Description
シート材料中の複数の凹部が複数の電磁的放射パルス下で形成され、溶剤中からの金属が前記複数の凹部の底に沈積し、画像が前記シート材料の本体内部に深く入った複数の金属化された点の組み合わせから形成されるならば都合がよい。
放射D1のパワーが小さい時、金属フィルムEは材料表面の近くに沈積される。
放射D2のパワーが大きい時、シート材料表面に凹部が形成され、金属フィルムEは前記凹部の底に沈積される。
放射D3のパワーがさらに大きい時、シート材料表面における凹部のサイズが成長する。
シート材料の厚みの中に位置する点に放射D4が焦点合わせされた時、金属フィルムはシート材料の填料内に沈積するであろう。
Claims (8)
- シート材料上に金属化画像を生成するための方法であって、
前記方法は、前記シート材料上に金属を適用する工程、及び予め定まった複数の点において前記金属を前記複数の点でのそれらの固着を提供する手段に曝す工程を備え、
前記方法は、金属の塩を含む溶剤を前記シート材料上に適用する工程、及び前記シート材料を前記溶剤に含浸する工程、前記シート材料の前記予め定まった複数の点において前記溶剤からの前記金属の抽出を引き起こす工程、及び前記金属化された複数の点の組み合わせから画像を形成する工程、を特徴とする方法。 - 前記シート材料の表面の前記予め定まった複数の点上に焦点合わせされた複数の電磁気的放射パルスによって前記溶剤から前記金属を抽出することを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記複数の電磁気的放射パルスは、前記溶剤中で、複数の金属イオンを前記金属に還元し、前記シート材料の前記予め定まった複数の点に前記金属を沈積することを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記複数の電磁気的放射パルスの持続時間とエネルギーを、前記放射が前記シート材料を焼き通すことができない値に制限することを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記複数の電磁気的放射パルスの作用下で前記シート材料に複数の凹部を形成する工程、前記複数の凹部の底に前記溶剤から前記金属を沈積させる工程、及び前記シート材料の本体内部に深く入った複数の金属化された点の組み合わせから画像を形成する工程、を特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- いくつかの金属の塩が存在する溶剤を準備する工程、前記溶剤中に存在する全ての金属を前記シート材料の前記予め定まった複数の点の各々に前記溶剤から同時に沈積させる工程、及び前記複数の点で金属の合金又は濃厚液で処理された金属のいずれかを形成する工程、を特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記複数の電磁気的放射パルスとして複数のレーザ放射パルスを使用する工程を特徴とする請求項3ないし請求項6のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- シート材料上に金属化画像を適用するための装置であって、
前記装置は、前記シート材料上に金属を適用するために前記シート材料の前面の配置された手段、及び予め定まった複数の点において前記金属を前記シート材料に固着するための手段を備え、
前記装置は、前記金属を前記シート材料上に適用するための手段が、前記金属の塩を含んだ溶剤を備えた容器として、及び前記溶剤を前記シート材料に含浸させるための定着器として作製されており、前記金属を前記シート材料に固着する手段が、複数のレーザパルスの発生器として、及び前記複数のパルスを前記シート材料の予め定まった複数の点上に焦点合わせし、前記複数の点において前記金属を前記溶剤から抽出するためのユニットとして作製されていることを特徴とする装置。
