like body is too long, the outer layer film is likely to be peeled off unexpectedly during transportation, storage, etc., so 10 mm or less is preferable, and more preferably 5 mm or less. is there.
The shape of the release bag is not particularly limited and may be determined as appropriate. However, since it is excellent in productivity, handleability, etc., the outer layer film is formed on both sides of a two-layered rectangular or square bag. Are preferably temporarily fixed.
The packaging bag of the invention has a double structure of a bag-shaped body and an outer layer film, the outer layer film of the bag-shaped body and the outer layer has an appropriate peel strength, and the end of the outer layer film is fixed to the bag-shaped body. Since the outer layer film is temporarily fixed so as to protrude from the bag-like body, it can be peeled off, and the outer layer film can be easily removed as necessary. Moreover, since it is not necessary to take a complicated structure, it is possible to produce continuously and to obtain with good productivity.
Moreover, by making the polyolefin resin layer (A) of the bag-like body and the polyolefin resin layer (B) of the outer layer film into a polyethylene resin, the bag-like body is processed, and the bag-like body and the outer film are temporarily fixed. Can be done easily.
Moreover, by making the polyolefin resin layer (B) of the outer layer film a specific polyethylene resin, temporary fixing between the bag-like body and the outer layer film is further facilitated, and appropriate temporary fixing strength is easily obtained.
In addition, since the temporary fixing strength between the packaging bag and the outer layer film is in a specific range, the outer layer film is not peeled off unexpectedly during transportation or storage, and can be easily peeled off as necessary. .
Moreover, by processing the bag-like body as a joining method by heat sealing, it is possible to continuously produce and improve productivity.
Moreover, by forming a barrier layer on the bag-like body, oxygen barrier properties, water vapor barrier properties, and the like can be enhanced according to the contents to be packaged.

(Comparative Example 1)
A two-layer film in which a polyethylene terephthalate film having a thickness of 12 μm and a 6-nylon film having a thickness of 15 μm are laminated, a commercially available easy peel film made of modified polyethylene (manufactured by Mitsui Chemicals) on the surface of the polyethylene terephthalate film is replaced with 6-nylon. A low-density polyethylene having a thickness of 80 μm was laminated and integrated on the film surface with a two-component curable polyester urethane adhesive to obtain a laminated film for a bag-like body.
The obtained laminated film for bag-like body and the biaxially stretched polypropylene film having a thickness of 20 μm are cut into a length of 44 cm and a width of 62 cm so that the easy peel film side of the laminated film for the bag-like body faces the biaxially oriented polypropylene film. The laminate was heated and pressed at 170 ° C. and 100 kPa for about 1 second for thermal lamination to obtain a double-structure film for packaging bags.

[Evaluation]
(Measurement of peel strength)
About the double-structure film for packaging bags obtained in Examples and Comparative Examples, the peel strength of the heat-laminated portion was measured, and the results are shown in Table 1. In addition, when the laminate film for bag-like body and the outer layer film did not peel cleanly at the time of peeling and the biaxially stretched polypropylene film was torn, the material was broken.
(Peel test)
The bag-shaped laminate used in Example 1 was cut into a size of 400 × 650 mm and the exterior film was cut into a size of 400 × 655 mm, so that the exterior film protruded 5 mm. The 6-nylon film layer side of the outer layer film and the low-density polyethylene layer side of the outer layer film are laminated so as to face each other, and the periphery of the laminate for bag-like body is heat-laminated by heating and pressurizing at 170 ° C. and 100 kPa for about 1 second, A double-structure film for packaging bags (see FIG. 1) was obtained.
Next, the long side is folded along the folding line aa in FIG. 1 so that the polyethylene layer of the bag-shaped laminate is on the inside, and the short side overlap portion is heated under the same conditions as above. After laminating (sealing part (1)) to obtain a cylindrical body, one of the openings of the cylindrical body is thermally laminated (sealing part (2)) under the same conditions as above to produce a packaging bag (see FIG. 2). did.
When the resulting packaging bag was pulled off with the protruding portion (see FIG. 2B), the outer layer film could be peeled off very easily.
