BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a hydraulic device using a counter balance valve, which is used in, for example, a hydraulic winch device for a crane or a work ship, or a boom hoisting device such as a rough terrain crane or a large hydraulic excavator.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, a large-sized hydraulic device often has a configuration using a plurality of hydraulic actuators of a generally available size. The reason is that the use of large hydraulic actuators is limited, so large hydraulic actuators are not generally distributed, and because the number of production is small, mass production effects cannot be obtained and it is very expensive. This is because the quality is not sufficiently secured.
[0003]
For this reason, for example, a large hydraulic circuit in which a plurality of hydraulic actuators are mechanically connected is shown in FIG. This hydraulic circuit is a winch device in which two hydraulic motors are connected to one drum via a gear, and includes a counter balance valve as a brake valve on each of the main driving side and the driven side. The specific configuration of the winch device is as follows.

[0019]
The present invention has been made to solve such technical problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a hydraulic device that can prevent load concentration on the driven side at the time of startup.
[0020]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The hydraulic device according to the present invention is a hydraulic device that performs a hoisting / lowering operation in order to raise / lower an object to be raised / lowered, and a first hydraulic pressure actuator and a second hydraulic pressure actuator that mechanically connect each other, A main counter balance valve that is disposed in the hoisting line of the first hydraulic actuator and that opens and closes according to the pressure of the lowering line of the first hydraulic actuator; and the hoisting side of the second hydraulic actuator A first pressure chamber that is disposed in a pipe line and in which the pressure of the hoisting pipe line of the second hydraulic actuator is transmitted via the first pressure transmitting means; and the pressure of the hoisting pipe line of the first hydraulic actuator is a second pressure chamber which is transmitted via the second pressure transmission means, and the driven counterbalance valve which opens and closes based on the differential pressure between the pressure of the pressure and the second pressure chamber of the first pressure chamber, said Main counter balance valve and When the lowering motion of the both hydraulic actuator in a state in which the dynamic counterbalance valve is closed is started, first to be able to open the driven counterbalance valve regardless of when the main dynamic counterbalance valve is opened Pressure propagation delay means for dynamically changing the pressure in the second pressure chamber with a delay from the pressure in the hoisting line of the hydraulic actuator.
[0021]
In the present invention, the pressure in the second pressure chamber of the driven counter balance valve rises later than the pressure in the winding line of the first hydraulic actuator. On the other hand, the pressure in the hoisting line of the second hydraulic actuator transmitted to the first pressure chamber rises with substantially the same behavior as the pressure in the hoisting line of the first hydraulic actuator. For this reason, the differential pressure | voltage which can open a driven counter balance valve arises. Here, if the timing at which the differential pressure occurs is close to the opening timing of the main counter balance valve, the driven counter balance valve can be opened close to the opening timing of the main counter balance valve. Alternatively, the timing at which the differential pressure occurs may be slightly earlier than the timing at which the main counter balance valve opens. In this case, the driven counter balance valve can be opened earlier than the main counter balance valve. Therefore, the driven counter balance valve can be opened regardless of the timing at which the main counter balance valve is opened.
[0022]
In the hydraulic apparatus of the present invention, the driven counterbalance valve includes a spool and a spring that presses one end of the spool toward the other end, and the first pressure chamber is disposed on the other end of the spool. The second pressure chamber may be arranged on one end side of the spool. In this configuration, the pressing force of the spring against the spool becomes the differential pressure.
[0023]
Further, in the hydraulic apparatus according to the present invention, the second pressure transmission means is a pipe line connecting the winding side pipe line of the first hydraulic actuator and the second pressure chamber, and the middle of the pipe line Further, at least one throttle for reducing the opening area in the pipe line can be provided as the pressure propagation delay means.
[0024]
In this configuration, since the throttle is provided in the pipe connecting the winding side pipe of the first hydraulic actuator and the second pressure chamber, the opening area can be reduced by the throttle. Further, since the pipe line is sufficiently thick and the volume of the second pressure chamber is added to the volume of the pipe line, the pressure of the winding line of the first hydraulic actuator is delayed from being transmitted to the second pressure chamber. be able to. At this time, the pressure of the hoisting line of the second hydraulic actuator transmitted to the first pressure chamber rises with substantially the same behavior as the pressure of the hoisting line of the first hydraulic actuator. A differential pressure required to open the driven counterbalance valve between the pressure in the first pressure chamber and the pressure in the second pressure chamber can be generated closer to or earlier than the opening timing of the main counterbalance valve. . Therefore, the driven counter balance valve can be opened regardless of the timing at which the main counter balance valve is opened.
[0025]
Further, in the hydraulic apparatus according to the present invention, the second pressure transmission means includes a pressure sensor that detects a pressure of a winding-up line of the first hydraulic actuator, and a pressure control valve that controls a pressure of the second pressure chamber. And the pressure propagation delay means inputs a detection signal from the pressure sensor and generates a signal for controlling the pressure control valve. The signal processing device is configured to signal-process the detection signal from the pressure sensor so that the pressure in the second pressure chamber dynamically changes with a delay from the pressure in the hoisting line of the hydraulic actuator. Can do.
[0026]
In this configuration, the signal processing device that receives the pressure signal of the hoisting line of the first hydraulic actuator detected by the pressure sensor receives the input signal as the hoisting line of the first hydraulic actuator. The signal processing is performed so that the pressure in the second pressure chamber changes dynamically with a delay from the pressure of the pressure, the signal after the processing is given to the pressure control valve, and the pressure control valve controls the pressure in the second pressure chamber. To do. As a result, the pressure in the second pressure chamber changes dynamically with a delay from the pressure in the winding line of the first hydraulic actuator. Therefore, a differential pressure that can open the driven counterbalance valve is generated.

【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, according to the present invention, the pressure in the second pressure chamber of the driven counter balance valve rises later than the pressure in the hoisting line of the first hydraulic actuator, Since the pressure of the winding line of the second hydraulic actuator guided by the pressure of the one pressure chamber increases in the same behavior as the pressure of the winding line of the first hydraulic actuator, the driven counter balance valve Is generated, the timing at which the main counter balance valve is opened and the timing at which the driven counter balance valve is opened can be brought close to each other, and load concentration on the driven side during startup can be prevented.
