BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a muddy water type propulsion method, and in particular, it makes it possible to maintain the specific gravity of the muddy water for excavation at a high level, thereby stabilizing the face and, at the same time, voiding the muddy water for excavation having a higher specific gravity. By using it as a filler, it is possible to stabilize the voids, reduce the amount of waste mud generated, and significantly reduce the construction costs such as muddy water treatment costs and industrial waste disposal and disposal costs. It relates to a muddy water type propulsion method that can be made
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the muddy water type propulsion method, the muddy water for excavation is pressurized and sent from the ground to the excavation surface called the face in front of the propulsion unit, and a mud film is formed on the ground surface of the face by the clogging action of fine soil particles in the mud. The drilling is performed while maintaining the stability of the face by the mud pressure in the face partition wall of the propulsion unit through this mud film, and the excavated earth and sand are discharged as mud water. The mud water separates the excavated earth and sand. After that, it is recycled as mud for excavation.
[0003]
In addition, in this muddy water type propulsion method, a minute gap called a void is formed between the outer peripheral surface of the propulsion pipe and the ground, and the resistance between the outer peripheral surface of the propulsion pipe and the ground is reduced in this gap. It is designed to be filled with a lubricant for reduction.
[0004]
By the way, the management of the mud for excavation used in the mud type propulsion method must be maintained by measuring the physical properties such as specific gravity, viscosity, drainage, sand concentration, pH, etc. I am doing so.
Here, in general, the content of fine soil particles is large, that is, the mud with higher specific gravity has the property of being hard to escape, and in this respect, it can be said that it is preferable as the mud for excavation, Is controlled to be less than 1.1 to 1.2 (less than 1.1 for viscous soils and less than 1.2 for sandy soils) in relation to the mud supply conditions of the pump for discharging and discharging mud. It was like that.
This is because when the specific gravity of the mud exceeds 1.2, the viscosity of the mud increases rapidly, and the pumping capacity of the pump for sending and discharging mud and the sediment separation efficiency of the primary treatment equipment (vibrating sieve, cyclone) are significantly reduced. It is.
[0005]
For this reason, conventionally, when the specific gravity of the drilling mud exceeds 1.1 to 1.2, water is added to dilute, but it is necessary to keep the total amount of the mud for drilling constant for dilution. For this reason, some of them were extracted and disposed of as industrial waste in a vacuum vehicle or the like as waste mud.
[0006]
In this case, for example, the muddy water type propulsion method has a relatively small construction scale compared to the shield method, etc., so the construction space is small, and the waste water treatment device is also simple, such as a vibrating screen or a cyclone. It was difficult to install secondary treatment facilities (such as coagulation dehydration treatment using a filter press) for the purpose of reducing the amount of waste mud water, due to reasons such as construction costs and construction space.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As described above, in the conventional mud-water type propulsion method, a secondary treatment facility is installed for the purpose of adjusting the specific gravity and viscosity of the drilling mud by adding water and diluting it or reducing the amount of waste mud. There was a problem that a large amount of waste mud was generated. This problem is particularly prominent when the soil of the excavated ground is cohesive soil, which increases the disposal costs when discarding waste mud water as industrial waste, and is not preferable in terms of environmental conservation. Due to the lack of space, it has become difficult to dispose of waste mud itself.
[0008]
The present invention can reduce the amount of waste muddy water generated in view of the problems related to the waste muddy water that the conventional muddy water type propulsion method has, and can greatly reduce the muddy water treatment cost, the industrial waste disposal amount and the disposal cost. The first object is to provide a muddy water type propulsion method.
[0009]
On the other hand, in this muddy water type propulsion method, when the void formed between the outer peripheral surface of the propulsion pipe and the natural ground collapses, loosening earth pressure acts on the outer peripheral surface of the propulsion pipe and tightens the propulsion pipe, Thrust load will increase, especially in the case of long-distance construction, in addition to the main pushing device, an intermediate pushing device will be required, and the construction efficiency will deteriorate, causing an increase in construction cost.
[0010]
As countermeasures against this problem, in order to suppress an increase in thrust load and enable long-distance propulsion only by the main pushing device, (1) By injecting mixed type or integral type mixed lubricant into the void A method of stabilizing a void, or (2) A method of first injecting a solidified (two-liquid consolidated) lubricant into a void and then injecting a mixed type or integral type of mixed lubricant into the inside thereof. However, in the case of the method (1), the lubricant injected into the void easily dissipates into the ground, and the effect of the lubricant is not fully exhibited. On the other hand, there is a problem that the construction cost increases due to the increase. On the other hand, in the case of the method (2), the solid-type (two-liquid-solid-type) lubricant is poor in long-term stability and is continuously slid over a long period. It is difficult to bring out the effects of the material, and the use of two types of lubricant and application with two-stage construction There was a cost increase of the problem.
[0011]
In view of the problems related to the voids (sliding material filled in the voids) of the above conventional muddy water type propulsion method, the present invention economically recycles the waste muddy water as a void filling material, thereby producing a high quality void filling material. Can be obtained easily and at low cost, and at the same time, the amount of waste mud generated is reduced, and the muddy water type promotion that can drastically reduce the amount of muddy water treatment, industrial waste disposal and disposal The second object is to provide a construction method.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
To achieve the above first and second objects, the present onset Ming muddy water propulsion method performs drilling while feeding the drilling mud to the working face of the propulsion unit, as well as discharging the excavated earth and sand as waste mud, In the muddy water type propulsion method in which the waste mud water is circulated and used as a drilling mud, a dispersant is added to the circulating mud for drilling to lower the viscosity of the drilling mud, and the specific gravity of the drilling mud is 1.2. A high specific gravity region of ~ 1.4 is used, and a surplus of excavated mud is used, and a thickener added to the surplus mud is used as a void filler .
[0013]
This mud type propulsion method adds a dispersant to the circulating mud for excavation to lower the viscosity of the mud for excavation and manage the specific gravity of the mud for excavation in a high specific gravity range of 1.2 to 1.4. Therefore, the specific gravity of the mud for excavation can be set higher than before, thereby reducing the amount of waste mud water while suppressing the mud to the ground and stabilizing the face. Can do.
In addition, because the surplus of drilling mud is used and the thickening agent added to the surplus mud is used as a void filler, a high-performance void filler can be easily and at low cost. Injecting the filler thus obtained into the void stabilizes the void, suppresses an increase in thrust load, enables long-distance propulsion, and also generates waste mud. The amount can be reduced.
[0014]
In this case, a dispersant is added in advance to the drilling mud to be circulated, and the dispersant is replenished and added to the drilling mud when the pump efficiency of the exhaust mud reaches a preset operating lower limit. Can be.
[0015]
Thereby, an increase in the viscosity of the mud for excavation can be suppressed easily using the efficiency of the pump for exhaust mud and while reducing the amount of dispersant used as much as possible.
[0016]
Further, as the dispersant, a carboxylic acid polymer having a molecular weight of 50,000 or less or a neutralized salt thereof can be used.
[0017]
As a result, an increase in the viscosity of the drilling mud can be prevented economically and accurately, mud can be fed even if the specific gravity of the drilling mud is set high, and the drilling efficiency can be improved. The surplus portion of the muddy water can be used as a void filler described below.
[0018]
Further, as thickeners, and this using molecular weight from 100000 to 1000000 carboxylic acid polymer or its neutralized salt of.
[0019]
Thereby, thixotropy can be given simultaneously with increasing the viscosity of the muddy water, and an increase in thrust load can be further suppressed.

By the way, if the mud for excavation is circulated and used in this way, fine particles in the excavated soil that cannot be removed by the primary treatment facility 8 such as a vibrating screen and a cyclone melt, the specific gravity and viscosity of the mud increase, The pumping capacity of the mud pump and the sediment separation efficiency of the primary treatment facility 8 will be significantly reduced, making it unsuitable for use.
In this case, conventionally, when the specific gravity of the drilling mud exceeds 1.1 to 1.2, water is added to dilute, but it is necessary to keep the total amount of the drilling mud constant at the time of dilution. For that reason, some of them were extracted and used as waste muddy water.

As described above, the muddy water type propulsion method according to the present invention has been described based on the embodiments thereof, but the present invention is not limited to the configurations described in the above embodiments, and the configuration is appropriately set within the scope not departing from the gist thereof. It can be changed.

【The invention's effect】
According to the onset Ming muddy water propulsion method, by adding a dispersing agent to drilling mud circulating use, the drilling mud is lower the viscosity, the specific gravity of the drilling mud of 1.2 to 1.4 Since it is managed in the high specific gravity area, the specific gravity of the mud for excavation can be set higher than before, thereby reducing the mud to the ground and stabilizing the face, and generating waste mud. The amount of waste can be reduced, which can reduce the amount of waste mud generated by controlling the mud to the ground and stabilizing the face, and reduce the amount of waste mud generated. Costs can be significantly reduced.
And, since the surplus mud water for excavation is used and the thickening agent added to the surplus mud water is used as a void filler, a high-performance void filler can be easily and at low cost. Injecting the filler thus obtained into the void stabilizes the void, suppresses an increase in thrust load, enables long-distance propulsion, and also generates waste mud. The amount can be reduced, and the muddy water treatment cost, industrial waste disposal amount and disposal cost can be greatly reduced.
[0038]
In addition, a dispersant is added in advance to the drilling mud for circulation, and the dispersant is replenished and added to the drilling mud when the pump efficiency of the exhaust mud reaches a preset operating lower limit. Thus, an increase in the viscosity of the mud for excavation can be suppressed easily using the pump efficiency of the exhaust mud pump while reducing the amount of the dispersant used as much as possible.
[0039]
Further, by using a carboxylic acid polymer having a molecular weight of 50,000 or less or a neutralized salt thereof as a dispersant, an increase in viscosity of the drilling mud can be prevented economically and accurately. Mud can be sent even if it is set high, excavation efficiency can be improved, and surplus excavation mud can be used as a void filler described below.
[0040]
In addition, by using a carboxylic acid polymer having a molecular weight of 100,000 to 1,000,000 or a neutralized salt thereof as a thickener, the viscosity of mud is increased and at the same time, thixotropy is imparted to further suppress an increase in thrust load. Can do.
