Claims (4)
- トレッド部におけるインナーライナー層の内側に、パーオキサイド及び加硫時にパーオキサイドにより分解されるゴム成分からなる粘着シーラント層を配置すると共に、該粘着シーラント層をカバーゴム層で覆った空気入りタイヤにおいて、
前記カバーゴム層をタイヤ周方向の端部同士がスプライス部を形成して接合するように構成すると共に、前記カバー層の前記スプライス部を境界としたタイヤ周方向の10cm以内の領域に前記粘着シーラント層から発生した分解ガスを排出するためのガス抜き孔を形成した空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記ガス抜き孔がスリット又は多孔性シートで覆われた切り抜き孔である請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記ガス抜き孔を前記カバーゴム層のサイド部に設けた請求項1又は2に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- トレッド部におけるインナーライナー層の内側に、パーオキサイド及び加硫時にパーオキサイドにより分解されるゴム成分からなる粘着シーラント層を配置すると共に、該粘着シーラント層をカバーゴム層で覆った空気入りタイヤの製造方法において、
加硫後のタイヤにおける前記カバーゴム層にガス抜き孔を形成した後、タイヤ内面側を減圧することにより前記粘着シーラント層から発生した分解ガスを吸引除去し、次いで前記ガス抜き孔をシール性材料で封鎖する空気入りタイヤの製造方法。
