Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an elevator door device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 6 is a longitudinal sectional view of a conventional elevator door device. In the figure, 1 is a car side door installed in an elevator car, 3 is installed in a car side door 1, and is engaged with a landing side engaging means 11 described later when the car side door 1 and the landing side door are opened and closed. The mating car side engaging means 11 is installed on a landing side door (not shown), and the landing side engages with the car side engaging means 3 when the car side door 1 and the landing side door open and close. Engaging means, 12 is a car sill line indicating the front end of the car on the landing side, 13 is a landing sill line indicating the front end of the car on the landing side, and C2 is a threshold interval between the car sill line 12 and the landing sill line 13.
[0003]
The car side engaging means 3 and the landing side engaging means 11 are both fixed to a door hanger or the like. Therefore, the distance between the car-side engaging means 3 and the landing threshold line 13 or the landing-side engaging means 11 and the car threshold line 12 is constant when the elevator travels and when the door is opened and closed.
[0004]
In addition, taking into account manufacturing variations and installation margins in the elevator car peripheral equipment, or horizontal shaking during an earthquake, in order to prevent interference between the car side and landing side equipment, More than a certain size is required. For this reason, the threshold interval C2 is naturally determined by the size, the mounting position, and the like of the car-side engaging means 3 and the landing-side engaging means 11.
[0005]
Next, an opening / closing operation of the elevator door will be described.
First, the car-side door 1 is opened by an opening / closing means such as a motor provided in the car.
At that time, the car-side engaging means 3 engages with the landing-side engaging means 11. That is, the car-side door 1 and the landing-side door are integrated with each other through the car-side engaging means 3 and the landing-side engaging means 11, and the landing-side door is the same as the opening operation of the car-side door 1. Open action. Even in the fully opened state, the car side engaging means 3 and the landing side engaging means 11 remain engaged.
[0006]
Next, the car-side door 1 is closed by opening / closing means such as a motor provided on the car.
At that time, as described above, the car-side engaging means 3 remains engaged with the landing-side engaging means 11. That is, the car side door 1 and the landing side door are in an integrated state via the car side engaging means 3 and the landing side engaging means 11. Therefore, the landing side door is also closed in the same manner as the car side door 1 is closed. In the fully closed state, the car side engaging means 3 and the landing side engaging means 11 are not engaged. Therefore, the car side engaging means 3 and the landing side engaging means 11 do not interfere when the elevator is raised and lowered.

[0016]
In addition, the guide means 4 is formed, for example, by bending so that the cross section has a U-shape.
The car-side engaging means 3 fitted in the groove of the guide means 4 is configured to be movable in the vertical direction along the groove while being fitted.
The casing 8 and the car-side engaging means 3 are connected to both ends of the link 5 by a universal bearing. However, the present invention is not limited to the universal bearing, and the link 5 can be freely connected at the connection portion like a universal joint. Any device that can move can be used.
Note that the seat 2 and the guide means 4 may be integrated.
[0017]
Next, the opening / closing operation of the elevator door will be described with reference to FIGS. 1, 2, 3, and 4.
[0018]
(1) During Elevator Travel First, the door state during elevator travel will be described with reference to FIG.
When the elevator travels, the door is closed, that is, the state shown in FIG. 1, the driving means 10 brings the hanging tool 6 to the center, and the car-side door 1 suspended by the hanging tool 6 is completely closed. It is in the state.
[0019]
The car-side engaging means 3 is movable only in the vertical direction along the groove of the guide means 4 and is connected to the housing 8 by a link 5. Therefore, when fully closed, the car-side engaging means 3 is pulled upward along the groove of the guide means 4 by the link 5 and is positioned at the top of the groove of the guide means 4.
[0020]
Next, the state of the car side engaging means 3 will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4A.
First, the longitudinal cross-sectional view in the state at the time of elevator driving | running | working is as showing to Fig.3 (a). As shown in the drawing, the seat 2 has a radial slope that is closest to the car-side door 1 at the upper end and furthest from the car-side door 1 at the lower end. That is, as shown in FIG. 3A, the cross section of the seat 2 has a trapezoidal shape in which the lower base is longer than the upper base.
[0021]
Further, since the guide means 4 is installed along the seat 2, the fact that the car-side engaging means 3 is positioned at the uppermost position of the guide means 4 means that the car-side engaging means 3 is on the car side. It is located at the position closest to the door 1.
[0022]
On the other hand, a cross-sectional view of the elevator traveling state is as shown in FIG. As described above, the car-side engaging means 3 is located at the position closest to the car-side door 1. Therefore, as shown in the drawing, the engaging portion 3a of the car side engaging means 3 and the landing side door 14 are in a state of being separated from each other. In addition, the engaging portion 3a of the car side engaging means 3 and the landing side engaging means 11 are hardly engaged with each other.
[0023]
That is, since the car-side engaging means 3 is positioned closest to the car-side door 1 during elevator travel, the car-side engaging means 3 or the engaging portion 3a and various devices on the landing side are Almost no interference. Therefore, the interval C1 between the landing side threshold line 13 and the car side threshold line can be made smaller than the interval C2 in the conventional example. That is, C1 ≦ C2.
[0024]
(2) When the door is opened First, the door opening operation will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2.
After the elevator has landed on the desired floor, the door will open.
First, from the state during elevator traveling as shown in FIG. 1, that is, the state where the door is completely closed, the belt of the transmission means 9 is driven by the driving means 10 to move the suspension 6 to the left and right. That is, the car-side door 1 suspended from the hanging tool 6 opens along the door rail 7 to the left and right in the same manner as the hanging tool 6.
[0025]
At this time, when the link 5 rotates around the connection point with the housing 8, the car-side engaging means 3 moves downward along the groove of the guide means 4 according to its own weight while being pulled upward by the link 5. To do.
[0026]
Next, the car-side engaging means 3 is positioned at the lowest position of the guide means 4. However, since the car-side door 1 is in the process of being opened, the car-side door 1 is further opened while the two links 5 are in the shape of a dogleg.
[0027]
Next, when the car-side door 1 is completely opened, the driving means 10 is stopped and the door opening operation is finished. Thus, the state in which the door is completely opened is as shown in FIG.
The car side engaging means 3 and the landing side engaging means 11 (not shown) remain engaged.
[0028]
Next, operation | movement of the cage | basket | car side engaging means 3 is demonstrated using FIG.3 and FIG.4.
First, when the elevator has landed on a desired floor, as described above, it is in the state during elevator travel, that is, the door is completely closed. This state is as shown in FIGS. 3 (a) and 4 (a). That is, the car side engaging means 3 is positioned at the uppermost position of the guiding means 4 as shown in FIG. 3A, and the car side engaging means 3 and the landing side engaging means as shown in FIG. 4A. 11 is the farthest, and the two are almost not engaged.
[0029]
Next, as described above, the car side door 1 is opened, and the car side engaging means 3 is moved downward along the guide means 4 from the uppermost position of the guide means 4. At this time, as shown in FIG. 3A, the guide means 4 is provided with an inclined surface that moves downward from the car-side door 1. That is, the downward movement of the car-side engaging means 3 along the guide means 4 is equivalent to the car-side engaging means 3 approaching the landing-side door 14 (not shown) at the same time. This means that the engaging portion between the combining means 3 and the landing side engaging means 11 is increased.
[0030]
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3A, the car-side engaging means 3 moves below the guide means 4, and the hall is integrated with the car-side door 1 as the car-side door 1 moves in the left-right direction. It moves while engaging with the side engaging means 11 (not shown), that is, the car side door 1 and the landing side door 14 are integrally opened.
[0031]
Next, the car-side engaging means 3 is positioned at the lowest position of the guide means 4. When the car-side door 1 is completely opened, the driving means 10 stops and the door opening operation ends. This state is as shown in FIGS. 3B and 4B.
[0032]
As described above, since the seat 2 has an inclined surface, the car-side engaging means 3 is positioned at the lowest position of the guide means 4 because the car-side engaging means 3 is one from the car-side door 1. It will be located at the farthest position. Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 3B and 4B, the engaging portion 3a of the car-side engaging means 3 and the landing-side engaging means 11 are in a state of being closest to each other. That is, when the door is opened, the car-side engaging means 3 and the landing-side engaging means 11 are more engaged than when the elevator is running, and the car-side door 1 and the landing-side door 14 are integrally opened. It will be.
Note that while the door is open, the car-side engaging means 3 and the landing-side engaging means 11 remain engaged.
[0033]
(3) When the door is closed First, the door opening operation will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2.
When the person gets on and off, the door closes.
First, from the state of FIG. 2 in which the door is completely opened, the driving means 10 operates in the opposite direction to that when the door is opened, causing the belt to rotate in the opposite direction to that when the door is opened, and moving the hanging tool 6 to the center. Let That is, the car-side door 1 suspended from the hanging tool 6 gathers along the door rail 7 in the center like the hanging tool 6, and the door is closed.
[0034]
At this time, the car-side engagement means 3 is pulled upward along the groove of the guide means 4 while the link 5 rotates around the connection point with the housing 8. Further, the car-side engaging means 3 and the landing-side engaging means 11 (not shown) move while being engaged. That is, the car side door 1 and the landing side door 14 are closed together.
[0035]
Next, when the car-side door 1 is completely closed, the driving means 10 stops and the door closing operation ends. This state is as shown in FIG.
At this time, the engagement between the car-side engaging means 3 and the landing-side engaging means 11 is completely disengaged at this stage, that is, the same state as during elevator travel.
[0036]
Next, operation | movement of the cage | basket | car side engaging means 3 is demonstrated using FIG.3 and FIG.4.
The state when the door is fully opened is as shown in FIG. 3 (b) or 4 (b). From this state, as the door closes, the car-side engaging means 3 moves upward along the guide means 4 while being pulled by the link 5 and at the same time moves away from the landing-side engaging means 11.
[0037]
Next, when the door is completely closed, the car-side engaging means 3 is positioned at the uppermost position of the guiding means 4 and at the position farthest from the landing-side engaging means 11. That is, the elevator travels.
Thereafter, the elevator starts moving to the desired floor.
[0038]
As described above, since the above-described configuration is used in the present embodiment, the car-side engaging means 3 is located away from the landing-side door 14 during elevator travel, and the car-side engaging means 3 and the landing are located. The car-side engaging means 3 and the landing-side engaging means 11 are not engaged with the side-engaging means 11 and the car-side engaging means 3 is positioned close to the landing-side door 14 only when the door is opened and closed. Match. Therefore, the interference between the car-side engaging means 3 and the landing-side equipment during elevator traveling is reduced, and the reliability during elevator traveling is further improved.
[0039]
Further, since the car-side engaging means 3 is positioned close to the landing side when the door is opened and closed, the landing-side engaging means 11 does not have to be very close to the car side. 11 and the car-side equipment including the car-side engagement means 3 are reduced, and the reliability during elevator traveling is further improved.
Further, since the car-side engaging means 3 is located away from the landing side during elevator travel, the distance between the landing threshold line 13 and the car threshold line 12 can be further reduced.
[0040]
Moreover, since the space | interval of the landing threshold line 13 and the cage threshold line 12 was made smaller, it becomes easier to get on and off.
[0041]
Embodiment 2. FIG.
In the present embodiment, the portions denoted by the same reference numerals as those in the prior art indicate the same or corresponding portions.
FIG. 5A is a cross-sectional view showing another form of the guiding means 4 in Embodiment 1, and corresponds to the cross-sectional view of FIG. The landing side engaging means 11 and the landing side door 14 are not shown. In the figure, reference numeral 3 denotes a car-side engaging means having a pair of vertically elongated engaging portions 3a and a groove portion 3b to be fitted to a bent portion 4a, which will be described later. It is the guide means which formed the bending part 4a which bend | folded the both ends of the letter-shaped further inside. The guide means 4 is fitted to the car-side engaging means 3 and a groove formed by a U-shape to guide the car-side engaging means 3 in the vertical direction.
[0042]
When the car-side engaging means 3 and the guide means 4 are fitted, the groove 3b of the car-side engaging means 3 and the bent part 4a of the guide means 4 are configured to fit each other.
[0043]
Next, the operation will be described.
The opening and closing of the door is the same as in the embodiment and will not be described.
In addition, when the car side engaging means 3 moves up and down along the guide means 4, it moves in a state where the bent portion 4a and the groove portion 3b are fitted. That is, when the car-side engaging means 3 moves up and down, it does not come off from the guide means 4.
[0044]
FIG. 5B is a cross-sectional view showing another form of the guiding means 4 in Embodiment 1, and corresponds to the cross-sectional view of FIG. The landing side engaging means 11 and the landing side door 14 are not shown. In the figure, reference numeral 3 denotes a cage-side engaging means having a pair of vertically elongated engaging portions 3a, 4 denotes a U-shape, and a bent portion 4a is formed by bending both ends of the U-shape further inward. Is a guiding means. The guide means 4 is fitted to the car-side engaging means 3 and a groove formed by a U-shape to guide the car-side engaging means 3 in the vertical direction.
[0045]
In addition, when the car side engaging means 3 and the guide means 4 are fitted, the bent portion 4a of the guide means 4 is configured to hold the entire side surface of the car side engaging means 3.
[0046]
Next, the operation will be described.
The opening and closing of the door is the same as in the embodiment and will not be described.
When the car-side engaging means 3 moves in the vertical direction along the guide means 4, the bent portion 4 a moves while holding the entire side surface of the car-side engaging means 3. That is, when the car-side engaging means 3 moves up and down, it does not come off from the guide means 4.
[0047]
As described above, in the present embodiment, the above-described configuration is employed. Therefore, the car-side engaging means 3 is disengaged from the guide means 4 when the car-side engaging means 3 moves in the vertical direction accompanying the door opening / closing operation. And reliability is improved.
[0048]
In each embodiment, an elevator having a double door has been described, but a single door may be used.
[0049]
In each embodiment, the engaging portion engaging portion 3a of the car side engaging means 3 is simply extended when engaged with the landing side engaging means 11. However, the engaging part engaging portion 3a of the car side engaging means 3 has a mechanism for holding the landing side engaging means 11, and the car side engaging means 3 approaches the landing side door 14 when the door is opened and closed. The car-side engaging means 3 and the landing-side engaging means 11 are engaged by the engaging part engaging part 3a sandwiching the landing-side engaging means 11 while the car is engaged during elevator travel. The side engaging means 3 may be positioned far from the landing side door 14 and the engaging portion engaging portion 3a may not sandwich the landing side engaging means 11.
[0050]
In each embodiment, as shown in the longitudinal sectional view of FIG. 3A, the seat 2 has a trapezoidal shape in which the cross section is longer at the lower base than at the upper base. I do not care. That is, the shape of the seat 2 is not particularly limited as long as the guide means 4 has the inclination as described above.
[0051]
Further, the seat 2 and the guide means 4 may not be a flat surface having an inclination, but may be a curved surface, that is, a structure in which the guide means 4 is curved in FIG. That is, the shape is not particularly limited as long as the distance from the car-side door 1 to the guide means 4 is farther at the lower end than the upper end and the car-side engaging means 3 can move smoothly on the guide means 4. .
[0052]
In each embodiment, the inclination angle of the guiding means 4 is not limited to a specific value. Changing the inclination is equivalent to changing the distance between the car-side engaging means 3 and the landing-side engaging means 11.
[0053]
Therefore, although the sill interval C2 generally varies depending on the installation conditions of the elevator, the car engaging means 3 and the landing are adjusted by adjusting the inclination angle, that is, by adjusting the distance between the car engaging means 3 and the landing side engaging means 11. The time until the side engagement means 11 is engaged can be adjusted. Therefore, the timing from the landing of the elevator to the opening of the door can be made constant regardless of the installation conditions of the elevator.
[0058]
