Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a photographic measurement target that is affixed to each measurement point of a measurement object during photographic measurement.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As is well known, there is a photo measurement technique as a technique for three-dimensional measurement of a structure. In this photo measurement technology, photographs (images) of structures (measurement objects) are taken from various directions using a high-resolution CCD camera, and these images are image-processed using a computer. The three-dimensional coordinates of each measurement point are calculated from the two-dimensional coordinates of each measurement point projected. In such photo measurement technology, in order to clearly display each measurement point on the image of the measurement object taken from various directions, a retro target (photo measurement target) that reflects strobe light is attached to each measurement point. Yes. By using such a retro target, the image portion of each measurement point can be extracted more accurately from the image of the measurement object.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the conventional retro target has the following problems.
(1) The first problem is that the reflectance of light varies greatly depending on the photographing direction of the CCD camera, that is, the direction of stroboscopic light irradiation. In the above image processing, the two-dimensional coordinates of each measurement point are obtained by calculating the image center of gravity of the retro target. Therefore, if the reflectance differs depending on the shooting direction, the contrast between the image portion of the retro target and the surrounding image portion is captured. It depends on the direction. As a result, an accurate image centroid cannot be calculated by image processing. In addition, when the reflectance is extremely lowered, the process of calculating the image centroid itself becomes impossible, and it is considered that the measurement cannot be performed.
[0004]
(2) The second problem is that the retro target cannot be accurately attached to the measurement point. As described above, in the photo measurement, the center of gravity of the retro target is used as the two-dimensional coordinates of the measurement point. Therefore, the center of the retro target must be accurately matched with the measurement point. When “displacement” occurs between the two parties, the measurement accuracy of the measurement points inevitably decreases.
[0005]
(3) The third problem is that the retro target cannot be accurately attached to the measurement point when the corner portion of the measurement object is the measurement point. Even if the center of the retro target can be pasted with the measurement point at the corner being pasted, the retro target is partially overhanging and deformed. As a result, since the retro target does not maintain the original circular shape, the image center of gravity does not coincide with the center of the retro target.
[0006]
(4) The fourth problem is that it is difficult to align the center of the retro target and the measurement point. The conventional retro target has an adhesive applied to the back surface, and before the above alignment, the adhesive can easily cause the retro target to stick to the measurement object. Even if it cannot be done or it can be aligned, its workability is very bad.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the photographic measurement target according to the present invention, the following effects can be obtained.
[0046]
(1) Adopted the first means According to the invention, since the light reflecting portion has a uniform light reflectance with respect to the strobe light from various directions, the luminance of the light reflecting portion is constant even if the measurement object is photographed from the various directions. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the image centroid of the light reflecting portion from being extracted due to the difference in the shooting direction, or to include an error in the extracted image centroid.
[0047]
(2) Adopted the second means According to the invention, strobe light irradiated from various directions is reflected in the irradiation direction without directivity and with high reflectivity by the fine and transparent glass beads provided on the surface of the light reflecting portion. Accordingly, it is possible to obtain a high-luminance image of the light reflecting portion while keeping the luminance of the light reflecting portion constant for photographing the measurement object from various directions.
[0048]
(3) Adopted third means According to the invention, since the light non-reflecting part is arranged so as to surround the light reflecting part, the light reflecting part can be photographed with a clear outline. Therefore, when extracting the image center of gravity of the light reflecting portion by image processing of the image of the measurement object, it is possible to accurately extract the image center of gravity.
[0049]
(4) Adopted 4th means According to the present invention, it is possible to easily form the reflection non-directional light reflecting portion and the light non-reflecting portion having a very low reflectance only by the printing process for the basic material only by the printing process for the basic material.
[0050]
(5) Adopted 5th means According to the invention, since the alignment mark is provided at the peripheral portion on the two straight lines passing through the center of the light reflecting portion at right angles to each other, the center of the light reflecting portion can be easily used as the measurement point of the measurement object. And it is possible to align accurately.
[0051]
(6) Adopted 6th means According to the invention, since the distance from the peripheral part to the center of the light reflecting part is constant from any part of the peripheral part, for example, when measuring the measurement point set in the circular corner part, the measurement point In addition, it is possible to easily and reliably realize a state in which the center of the light reflecting portion attached to the measurement object is always offset by the radius (offset amount) of the target for photo measurement by aligning the peripheral edge. Therefore, accurate coordinates of the measurement point can be obtained from the offset amount and the image centroid of the light reflecting portion.
[0052]
(7) Adopted 7th means According to the invention, since the peripheral portion is composed of four sides, for example, when measuring the coordinates of the measurement point of the straight corner portion of the measurement object, one side is along the straight corner portion to measure the photo. By attaching the target for the object to the object, it is possible to easily realize a state in which the center of the light reflecting portion is offset by 1/2 (offset amount) of the length of each side of the target for photo measurement. Therefore, the coordinates of the measurement point can be accurately calculated from the offset amount and the image centroid of the light reflecting portion.
[0053]
(8) Adopted 8th means According to the invention, since the protective sheet is divided, when the alignment is performed in a state where all of the protective sheet is peeled off by aligning to the measurement point in a state where one of the divided protective sheets is peeled off Position correction is easier compared to the above, so it is possible to improve the alignment to the measurement point and improve the workability of attaching the photo measurement target to the measurement object. It is.
[0054]
(9) Ninth means adopted According to the invention, since the thin plate-like permanent magnet is attached to the back surface, the photographic measurement target is attached and fixed to the measurement object by the magnetic force of the permanent magnet. Therefore, it is easy to attach and detach the photo measurement target with respect to the measurement object, so that the photo measurement target can be used repeatedly, and the position of the photo measurement target relative to the measurement point can be easily corrected.
