図1は本発明の実施形態による空気入りタイヤの一例を示す半断面図で、図2(a)及び(b)は図1のタイヤのトレッド部の内側に配置されたカバー層をタイヤ内側から見た状態を示す一部平面図である。

Claims (8)
- トレッド部におけるインナーライナーの内側に、パーオキサイドにより分解されるゴム成分からなる粘着シーラント層を配置すると共に、該粘着シーラント層をカバーゴム層で覆った空気入りタイヤにおいて、
少なくとも片側の面を前記粘着シーラント層及びカバーゴム層の少なくとも一方と剥離可能な離型面とするシート片を、前記カバーゴム層の端部における接着シール部を横断するように配置すると共に、該シート片の一方の端部を前記接着シール部の内側における前記粘着シーラント層と前記カバーゴムとの間に挿入し、他方の端部を前記接着シール部の外側に突出させた空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記接着シール部が前記カバーゴム層のタイヤ周方向におけるオーバーラップ接合部である請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記接着シール部が前記カバーゴム層のタイヤ幅方向の端部における前記インナーライナーとの接合部である請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記離型面を剥離性材料で構成した請求項1、2又は3に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記剥離性材料がシリコーン樹脂又はフッ素樹脂である請求項4に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記離型面を離型剤により表面処理を施した樹脂材料で構成した請求項1、2又は3に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記離型剤がシリコーン系離型剤又はフッ素系離型剤である請求項6に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記シート片を前記離型面同士が対面するように折り重ね、この折り重ね面が前記接着シール部の内外に連通するようにした請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
