Description
The present invention relates to a filtering system applied to a high-pressure reaction apparatus such as a hydrothermal treatment apparatus that decompresses and discharges treated water containing solid fine particles (hereinafter abbreviated as SS) such as inorganic solids. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a hydrothermal treatment apparatus having such a filtering system and a filtering method using such a system.
The high-pressure reaction has advantages such as high reactivity and the ability to use the unique properties of the fluid as a medium, and is currently applied in various fields. Particularly in recent years, high-pressure reactors utilizing the supercritical state of substances such as water and carbon dioxide have been actively researched and developed, and their practical application is also progressing.
One example of this type of high-pressure reactor is a hydrothermal oxidation reaction treatment device. This apparatus performs hydrothermal oxidation treatment that decomposes the water to be treated to a high level in a short time, so that the carbon component in the water to be treated is CO 2 and the nitrogen component is nitrogen gas (depending on conditions, ammonia or nitric acid). Can also decompose). And the inorganic substance in to-be-processed water turns into a water-soluble or water-insoluble inorganic substance, and is discharged | emitted out of an apparatus with treated water.
By the way, when the treated water is discharged in the hydrothermal oxidation reaction treatment apparatus, the treated water is decompressed to normal pressure by a decompression means such as a decompression valve incorporated in the piping system. During this decompression, the treated water passes through the decompression means with a high-speed flow. At this time, if insoluble inorganic solids are mixed in the treated water, there is a problem that wear occurs due to the high-speed contact with the flow path surface of the decompression means. In particular, when wear progresses greatly in a short time, it is assumed that the processing apparatus must be frequently stopped for maintenance or the like.
As a countermeasure against such a problem, a method of attaching a filter in front of the pressure reducing valve and removing inorganic solid substances that cause wear with this filter has been studied and developed. For example, Patent Document 1 (Japanese Patent No. 3036077) describes an operation method of a filter system having features as described in (1) to (4) below.
(1) Two series of filter units are provided in parallel in the filter system, and these units can be switched and used alternately.
(2) The differential pressure before and after the filter (main body) in use (filter differential pressure) is measured, and the switching timing to the standby filter is determined based on this value. More specifically, when the filter differential pressure exceeds about 200 psi, the filter is switched from the currently used filter to the standby filter.
(3) Backwashing the filter that has been switched to a non-use state. That is, the pressure of the filter is released (depressurized), and the inorganic solid matter adhering to the filter element is peeled off by the momentum of the dissolved gas remaining in the treated water remaining in the filter. Thereafter, pressurized air is flown into the filter, and the peeled inorganic solid is blown out or pushed out of the filter.
(4) After filling the filter with water, oxygen gas used for the high-pressure reaction is supplied and pressurized to the system pressure (preliminary pressurization). As a result, the filter after backwashing returns to a usable state.
The present inventors have found the following problems (A) to (C) regarding the current filter system in the development process of the filter system as described above.
(A) If pressure reduction performed at the time of filter backwashing and pre-pressurization performed after the end of backwashing are performed rapidly, the valves in the filter system are likely to be burdened. In significant cases, leakage from the valve may occur within a short time.
(B) When backwashing, SS accumulated on the bottom of the filter may be clogged, and backwashing water may not flow easily.
(C) Due to the SS contained in the treated water, wear of valves in the filter system is likely to progress.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and can realize stable continuous operation of the system, or exhibit sufficient reliability while ensuring practical durability and life. An object of the present invention is to provide a filtering system or the like having advantages such as being capable of being used.
The filtering system of the present invention is a filtering system installed in front of the pressure reduction means (high pressure side) for filtering solid fine particles (abbreviated as SS) in the treated water discharged from the high pressure reactor. A plurality of filter units are arranged in parallel, and each filter unit has an inflow pipe into which a high-pressure fluid containing SS from the high-pressure reactor flows into the filter body, and a high-pressure in which SS is filtered in the filter body Outflow piping through which fluid flows out in the direction of the decompression means, decompression piping for extracting and depressurizing high-pressure fluid from the filter body, backwashing piping for supplying backwashing liquid for backwashing the filter element in the filter body, after backwashing Backwashing liquid discharge piping for discharging the backwashing liquid from the filter body, and sending high pressure liquid to the filter body A pressure pipe for making pressure, and an on-off valve for opening and closing each pipe is provided, and an adjusting means for adjusting a pressure reduction or a pressure speed to the pressure reduction pipe and / or the pressure pipe Is provided.
In addition, you may mutually share (all or a part) each piping. That is, a single pipe (a pipe as a mechanical object) may be used as a component of a plurality of pipe systems (lines).
If the on-off valve with high differential pressure is suddenly opened, the high-pressure fluid will pass through the on-off valve and flow into the downstream piping, and the impact of the high-pressure fluid will damage the on-off valve and the downstream piping. This is not preferable because a large noise is generated. On the other hand, according to the present invention, the pressure reducing pipe and / or the pressure piping is provided with the adjusting means for adjusting the pressure reduction or the pressure increasing speed. The process that gave a large impact to the on-off valve can be extended to several minutes. Thereby, the bad influence by the impact of a high pressure fluid can be avoided and generation | occurrence | production of a big noise can be reduced.
In the filtering system of the present invention, it is preferable that a pipe for supplying a fluid for winding and diffusing SS accumulated in the lower part of the filter main body is provided in the filter unit.
When the accumulated amount of SS is large, or when the sedimentation property / adhesiveness is high, the SS is likely to be clogged in the backwash liquid discharge pipe or its opening / closing valve, and backwashing may be difficult. On the other hand, according to this aspect of the present invention, the SS accumulated in the filter main body (the filter element and the bottom of the filter main body) is wound up by flowing the liquid flow from the backwash liquid discharge pipe toward the filter main body. The solid matter is less likely to be clogged.
In the filtering system of the present invention, when pressurizing the filter unit, the treated water discharged from the high-pressure reactor before decompression can be used as a pressurizing medium.
In this case, it is possible to pressurize the filter unit without increasing the equipment cost or the like as compared with the case where the treated water is supplied by additionally installing a high-pressure pump or the like.
In the filtering system of the present invention, a tank for storing the treated water after the pressure of the treated water discharged from the high-pressure reactor is reduced, and a pump for sending the stored treated water to the filter body as a backwash liquid. It is preferable to provide it.
The amount of the backwash liquid varies depending on the clogging state of the filter element, the property of the SS, etc., but usually several tens of liters of liquid is consumed per backwash. And since the consumption of backwash water increases as the number of backwashing of the filter (the number of times of filter switching) increases, in some cases, the backwashing water may be more than the treated water discharged by the high-pressure reaction. Yes, the total amount of waste water for the entire device will also increase. On the other hand, according to this aspect of the present invention, the treated water is stored in the tank, and the stored treated water can be sent to the filter main body as a backwash liquid by the pump. It can be reused as backwash liquid, and the total discharge amount of the apparatus can be greatly reduced.
In the filtering system of the present invention, when the differential pressure between the pipe supplying the treated water to each filter unit and the pipe discharging the treated water from each filter unit exceeds a certain value, or set by a timer When the predetermined time has elapsed, the filter element in the filter body can be back-washed at any earlier point in time.
It is difficult to predict the SS accumulation on the lower part of the filter body simply by measuring the differential pressure before and after the filter body (filter differential pressure). In some cases, the filter differential pressure may not increase. In some cases, solid matter accumulates in the filter body to a state where backwashing is difficult. On the other hand, according to this aspect of the present invention, the normal filter switching time is determined based on the predetermined time (liquid passing time) set by the timer, and the filter element can be used even if the filter differential pressure does not rise to the set value. Backwash. The liquid passing time is set to as long as possible so that the backwashing of the filter can be performed stably (for example, about 30 minutes). If, for example, a large amount of solid material suddenly flows and the filter differential pressure rises, the filter element is backwashed (switch the filter) when the filter differential pressure exceeds the set value. Thereby, the possibility of breakage of the filter element is reduced, and stable continuous operation of the filter system can be realized.
In the filtering system of the present invention, the inflow pipe has a vertical portion extending in the vertical direction on the front side of the upper portion (inflow portion) of the filter body, and the on-off valve is provided in the vertical portion. It is preferable.
By doing so, there is almost no precipitation of SS in the inflow piping and the on-off valve, so the life of the on-off valve can be improved.
In the filtering system of the present invention, the backwash liquid discharge pipe is U-shaped, and one end of the U-shaped backwash liquid discharge pipe is connected to the lower part (discharge section) of the filter body. It is preferable that the on-off valve is provided on the other end side.
By doing so, solid matter hardly accumulates in the operating part of the on-off valve, so that the life of the on-off valve can be improved.

A filtering method using a filtering system in which filter units are arranged in parallel, wherein a high-pressure fluid containing SS from the high-pressure reactor flows into each filter unit, and an inflow pipe into which the high-pressure fluid flows into the filter body. An adjusting means for adjusting the speed is provided, and when the filter body is backwashed, the pressure reducing pipe, an on-off valve for opening and closing the pipe, and the adjusting means are used to reduce the pressure in the filter body, After the SS accumulated in the lower part of the filter body is rolled up and diffused by the liquid flow from the washing liquid discharge pipe side, the back washing liquid is caused to flow from the back washing pipe side, and after the back washing is finished, the pressurized pipe, the pipe An opening / closing valve for opening and closing the filter body and pressurizing the inside of the filter body using the adjusting means.

Next, the operation of the filtering system of FIGS. 1 to 6 will be described based on the operation flowcharts of FIGS.
In FIG. 1 to FIG. 6, the thick line of the piping line indicates the flow before pressure reduction, and the middle thick line indicates the flow after pressure reduction. In each valve, the open state is shown in white, and the closed state is shown in black.
After the high-pressure processing fluid supplied from the processing
When the filtration process as shown in FIG. 1 is continued, the filtered SS is deposited in the
In this embodiment, the
In the backwashing process, first, the
In step ST5, the pressure reducing
Thereafter, the backwash water
Therefore, as a preparatory work for the backwashing process, the following operation (preliminary backwashing) is performed according to the procedure shown in each step of FIG. 8 (see FIG. 4). That is, the backwash water supply piping three-
After this preliminary backwashing is completed, the backwash water discharge piping three-
By the way, the amount of the backwash liquid varies depending on the clogged state of the filter element, the properties of the SS, etc., but usually several tens of liters of liquid are consumed per backwash. And since the consumption of backwash water increases as the number of backwashing of the filter (the number of times of filter switching) increases, in some cases, the backwashing water may be more than the treated water discharged by the high-pressure reaction. Yes, the total emission amount of the entire filter system will also increase. In the present embodiment, the treatment liquid is temporarily stored in the
Normally, after completion of backwashing, the
The pressurizing step is performed according to the procedure shown in each step of FIG. 9 (see FIG. 6). That is, first, the
As a method of supplying high-pressure water for pressurization, it is possible to supply from a high-pressure pump or the like, but there is a disadvantage that the equipment cost increases for the frequency of use. As in this embodiment, when a part of the treated water before decompression is branched through the high-pressure
Normally, the decompression speed and the pressurization speed are different. When the pressurization speed is faster and only the pressurization speed is to be adjusted separately, the pressurization speed adjustment valve (throttle valve) 19 provided in the high-pressure
Next, an improved example of the filter unit according to the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIG.
FIGS. 10A and 10B are views showing an improved example of piping before and after the filter unit according to the present embodiment.
The high-pressure processing liquid sent from the gas-
Further, since the on-off valve 118 (218) of the backwash water discharge pipe 117 (217) is disposed directly below the filter unit 113 (213), SS accumulated in the filter

In such an evaluation test, when the on-off valve was installed horizontally, the following results were obtained.
(A) Pressure resistance evaluation: Water leakage occurred at about 15 MPa.
(B) Wear evaluation: A lot of scratches that could be easily judged by tactile sensation occurred on the sheet, and some of the scratches were deep.
On the other hand, when the on-off valve was installed vertically, the following results were obtained.

-Backwashing evaluation by carrying out preliminary backwashing (see Fig. 4) In this evaluation, the following test apparatus, simulated solution, and test method were used.
FIG. 12 is a schematic diagram of a test apparatus used in this test.
Test apparatus: As shown in FIG. 12, a low pressure apparatus capable of continuously supplying the simulation liquid in the simulation liquid storage tank to the filter unit by driving the simulation liquid supply pump was used. A filtrate storage tank and a suspension water storage tank are connected to the filter unit. In such a test apparatus, backwash water was allowed to flow in the following two cases (Case A) and (Case B).
(Case A) Backwash water flows from the side connected to the filtrate storage tank, and is discharged to the suspension water storage tank side via the backwash water discharge piping valve on the downstream side of the filter unit (only normal backwash).
(Case B) First, for 5 seconds, backwash water is allowed to flow from the backwash water discharge piping valve side downstream of the filter unit (preliminary backwash), and then backwash water is allowed to flow in the same manner as in (Case A) (normally Backwash).
Simulated solution: Kaolin (1%) aqueous solution was used.
Test method: Simulated liquid is supplied to the filter unit at a flow rate of 5 L / min. Then, when the filter differential pressure reaches 0.3 MPa, the liquid flow is stopped and the filter unit is back-washed. In addition, water with a discharge pressure of 0.5 MPa was used for backwashing.
