Description

The present invention relates to a small electronic device such as a mobile phone having a decorative panel that is detachably attached to a surface of a housing.

In conventional mobile phones, there is a configuration in which a decorative panel having a different design is prepared and the decorative panel can be detachably attached to the surface of the mobile phone in order to cope with various user preferences (for example, , See Patent Document 1).
In such a mobile phone, the decorative panel mounting structure includes a hook part provided on the decorative panel and a detachable engagement structure (hereinafter referred to as a hook structure) comprising a hook receiving part provided on the housing. A structure in which a decorative panel and a casing are fastened together using screws (hereinafter referred to as a screw fastening structure) is known.
JP 2003-143268 A [H04M 1/02]

However, when the above-described hook structure is used as the attachment structure of the decorative panel, it is necessary to easily attach and remove the decorative panel. Therefore, the engagement depth of the hook portion with respect to the hook receiving portion is small. For this reason, there is a possibility that the decorative panel is easily removed when the user drops the mobile phone on the floor.
On the other hand, when the above-described screw fastening structure is used, even if the user drops the mobile phone on the floor surface, the decorative panel will not come off, but a tool or the like is required when attaching and detaching. There is.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is that a tool or the like is not required for attaching / detaching the decorative panel, and the decorative panel does not fall off when the decorative panel is removed or when the user has dropped it on the floor. It is to provide a small electronic device.

In the small electronic device according to the present invention, a decorative panel (4) is detachably disposed on the surface of the casing (1), and is provided at an engaging portion between the casing (1) and the decorative panel (4). A plurality of hook mechanisms for locking the decorative panel (4) on the housing (1);
An unlocking mechanism comprising an operation button for unlocking the decorative panel (4) by one hook mechanism among the plurality of hook mechanisms;
And a resistance applying mechanism that provides a frictional resistance against movement of the decorative panel (4) in the removal direction when the decorative panel (4) is unlocked by the unlocking mechanism.

According to the small electronic device according to the present invention, the lock of the decorative panel (4) by one of the plurality of hook mechanisms is released by the operation of the operation button constituting the lock release mechanism. Therefore, the engagement depth of the plurality of hook mechanisms can be set larger than the engagement depth of the conventional hook mechanism.
Thereby, a tool or the like is not required for attaching and detaching the decorative panel (4), and the decorative panel (4) is not easily detached even if the user has dropped it on the floor. The mounting structure can be realized.

Further, when the decorative panel (4) is unlocked by the unlocking mechanism, the decorative panel (4) is moved in the removing direction by the frictional resistance applied from the resistance applying mechanism to the decorative panel (4). The resistance against this will be demonstrated. Therefore, the decorative panel (4) does not fall off the surface of the casing (1) when the decorative panel (4) is unlocked by the unlocking mechanism.

The small electronic device according to the present invention includes a casing (1) and a decorative panel (4) that can be attached to and detached from the surface of the casing (1), and is provided on the back surface of the decorative panel (4). The first hook portion (41) protrudes from one end portion, and one or a plurality of second hook portions (42) protrude from the other end portion, and the outer wall of the casing (1) The first hook portion (21) to be engaged with the first hook portion (41) and the one or more second hook portions (42) to be engaged with the one or more second hook portions (42), respectively. An engagement hole (16) is opened. A removal button (6) for removing the decorative panel (4) from the casing (1) is provided at the end of the casing (1) where the first engagement hole (21) is opened. ) Is arranged so as to be able to be pushed inwardly, and the removal button (6) is provided with the first hook portion (41) and the first engagement hole (21) in the course of pushing operation. There is provided a pressing surface (63) for pressing in the direction of releasing the engagement.

The decorative panel (4) is configured to disengage the first hook portion (41) from the first engagement hole (21), and then to the other end side where the second hook portion (42) is projected. As a fulcrum, the one hook side (41) protruding from the one end side in a direction away from the surface of the housing (1) can be removed from the surface of the housing (1). In the second engagement hole (16), an inclined surface (opposite the base end portion (42c) of the second hook portion (42)) and inclined with respect to the rotation axis of the decorative panel (4) ( 17a) is provided, and the base end portion (42c) of the second hook portion (42) slides on the inclined surface (17a) in the process of rotating the decorative panel (4).

Specifically, the engagement between the first hook portion (41) of the decorative panel (4) and the first engagement hole (21) of the housing (1) is released by the pushing operation of the removal button (6). When this is done, the decorative panel (4) has a direction in which the base end part is separated from the surface of the casing (1) with a rotation axis along a straight line connecting the two distal ends of the decorative panel (4) as the center. To turn.

In the small electronic device according to the present invention, when the decorative panel (4) is attached to the surface of the casing (1), first, the second hook portion (42) protruding from one end of the decorative panel (4) is provided. Is inserted into the second engagement hole (16) of the casing (1), and then the decorative panel (4) is pressed against the surface of the casing (1). In this process, the first hook portion (41) protruding from the other end of the decorative panel (4) comes into contact with the inner surface of the first engagement hole (21) of the housing (1). At this time, the second hook portion (42) protruding from the other end of the decorative panel (4) is engaged with the second engagement hole (16) of the casing (1). 4) will bend in the direction of lifting from the surface of the housing (1). As the decorative panel (4) is curved, the first hook portion (41) of the decorative panel (4) slides on the inner surface of the first engaging hole (21), and the first engaging hole (21) is moved. When passing, the decorative panel (4) is elastically restored, and the first hook portion (41) and the first engagement hole (21) are engaged with each other. In this way, the decorative panel (4) can be easily attached to the surface of the casing (1).

On the other hand, when removing the decorative panel (4) from the housing (1), the removal button (6) provided at the end of the housing (1) is pushed toward the inside of the housing (1). In the process of pushing the removal button (6), the pressing surface (63) of the removal button (6) engages the first hook portion (41) with the first engagement hole (21) of the housing (1). Press in the direction to release the joint. At this time, the second hook portion (42) protruding from the other end of the decorative panel (4) is engaged with the second engagement hole (16) of the casing (1). 4) will bend in the direction of lifting from the surface of the housing (1). As the decorative panel (4) is curved, the tip of the first hook portion (41) reaches the inner surface of the first engagement hole (21), and slides on the inner surface from the first engagement hole (21). As a result, the engagement between the first hook portion (41) and the first engagement hole (21) is released.

As a result, one end of the decorative panel (4) on which the first hook portion (41) projects is separated from the surface of the housing (1), and the decorative panel (4) has the second hook portion (16) The other end side that protrudes is turned as a fulcrum. Along with this, the second hook portion (16) of the decorative panel (4) starts to move in a direction to be detached from the second engagement hole (16) of the housing (1). However, in the process in which the second hook portion (16) is detached from the second engagement hole (16), the base end portion (42c) of the second hook portion (42) is moved to the second engagement hole (16). ) And the further rotation of the decorative panel (4) is received. Therefore, when the engagement between the first hook portion (41) of the decorative panel (4) and the first engagement hole (21) of the housing (1) is released by the operation of the removal button (6). The decorative panel (4) does not fall off from the surface of the casing (1).

Thereafter, one end of the decorative panel (4) lifted from the surface of the housing (1) is held, and the decorative panel (4) is further rotated. At this time, the base end portion (42c) of the second hook portion (42) slides on the inclined surface (17a) by the cam action of the inclined surface (17a) of the second engagement hole (16). The base end portion (42c) of the second hook portion (42) is pressed against the inclined surface (17a) of the second engagement hole (21), so that the repulsive force from the inclined surface (17a) is received. Thus, the decorative panel (4) is elastically deformed.

Here, since the inclined surface (17a) is inclined with respect to the rotation axis of the decorative panel (4), the base end portion (42c) of the second hook portion (42) is the above-described decorative panel (4). With the elastic deformation, the second engagement hole (16) is separated from the inclined surface (17a). Then, by further rotating the decorative panel (4), the second hook portion (42) of the decorative panel (4) is detached from the second engagement hole (16) of the housing (1). In this way, the decorative panel (4) can be easily removed from the surface of the casing (1).

As described above, in the small electronic device according to the present invention, the decorative panel (4) is elastically deformed by pressing the removal button (6), and the first hook portion (41) of the decorative panel (4) and the casing are deformed. Since the engagement with the first engagement hole (21) of (1) can be released, the first and second engagement holes (21) of the first and second hook portions (41) (42) ( The engagement depth with respect to 16) can be set larger than the engagement depth of the conventional hook structure.
Thereby, a tool or the like is not required for attaching and detaching the decorative panel (4), and the decorative panel (4) is not easily detached even if the user has dropped it on the floor. The mounting structure can be realized.

In a specific configuration, the removal button (6) has a first position partly exposed from an opening (18a) opened at an end of the casing (1), and the interior of the casing (1). It is held at the end of the casing (1) so as to be able to reciprocate between the second position pushed into the casing, and the removal button (6) is attached to the end of the casing (1). A biasing member that biases toward the first position is attached.

According to this specific configuration, by pushing the removal button (6) from the first position to the second position, the first hook portion (41) of the decorative panel (4) and the first engagement of the housing (1). The engagement with the joint hole (21) is released.

According to the small electronic device of the present invention, a tool or the like is not necessary for attaching and detaching the decorative panel, but the decorative panel may fall off when the decorative panel is removed or when the user has dropped it on the floor. Absent.

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the second engagement hole (16) of the back case half (14) has a substantially rectangular opening shape. The second hook part (42) is a back case half of the four opening edges (16a) (16b) (16c) (16d) forming the rectangular opening shape of the second engagement hole (16). It is inserted from the opening edge (16a) on the base end side of (14) toward the opening edge (16b) on the opposite side. Hereinafter, the base end side of the back case half (14) is referred to as the front side, and the tip end side is referred to as the back side.
As shown in FIGS. 7, 8, and 10 to 12, the second engagement hole (16) has a front opening edge (16a) intersecting with the insertion direction of the second hook portion (42) and A triangular projecting piece (17) that inclines toward the inside of the back case half (14) is provided at the corner where the outer opening edge (16c) along the insertion direction intersects with each other. As shown in FIG. 8, an inclined surface (17a) is formed at the tip of the projecting piece (17) so as to incline from the outer opening edge (16c) toward the front opening edge (16a).

As shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, a holder portion (18) for holding the removal button (6) is provided on the back surface of the base end portion of the back case half (14). 18) includes an opening (18a) for exposing the head (64) of the removal button (6) to the outside, and a pair of guide walls (18b) (18b) along both side surfaces of the removal button (18). It has. As shown in FIG. 14, the first engagement hole (21) into which the first hook portion (41) of the decorative panel (4) is to be inserted is formed on the rear case half (14) facing the removal button (6). It is established on the outer wall. A pair of spring hooking grooves (19) and (19) are recessed in the upper part of the pair of guide walls (18b) and (18b).

As shown in FIG. 15, the removal button (6) is protruded from the head (64) exposed from the opening (18a) of the rear case half (14) and on the opposite side of the head (64). A pair of presses that slide in contact with the inclined surface (41c) of the first hook part (41) of the decorative panel (4) shown in FIG. 4 and press the inclined surface (41c). With faces (63a) and (63a).

As shown in FIGS. 13 and 14, the spring hooking piece (62) of the removal button (6) and a pair of spring hooking grooves (recessed in the pair of guide walls (18b) (18b) of the holder portion (18)). A torsion spring (61) is stretched between 19) and (19). As shown in FIG. 13, the detach button (6) is pressed against the inner surface of the outer wall of the rear case half (14) having the opening (18a) by the elastic force of the torsion spring (61). In this state, the head (64) of the removal button (6) is exposed from the opening (18a) of the back case half (14), as shown in FIG.

FIGS. 16 to 18, FIGS. 22 to 24 and 27 show a state in which the decorative panel (4) is attached to the back case half (14). In the decorative panel (4), as shown in FIG. 17, the first hook portion (41) is engaged with the opening edge on the front side of the first engagement hole (21) of the rear case half (14). 23 and FIG. 24, the second hook portion (42) engages with the opening edge (16b) on the rear side of the second engagement hole (16) and is attached to the rear case half (14). Yes. In this state, as shown in FIG. 18, the pair of pressing surfaces (63a) (63a) of the removal button (6) and the inclined surface (41c) of the first hook portion (41) of the decorative panel (4) are provided. As shown in FIG. 24, the base end portion (42c) of the second hook portion (42) of the decorative panel (4) is inclined with the protrusion (17) of the second engagement hole (16). Separated from the surface (17a).

When removing the decorative panel (4) from the rear case half (14), the head (64) of the removal button (6) is against the urging force of the torsion spring (61) in the first housing (1). Push it inward. When the head (64) of the removal button (6) is pushed in, as shown in FIG. 18, the pair of pressing surfaces (63a) (63a) of the removal button (6) is the first hook portion of the decorative panel (4). The inclined surface (41c) of (41) is pressed. Here, as shown in FIGS. 23 and 24, the decorative panel (4) is restricted from moving backward by the engagement of the second hook portion (42) and the second engagement hole (16). Therefore, the decorative panel (4) bends in the direction of lifting from the back case half (14) as the removal button (6) is pushed. As the decorative panel (4) is curved, the tip of the first hook portion (41) reaches the inner surface of the first engagement hole (21), and slides on the inner surface from the first engagement hole (21). As a result, the engagement between the first hook portion (41) and the first engagement hole (21) is released as shown in FIGS.

At this time, as shown in FIGS. 20 and 21, the base end side of the decorative panel (4) on which the first hook portion (41) projects is lifted from the back case half (14). Thus, the rotational force about the rotation axis along the straight line connecting the two end portions acts on the decorative panel (4). As a result, the second hook portion (42) of the decorative panel (4) rotates in a direction to be detached from the second engagement hole (16) of the back case half (14).
With the rotation of the decorative panel (4), the base end portion (42c) of the second hook portion (42) of the decorative panel (4) is deformed along the movement locus L indicated by the one-dot chain line in FIG. The rotation starts clockwise, but after a slight rotation, one end of the base end portion (42c) of the second hook portion (42) is connected to the protruding piece (17) of the second engagement hole (16). Abutting on the inclined surface (17a), the further rotation of the decorative panel (4) is received by the inclined surface (17a). This prevents the second hook portion (42) from being detached from the second engagement hole (16), so that the first hook portion (41) of the decorative panel (4) can be operated by operating the removal button (6). The decorative panel (4) does not fall off the surface of the casing (1) when the engagement between the casing and the first engagement hole (21) of the casing (1) is released.

After that, the base end side of the decorative panel (4) lifted from the surface of the housing (1) is gripped, and the decorative panel (4) is further rotated. Thus, the decorative panel (4) is elastically deformed in the direction in which both end portions approach each other as indicated by arrows in FIG.

Here, since the inclined surface (17a) is inclined with respect to the rotation axis of the decorative panel (4), the base end portion (42c) of the second hook portion (42) is the above-described decorative panel (4). With the elastic deformation, the second engagement hole (16) is separated from the inclined surface (17a) as shown in FIG. Then, by further rotating the decorative panel (4), the second hook portion (42) of the decorative panel (4) is detached from the second engagement hole (16) of the back case half (14). In this way, the decorative panel (4) can be easily removed from the surface of the first housing (1).

When attaching the decorative panel (4) to the rear case half (14), first, as shown in FIGS. 25 and 26, the second hook portions (42) and (42) of the decorative panel (4) are attached to the rear case. After inserting into the second engaging holes (16), (16) of the half body (14), the base end side of the decorative panel (4) on which the first hook portion (41) is projected is arranged on the back case half. Press against the body (14).
In this process, as shown in FIG. 20, the first hook portion (41) of the decorative panel (4) contacts the inner surface of the first engagement hole (21) of the back case half (14). At this time, as shown in FIGS. 23 and 24, the second hook portion (42) of the decorative panel (4) and the second engagement hole (16) of the rear case half (14) are engaged with each other. Since the relative movement of the decorative panel (4) with respect to the rear case half (14) to the both ends of the hook portion (42) is restricted, the decorative panel (4) It will bend in the direction of lifting from the surface of the half body (14).

Here, as shown in FIG. 20, since the inner surface of the first engagement hole (21) is inclined toward the inside of the first housing (1), as the decorative panel (4) is curved, The tip of the first hook portion (41) slides on the inner surface of the first engagement hole (21). When the first hook part (41) passes through the first engagement hole (21), the decorative panel (4) is elastically restored, and the first hook part (41) and the first engagement hole (21) Will be engaged with each other. In this way, the decorative panel (4) can be easily attached to the surface of the casing (1).

As described above, according to the foldable mobile phone of the present invention, the decorative panel (4) is elastically deformed by pressing the removal button (6), and the first hook portion (41) of the decorative panel (4) and the first hook portion (4) are elastically deformed. Since the engagement with the first engagement hole (21) of one housing (1) can be released, the first and second engagements of the first and second hook portions (41), (42) and (42). The engagement depth with respect to the joint holes (21), (16), and (16) can be set larger than the engagement depth of the conventional hook structure.
Thereby, a tool or the like is not required for attaching and detaching the decorative panel (4), and the decorative panel (4) is not easily detached even if the user passes it and drops it on the floor. ) Mounting structure can be realized.

Furthermore, according to the foldable mobile phone of the present invention, when the decorative panel (4) is removed, the first hook portion (41) of the decorative panel (4) and the first casing are operated by pushing the removal button (6). When the engagement with the first engagement hole (21) of (1) is released, the second hook portion (42) of the decorative panel (4) is moved to the second engagement hole of the first housing (1). Since it is possible to prevent detachment from (16), the decorative panel (4) does not fall off from the first casing (1).

In addition, each part structure of this invention is not restricted to the said embodiment, A various deformation | transformation is possible within the technical scope as described in a claim. For example, in this embodiment, when the decorative panel (4) is unlocked by pressing the removal button (6), the decorative panel (4) is dropped from the first housing (1). In order to prevent this, the inclined surface (17a) slidably contacting the base end portion (42c) of the second hook portion (42) of the decorative panel (4) in the second engagement hole (16) of the first housing (1). However, instead of this, another structure that can provide frictional resistance against movement of the decorative panel (4) in the removal direction when the decorative panel (4) is unlocked is adopted. It is also possible.

Furthermore, the present invention can be variously modified within the scope as long as it has the following configuration. For example, when the decorative panel (4) is unlocked by pressing the removal button (6), the decorative panel (4) is locked in the first state so that the decorative panel (4) does not fall off the main body. Move from the position (see FIG. 2) to the second position (the position where the hook is removed). In that case, the decorative panel (4) does not come off, but if the decorative panel (4) is then moved from the second position to the third position (see FIG. 25) in the direction away from the first position, the decorative panel (4) is easily removed. Will come off.
